During the conduct of the research, at the very end of the process, there is a need for all results, with accompanying explanations and notes, to be communicated to the professionals and scientific public. In order to make it easier and more accurate for the reader to be aware of the facts presented in the report, it is necessary that the authors maintain certain report structures. In this regard, it is necessary to introduce young researchers, who are trained to carry out research work, first and foremost the students of master and doctoral academic studies, a little more extensively and in detail, with the structure of the introduction.

This part of the presentation, related to the structure of the research report, is devoted to the part that covers the presentation of applied methods and techniques in the research, as well as the presentation of the basic data, the methods of preparation for their processing and the processing techniques themselves. This means that there are practically two intercon?nected units. On one side is a description of the methods, techniques and protocols used to gain new knowledge related to the chosen research problem, and on the other is elementary data, which was used and processed according to the selected methods.

El artículo aborda la necesidad de la creatividad que se impone en la era actual del conocimiento y la importancia que  constituyen las tecnologías como herramientas indispensables en todas las esferas de la vida. En Trabajo toma como campo investigativo los cambios que se llevan a cabo en esta esfera en la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí y la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, Ecuador, donde se toman como objeto el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la Educación Superior. El objetivo de la investigación fue comunicar el impacto de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones en las Universidades, donde se hace énfasis en el nuevo rol de los docentes y su nuevo desempeño de facilitadores del aprendizaje en los educandos a través en los nuevos escenarios mediados por las tecnologías. Para el desarrollo exitoso de esta memoria investigativa se   usó como metodología instrumentos que se basaron fundamentalmente en documentos referativos que ayudaron a justificar el problema de investigación, el cual consistía fundamentalmente en el impacto de las nuevos  dispositivos tecnológicos y su utilidad en los centros de altos estudios del país. Se concluyó que las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación son herramientas indispensables en la docencia y al mismo tiempo la forma de intervenir en el diseño educativo que nos llevan a explorar nuevos métodos docentes en los escenarios educativos mediados por estas. Se constató además que estas herramientas favorecen satisfactoriamente al proceso si se tiene una buena preparación por parte del docente.   Palabras clave: Herramientas tecnológicas, universidades, formación, docencia universitaria, proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje Impact of information technology and communications: a look at higher education  Abstract The article states the need of the creativity that prevails in the current era of knowledge and the importance that technologies constitute in all spheres of life. In field research work it takes as changes take place in this area in Southern State University of Manabí and the Technical University of Babahoyo, Ecuador, where they are taken as an object the process of learning in higher education. The aim of the research was to communicate the impact of Information Technology and Communications in the universities, where the emphasis is on the new role of teachers and their new performance of facilitators of learning in students through the new scenarios mediated by technologies. For the successful development of this research report it was used as a methodology instruments based mainly on referative documents that helped to justify the research problem, which consisted mainly of the impact of new technological devices and their use in the centers of higher learning in the country. It was concluded that information technology and communication are indispensable tools in teaching and at the same time how to intervene in the educational design that lead us to explore new teaching methods in educational settings mediated by these. It was further found that these tools successfully promote the process if there is a good preparation by the teacher.

EditorialIn 2018, the Indian film “Starting Line” focused the public’s attention on the issue of education in India. It depicted the length some Indian parents were willing to go to secure educational resources for their children, as well as the difficulties faced by those disadvantaged in society in their fight for equal educational opportunities. In reality, many brilliant young Indian talents have been able to study in Australia through a fund set up by Prof. Chennupati Jagadish, a Distinguished Professor of the Australian National University. Prof. Jagadish is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science and the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering. In 2018 he was awarded a UNESCO Prize for his contribution to the development of nanoscience and nanotechnology. He holds many positions, and has won numerous awards. What started Prof. Jagadish on his scientific research career? How did he become the respected scientist he is today? The role of organic chemistry and other chemical disciplines in the system of training qualified personnel for the pharmaceutical industry is indisputable. In what direction is chemistry developing in the modern world? What innovative directions does chemistry offer to drug developers? Can a robot synthesize a new compound? How to achieve practically significant results of scientific research? How may the obtained results be published in highly rated journals? It is a matter of debate about what a scientific research is. But within this issue we often discuss about the data source. These issues have raised some dilemmas of ethical character on how datas shall be collected, who collects them, and who may use and the way they are used. No doubt those doctorates represent a research but the purpose of this paper is to stimulate debate on some essential criteria which it should have. The first question we put forth is that how much of the data presented by the candidate are of first hand- collected by the candidate himself, his team and how much data are used from other sources or are given from second hand (Mattews, Ross, 2012). From the direct analysis of the doctorate works in SEE University, it turns out that there is a mixed approach of using the data and their presentation. We can freely say that first-hand data are more in number but there is also a great numbers of dissertations without first-hand data, so without source data, collected directly by the author on the determined subject of his paper . So the permanent question that should afflict us is that whether a dissertation should always respect innovation and basic principles of Salzburg Principles? By reviewing of the literature, documents analyzing, statistical analyzing we will be able to give a clear picture of how the of primary and secondary sources in the dissertation work should be used.

Current research in Internet of Things (IoT) is focused on the security enhancements to every communicated message in the network. Keeping this thought in mind, researcher in this work emphasizes on a security oriented cryptographic solution. Commonly used security cryptographic solutions are heavy in nature considering their key size, operations, and mechanism they follow to secure a message. This work first determines the benefit of applying lightweight security cryptographic solutions in IoT. The existing lightweight counterparts are still vulnerable to attacks and also consume calculative more power. Therefore, this research work proposes a new hybrid lightweight logical security framework for offering security in IoT (LLSFIoT). The operations, key size, and mechanism used in the proposed framework make its lightweight. The proposed framework is divided into three phases: registration, authentication, and light data security (LDS). LDS offers security by using unique keys at each round bearing small size. Key generation mechanism used is comparatively fast making the compromise of keys as a difficult task. These steps followed in the proposed algorithm design make it lightweight and a better solution for IoT-based networks as compared to the existing solutions that are relatively heavy weight in nature.
