A stochastic Von Neumann model to describe companies’ input-output process on mobile services is provided. Through the theories from input-output economics, an extended singular stochastic Von Neumann model on mobile service is researched. The problem of stability of this kind of stochastic Von Neumann model on mobile services is researched. A new mathematic method is applied to study the singular systems without converting them into general systems. The parameter uncertainties are considered. A new stability criterion for the extended stochastic Von Neumann model is given to ensure the stability of input-output model.

The article is devoted to important issue of modern regional analysis of Ukraine, i.e. peculiarities of regional development formation. All provincial regions of Ukraine were chosen for this analysis. The aim of the study was to determine trends of regional indicators during the period 2012–2015. The social component of sustainability reflects the quality of life and it is focused on preserving the stability of the social and cultural systems, in particular on reducing the number of destructive conflicts between people. The basis of our study was the method of the Human Development Index rating in 2015, conducted by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine and the Institute of Demography and Social Studies named after M.V. Pukhta, but with a reduction of performance indicators to four groups (comfortable life, prosperity, decent work, education). The results of our grouping allow for developing a number of measures to respond to current trends and adjust them depending on the situation. Areas with consistently high rates of human development dimension should extend its positive experience to other regional areas of Ukraine. A significant list of areas with average dimension of human development confirms the generally known trend that these areas do not conduct systematic improvement policy and optimal use of all components that can affect the standard of living. The list of regions, which are lagging behind includes regions that theoretically exhibit a powerful economic development which is however not reflected on the general welfare of the people in these regions.

Stability of electrical amplifiers is of crucial importance. Among the popular stability tests is the μ-test which has many advantages over other tests like the K-Δ test. However, the value of μ parameter is dependent on the input/output terminal characteristic impedance used and this raises the concern that the predictions of the test are dependent on the choice of . This paper proves that the conclusions of the μ-test regarding stability/instability remain invariant with . This proof is necessary for gaining confidence in the results of the μ-test and should benefit circuit designers. Similar proofs should be extended to all other stability tests for additional insights into their validity under different circuit termination.

The classic Leontief model on industry manufacturing process is investigated. A kind of discrete-time singular dynamic input-output model of industry manufacturing process based on the classic Leontief Model is provided and the stability of this kind of model is researched. By the new mathematic method, the singular dynamic input-output system will not be converted into the general linear system. Finally, a sufficient stability condition under which the discrete-time singular Extended Leontief Model is admissible is proved.

The problem discussed is the stability of two input-output feedforward and feedback relations, under an integral-type constraint defining an admissible class of feedback controllers. Sufficiency-type conditions are given for the positive, bounded and of closed range feed-forward operator to be strictly positive and then boundedly invertible, with its existing inverse being also a strictly positive operator. The general formalism is first established and the linked to properties of some typical contractive and pseudocontractive mappings while some real-world applications and links of the above formalism to asymptotic hyperstability of dynamic systems are discussed later on.

Complexity of implementation has been a major difficulty in the development of gradient descent learning algorithms for dynamical neural networks with feedback and recurrent connections. Some insights from the stability properties of the equilibrium points of the network, which suggest an appropriate tailoring of the sigmoidal nonlinear functions, can however be utilized in obtaining simplified learning rules, as demonstrated in this paper. An analytical proof of convergence of the learning scheme under specific conditions is given and some upper bounds on the adaptation parameters for an efficient implementation of the training procedure are developed. The performance features of the learning algorithm are illustrated by applying it to two problems of importance, viz., design of associative memories and nonlinear input-output mapping. For the first application, a systematic procedure is given for training a network to store multiple memory vectors as its stable equilibrium points, whereas for the second application, specific training rules are developed for a three-layer network architecture comprising a dynamical hidden layer for the identification of nonlinear input-output maps. A comparison with the performance of a standard backpropagation network provides an illustration of the capabilities of the present network architecture and the learning algorithm.
