This research is purposed to determine the effect of tunneling incentive,bonus mechanism and debt covenant to transfer pricing wich ismoderated by tax minimization on multinational firm’s listed atIndonesian Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The technique of thisanalysis is multiple regression analysis, wich used 33 annual reportfrom secondary data with purposive sampling method. The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.

This study aims to test the effects of leverage and liquidity on accounting conservatism, this research uses secondary data. Sample of this research is cigarette company from the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. Samples were collected by using purposive sampling method and resulting two companies to be the samples. The observations using descriptive statistic, a test of classical assumption, and multiple regression analysis. This study conclused that independent leverage variabel and liquidity has simultaneously effect to accounting conservatism, and leverage hasn’t effect significantly to accounting conservatism.

Abstract: This study aims to analysis influence profitability on firm’s value with dividend payout as intervening variable. Sample to be studied in this research is 21 (twenty one) firm’s which have to stay for 5 years in LQ45 index in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2009 – 2013. Sampling technique was used is purposive sampling. Method of analysis used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20. Finding of study is profitability, dividend payout affect significant positive on firm’s value and profitability affect significant positive on dividend payout. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of company size on audit fee, (2) The effect of audit complexity on audit fee, (3) The effect of company risk on audit fee, (4) The effect of KAP size on audit fee. Population in this research are non financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 – 2017. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method with a total sample of 68 companiees. The data used in this research is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by the method of documentation at www.idx.com and the official website of each company. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that: (1) Company size influence a significant positive on audit fee, (2) Audit complexity influence a significant positive on audit fee, (3) Company risk no significant effect on audit fee, and (4) KAP size influence a significant positive on audit fee.

This study aims to examine the effect of foreign ownership on firm value, the influence of ownership concentrated on firm value, the influence of the environmental disclosure on firm value. The population used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Samples were determined by using purposive sampling method and obtained sample of 13 companies with a total of 134 observations. Data analysis was done by multiple regression analysis using SPSS program. The results of the research indicate that: 1) foreign ownership influences on firm value, 2) ownership concentrated influences on firm value, 3) environmental disclosure influences on firm value.

Disclosure of biological assets in agricultural companies has been ratified in 2018, which is about PSAK 69. This standard requires agricultural sector companies to provide disclosures about their biological assets. Several studies have been carried out by previous studies. However, studies in Indonesia are still limited. Therefore, there is a desire to investigate this phenomenon. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of what factors influence the disclosure of biological assets. The population in this study are all agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2015-2018. The final sample in this study were 50 companies obtained using the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the intensity of biological assets, Public Ownership, Audit Committee Meetings have a positive influence on the disclosure of biological assets.

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the effect of profitability, solvability, and inventory activity toward the Audit Delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is whole of the retail companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. The method used in this research is explanatory research, and the sampling method used was judgement sampling method. Research hypothesis testing using T test, F test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results show that profitability, solvability, and inventory activity have no effect on audit delay on retail companies that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Audit Delay,  Inventory Activity, Profitability, and Solvability

The aim of study to examine the effect of credit risk as measured by non performing loan, and capital adequacy ratio to profitability level measured by return on assets in banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research belongs to causative research. The population in this study is the stateowned banks listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study is determined by purposive sampling method so that obtained four sample companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, correlation, determination and partial test of hypothesis with t test and simultaneously with F test. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis with 5% significance level, the results of this study conclude: (1) non performing loan has a negative and significant influence on profitability in banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) capital adequacy ratio positively affect profitability on banking industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. So simultaneously and together it can be concluded that NPL and CAR have an effect on ROA.

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

This research aims to examine to analyze the effect of tunneling incentive, bonus scheme and exchange rate on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 until 2017. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 48 manufacturing companies. The data used is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by documentation at www.idx.com. The analytical method used is Panel Regression Analysis with SPSS22 software. /This research use logistic regression analysis as analysis /method.The result of analysis in this research showed that tunneling incentive and bonus scheme had no effect on ithe company’s decision to do transfer pricing.  Exchange rate had a significant effect on the company’s decision to do transferi pricing
