This paper describes the use of modern measuring and data acquisition system for determining characteristics of feromagnetic material. For this purpose data acquisition card NI USB-6009, PC with data acquisition software and fluxmeter Electrical Steel Measuring System MPG 100 D were used. Based on the results obtained by measurements the modeling of hysteresis loop is performed by using appropriate mathematical model.

Based on the analysis of the testing automatic transmission (AT), the AT’s solenoid valve control signals conditioning circuits and revolving speed F/V converter conditioning circuits are designed, and the data acquisition system is designed based on virtual instrument. The system is composed of the PCI-6024E data acquisition card, signal conditioning circuits and computer, and the acquisition procedure is programmed in graphical language LabVIEW. Finally, the data acquisition system has been verified on vehicle test bench which loads ZF-Ecomat 6HP500 AT. Controlling signals of switching solenoid valves, duty cycle signal of proportional solenoid valve, accelerator aperture signal, oil pressure signals and speed signals are collected, it turns out that the data acquisition system has good feasibility.

A data acquisition system for electronic automatic transmission test, which makes use of American NI’s data acquisition card, is designed based on Virtual Instrument. The data can be collected by the data acquisition system include automatic transmission oil pressure, solenoid duty, as well as speed of turbine and output shaft of transmission and throttle degree of engine and so on. The key problems of the system design are measurement method of automatic transmission solenoid duty, signal conditioning circuit design and how to improve sampling rate of the system. Test platform is of a armored vehicle which has equipped a high-power electronic automatic transmission. The automatic transmission shift control strategy and characteristics of throttle oil pressure etc can be obtained through test data acquisition.

In this paper, we introduced features of data acquisition card based on PCI bus, and combined with researching on timing data collection system in the reducer test, built data acquisition system aiming at parameters of the reducer, and by using VC+ + to program, we achieved display on timing and real-time acquisition curve of data of torque and speed of the reducer, and have got good results.

In order to solve the problems of information sharing, tampering and leaking in mechanical operation data acquisition, an abnormal data acquisition system for mechanical operation based on block chain technology was designed. The system takes Beihang Chain as the prototype and designs the overall architecture of the system. Data acquisition module uses data acquisition card, CPU, programmable logic device, A/D conversion chip and other equipment to collect and process abnormal data in mechanical operation. The alarm module divides the abnormal data collected by the data acquisition module into five levels: P1-P5. After the implementation of the alarm module, the abnormal information and alarm information in the process of mechanical operation are transmitted to the abnormal data management module for storage. The system adopts the method of mechanical operation anomaly data acquisition based on sparse sampling, and adopts hierarchical clustering method to establish the data acquisition tree of mechanical operation anomaly. The block chain technology is used to design the process of storing and monitoring abnormal data of mechanical operation. The experimental results show that the system has high accuracy of fitting curve for abnormal data acquisition, low real-time energy consumption, and the minimum energy consumption is only 0.01/10-3 J.

A full-scale heat transfer test facility has been designed and built for the determination of effective thermal conductivity of pebble bed, which is a macroscopic parameter to characterize the heat transfer capacity of the core in the High Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor. The data acquisition system is developed to collect, display and record the temperature data in monitoring points. Two alternative software systems are designed to obtain better performance. To enhance precision of the measurement system, several aspects are analyzed and optimized in the implementation of LabVIEW. The error of the hardware system is analyzed, which is within the acceptable range. The data acquisition system can meet the practical demands of temperature acquisition in the range of thermal analysis.

In this research, the design of the force measuring system on main landing gear weight drop test for the LSU series that developed by LAPAN was carried out. The principle of this machine is to apply the load according to the weight of the aircraft on the main landing gear and drop it at a certain height assisted by the guiding rail. At the bottom of this machine there is a impact platform where each angle is mounted with a load cell that functions to measure the reaction force due to the impact of the main landing gear. In addition, there is a data acquisition system whose function is to process the output signal from load cell and display measurement data. The data acquisition system used consists of DAQ measurement hardware made by national instruments and LabVIEW software installed on a PC. The design of this testing tools aims to carry out a dynamic impact test on the main landing gear structure of the UAV. In this study, static calibration has also been successfully performed on the impact platform and shows consistent results for various test masses.
