This article examines the legal issues relating to the State Administrators’ enforcement of policies, rules, and decision-making in Malaysia and Indonesia during the pandemic from the perspective of administrative law. The State Administrators have come out with various Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that impacted the people. It is argued that administrative law can discern potential abuse by State administrators while enforcing the law. This article will examine the enforcement issues in both nations by utilizing doctrinal and comparative analysis. Consequently, some exercise of discretion of the executive can be questioned and challenged under the purview of administrative law. This study is a continuation of previous studies about the Malay landscape in the state of Perak. The purpose of this study was to obtain a list of hard landscape elements that exist in the residential compound of the Malays in the present. The objective of the study was to determine the function of each component of a hard landscape. The scope of the survey is along the Perak River in Perak Tengah District. Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) is a lifelong handicap that affects the lives and the people around them. Knowing them as a unique person, designated learning environment should consider the sensory issues to overcome their needs. However, designers are lack of awareness in terms of sensory design while designing learning spaces for autistic children. This research objective is to identify the sensory design of physical learning enviroment in the Autism Centre, while the paper aims to develop the Design Criteria Checklist of sensory design for Autism Centre. This paper describes two main aspects of environmental management in Barcelona; city mobility and waste management. The observation is documented through hard evidence of photographs, local authority database and information accessible to the public. This paper is divided into three sections; 1) current urban planning and management 2) the sustainability and environmental approaches governed by the city 3) personal thoughts and experience overlooking the general attitude and culture of the people of Barcelona. The work of art construes the state of the pontoon during the semester to be adjusted by the Sape. He created Sape's current state after awaking from his rest in the vessel. As a result, the arrangement and standing model were created, as well as the Sape' theme. Porpion and engkerabang blossom themes enhance Pua Kumbu. Aims of the study: So that the guidelines and goals are met, they must be stated. They are incorporating a mystical element into Sape's instrument through free-standing sculptures. Corruption and accountability are challenging issues of public officials in Malaysia and Indonesia. This study compares approaches taken to control corruption and abuse of powers among public officials under Administrative Law. It comparatively examines the presidential and parliamentary systems and to study reported cases. Administrative Law approaches in both countries are analysed to determine its mechanism in this matter. The finding suggests a fusion of both approaches by an increasing use of codes and policy guidelines to enhance transparency and accountability. These will eventually promote good management and trust of the public towards the administration of both nations. Decorative roof finials, also known as Mahkota Atap Masjid, are a unique identity and hallmark of Islam in Malacca. Today, there are more than 160 mosques throughout the state of Malacca, however, only 38 of them have a decorative roof finial. Therefore, the objectives of this research are: to map the location of these mosques and document their designs for heritage documentation. Initiatives of sustainable development require acceptance and participation of the people. This is crucial for Melaka state which wants to be a Green Technology City State by 2020. This paper evaluates the people’s acceptance and participation of these programs. Observations, responses from 152 samples, and in depth interview of officers were analysed. The study suggests the respondents are aware of the green city’s vision, mostly from social media. The popular initiatives are Melaka Without Plastic Bag and Polystyrene, Green Transportation and 2+1 Recycling Program. However, the level of people’s involvement in the initiative introduced is relatively low. Public squares function as open spaces where people can conduct many activities and events in the city. The ‘life’ of squares evolves and changes according to the contemporary demands of the people. Learning about the evolution of the City Square in Melbourne, Australia, this study aims to analyse how its designs changed over the years in order to accommodate city life. This study employs spatial analysis to examine the relationships between the square’s physical characteristics with people’s activities. This study explores the practice of financial interdependence among Malay older people who live in the community in Malaysia. Eleven Malay older people participated in this qualitative study by an in-depth interview. The data was analyzed using six stages of the interpretative phenomenological analysis. Two main themes emerged from the interview transcripts are issues regarding living expenses and financial assistance. Financial interdependence is one of the most effective ways for the Malay older people in the community in Malaysia to adapt their retired status, to achieve maximum life satisfaction and productivity thereby improving their overall quality of life.Keywords: Financial interdependence, Older people, Quality of life, Interpretative phenomenological analysisISSN: 2398-4287© 2017. Tourism is a sector that always has a dynamic movement which will benefit the local community. Lumban Suhi-suhi is a tourist village famous for its ulos on Samosir Island that has become one of the tourist attraction. Due to the limitations of facilities arrangement make it becomes less of the attraction itself. Therefore, the environment-based mechanism becomes one of the concepts that will be applied to improve the tourist facilities in which could increase tourists in that area.
