The aim of this work was to study the spectrum of LF and HF oscillations generated by plasma bunches created and confined in the volume of a microwave cavity immersed in the magnetic field of a mirror trap. The registration of electrostatic oscillations in the plasma was carried out using two flat electrodes mounted diametrically opposite in the central part of the cavity close to its wall. This diagnostic showed the presence of low-frequency oscillations with frequencies of 130 kHz and 450 kHz. The oscillation spectrum in the microwave range was recorded at the minimum of the magnetic trap using a real-time spectrometer and a loosely coupled loop antenna. The registration of the spectra in the 40 MHz band revealed a regular change in the frequency of the fundamental oscillation mode of the cavity and the presence of two harmonics of the synchrotron radiation of the plasma bunch at frequencies of 2.25 GHz and 4.52 GHz, respectively. According to the obtained data, the parameters of the formed bunch (density, shape, volume, energy spectra of plasma components) can be restored.

Low frequency oscillations (LFOs) in power systems usually fall into two types, i.e., forced oscillations and natural oscillations. Waveforms of the two are similar, but the suppression methods are different. Therefore, it is important to accurately identify LFO type. In this paper, a method for discriminating LFO type based on multi-dimensional features and a feature selection algorithm combining ReliefF and minimum redundancy maximum relevance algorithm (mRMR) is proposed. Firstly, 53 features are constructed from six aspects—time domain, frequency domain, energy, correlation, complexity, and modal analysis—which comprehensively characterize the multidimensional features of LFO. Then, the optimal feature subset with greater relevance and less redundancy is extracted by ReliefF-mRMR. In order to improve the classification performance, a modified Support Vector Machine (SVM) with Genetic Algorithm (GA) optimizing the key parameters is adopted, which is conducted in MATLAB. Finally, in 179-bus system, the samples of LFOs are generated by the Power System Analysis Toolbox (PSAT) and the accuracy of the LFO type identification model is verified. In ISO New England and East China power grid, it is proven that the proposed method can accurately identify LFO type considering the influences of noise, oscillation mode, and data incompletion. Hence, it has good robustness, noise immunity, and practicability.

WHO (World Health Organization) concludes that not much effect is caused by electric field up to 20 kV / m in humans. WHO standard also mentions that humans will not be affected by the magnetic field under  100 micro tesla and that the electric field will affect the human body with a maximum standard of 5,000 volts per meter. In this study did not discuss about the effect of high voltage radiation SUTT (High Voltage Air Channel) with human health. The research will focus on energy utilization of SUTT radiation. The combination of electric field and magnetic field on SUTT (70-150KV) can generate electromagnetic (EM) and radiation waves, which are expected to be converted to turn on street lights around the location of high voltage areas or into other forms. The design of this prototype works like an antenna in general that captures electromagnetic signals and converts them into AC waves. With a capacitor that can store the potential energy of AC and Schottky diode waves created specifically for low frequency waves, make the current into one direction (DC). From the research results obtained the current generated from the radiation is very small even though the voltage is big enough. Keywords : Radiance Energy, Joule Thief, and  LED Module.

We consider the solutions of two integrodifferential equations in this work. These equations describe the ultra-low frequency waves in the dipol-like model of the magnetosphere in the gyrokinetic framework. The first one is reduced to the homogeneous, second kind Fredholm equation. This equation describes the structure of the parallel component of the magnetic field of drift-compression waves along the Earth’s magnetic field. The second equation is reduced to the inhomogeneous, second kind Fredholm equation. This equation describes the field-aligned structure of the parallel electric field potential of Alfvén waves. Both integral equations are solved numerically.
