Analysis of how public chooses their hospital for treatment. In this study we are analysing is there any difference in choosing a hospital by male and female community. As there are many additional services which are provided by the hospital along with their basic service that is treatment. And in service industry there are various factors, which create barriers in the growth of industry. Health care market consists of both the genders i.e. male and female and by this study we found that on which factor the opinion of the genders are different. There are many facilities and services which are included in the survey provided by hospital. This study is done to have a better understanding of the both community’s needs, as satisfaction of customer increases customer retention and helps in developing customer base and capturing more market. Also it provides the analysis of market. In hospital industry the same doctor can also visit the other hospital, thus it is important to have customer retention and continuously improvement in services provided by the hospital and brief understanding of the market.

The environment in health care organizations is becoming increasingly competitive. Therefore, to improve patient return rates, health care organizations need to examine how to enhance the physician-patient relationship. In particular, the role of patient gratitude on the physician-patient relationship in health care organizations is still ambiguous. The specific role of patient gratitude in the medical service industry needs to be identified. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate physician-patient interactions with reference to relationship marketing and to further understand the relationships among relationship quality, patient gratitude, and patient loyalty. The potential effects of patient gratitude on the physician-patient relationship were examined by testing mediation effect. The results demonstrated that patient gratitude had a notable effect on the association between relationship quality and patient loyalty. To improve the physician-patient relationship in the medical service industry, health care managements should not ignore the 3 relationship quality tactics perceived by patients, specially the role of the potential effect of patient gratitude on relational building.

Defining, measuring and delivering quality is an important challenge facing Health Care. Health Care as a Service Industry may be described with two forms of quality: technical quality, and functional quality. (1) Our previously published technical study demonstrated a reproducible and scalable measure of the technical quality, without additional capital cost. (2) A technical study, and the application of any service or measurement of quality, may be sub optimal if pursued in isolation from the patient/family (customer) perception.
This study measured the functional quality of a complex Health Care service from the patient/family perception, which is perhaps superior and more relevant. We have quantified and documented an excellent competitive franchise and competitive advantages for our services, in our market, as well as areas for improvement, without additional capital expense.

As the economy grows rapidly and IoT technology advances rapidly, the logistics industry as a service industry is growing rapidly around the world. The logistics industry, meanwhile, is the one that can best play the role of IoT. The rapid development of the logistics industry has brought great competition challenges to the logistics industry. To solve the competitive problems of the logistics industry cluster, this article introduces the research on the upgrade path and strategy of the logistics industry cluster based on the Internet of Things and uses the analytic hierarchy process, investigation method, and expert evaluation method to build the IoT technology information model and logistics cost. According to the established optimization model, the following are proposed: analyzing the problems existing in the logistics industry cluster, giving an upgrade path from the four aspects of manufacturing, technology, structure, and service, and giving specific strategic suggestions from the aspects of talents and enterprises. The accuracy rate of current analysis is as high as 90%, and the implementation rate of upgrade paths and strategy recommendations is as high as 95%.
