This research aims to examine the effect of competence and organizational commitment on the performance of teachers and employees at SMP and SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja, namely partially and simultaneously. The research design used in this research is quantitative causal. The subjects in this study were teachers and employees at SMP and SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Singaraja while the objects of this study were competence, organizational commitment and employee performance. The research population used was 37 employees. The data collected by results of questionnaires and interviews were then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) competence and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (3) organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance of employees at PT. Introduce Results Overlay which includes Organizational Commitment (X1) Organizational Culture (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). This study uses a quantitative method sample 60 employees at PT. Deliver Overlay Results as respondents. Data collection is done using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical , namely by using multiple regression analysis, the processing of which was carried out with the SPSS version 25.0 program. 1) The results of the analysis prove that the Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation variables simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Deliver Results Overlays. 2) The results of the analysis prove that Organizational Commitment and Motivation have a partial effect on Employee Performance, while Organizational Culture has no partial effect on Employee Performance. 3) Result prove that between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Motivation, Motivation variables have the most significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Deliver Results Overlays.

Research using multiple regression analysis. The result showed leadership and work motivation a significant positive effect on employee performance. It was also concluded thatleadership variable dominanly influenced on employee performance compared to work motivation.</span>

The purpose of this study was to find out Compensation, Competence, Work Discipline either partially or simultaneously on the performance of nurses at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. The research method used multiple regression analysis, this study at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang. The results showed that Compensation had a significant positive effect on the performance of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang Employees. Competence also had a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang, Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance of RSI Sultan Agung Semarang.

This research aims to examine the effect of collectivism, organizational commitment, and moral reasoning on whistleblowing intention. The primary data of this research are collected from bank officer at Bank BRI Bengkulu Branch by using a survey approach. The questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents, but only 52 questionnaires that can be analyzed or processed. Analysis of the data in this study using analyzed multiple regression analysis. The result of the research showed that: (1) collectivism has a positive effect on whistleblowing intention, (2) organizational commitment does not affect on whistleblowingintention, and (3) moral reasoning has a positive effect on whistleblowing intention. This research is expected to help the banks, particularly Bank BRI Bengkulu Branch in designing strategies to increase their employees whistleblowing intention or in enhancing the institution’s whistleblowing system by paying attention to factors that influence whistleblowing intentions.Key words: whistleblowing intention, collectivism, organizational commitment, moral reasoning

The purpose of this research is to analyza the influence of work motivation and training on the performance of the employees at the Education and Culture Office Of Padang Pariaman Regency. In this study using descriptive analisys. This analysis is to strengthen the argumentation and logic in answering and implementing allegations that will be described in quantitative analysis, for testing this research hypothesis, including multiple regression analysis. The result of this study illustrate that all variables affect the performance of employees. The result of this research where the variable of work motivation (X1) is known equal to 1,670 then training variable (X2) is obtained equal to 1,670, for employee performance result (Y) equal to 33,196. It can be concluded that the motivation of work ad training is influential in improving the performance of employees within the Department of Education and Culture of Padang Pariaman Regency.

This study aims to determine how big the influence of Conflict, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction together on Employee Loyalty at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 57 respondents. Non-medical staff at Tk Hospital. III dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test (t test) obtained: (a) partially there is a significant effect of Conflict on Employee Loyalty. Thus Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected. (b) partially there is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (c) partially there is no significant effect of Job Satisfaction on Performance Loyalty. Thus, Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted. (d) There is a spatially significant influence between Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty. Thus obtained Ha accepted Ho rejected. (e) the contribution of the variables of Conflict, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction together to Employee Loyalty is 40.2% while the remaining 59.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
