Pada era revolusi industri 4.0 saat ini, perkembangan teknologi dan informasi telah merubah perilaku generasi modern khususnya generasi milenial (generasi yang lahir pada tahun 1980-2000). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku generasi milenial yang kuliah di Sekolah Tnggi Ilmu Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Syariah Indo Global Mandiri (STEBIS IGM) dalam keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah di era revolusi 4.0. Perilaku generasi milenial yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepercayaan Terhadap Informasi Interaktif, Pemilihan Ponsel Dibanding Televisi, Kewajiban Memiliki Sosial Media, Kurang Suka Membaca Secara Konvensional, Pemanfaatan Teknologi dan Informasi, Mulai Bertransaksi Secara Cahless, Financial Planning dan saving. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, Observasi dan Dokumentasi dengan subjek responden adalah Mahasiswa Stebis IGM angkatan 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perilaku generasi milenial berhubungan secara signifikan dalam keputusan menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Adapun untuk perilaku yang mempunyai nilai pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap niat menjadi nasabah bank syariah yaitu kewajiban memiliki media sosial dan pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi.

This research was motivated when the policy of eliminating hajj bailouts was lowered, it made researchers want to know the factors of eliminating hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BNI Syariah Indralaya), as well as how the solutions for customers provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BNI Syariah Indralaya) related to the elimination of hajj bailouts. This study aims to analyze the abolition of hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BNI Syariah Indralaya). This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. This research data uses primary data. To explore relevant data, the writer uses the interview method, after the data has been collected, it is analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the elimination of hajj bailouts was due to hajj bailouts that were not the main product, hajj bailout products were not profitable, and the high waiting list for prospective hajj pilgrims. The solution provided by the bank is the introduction of the iB Hasanah Savings product.

This study aims to determine (1) the inhibiting factors that affect the financing of problematic murabahah found at BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin during the covid-19 pandemic. (2) Handling problematic murabahah financing carried out at BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative research type. This research is descriptive research. The population in this study were several employees and customers of BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin. The data analysis technique in this study uses a way of analyzing and assessing all relevant data and facts obtained from the selected object and quoting from generally accepted theories and provisions then from the results of the analysis the author tries to draw conclusions that represent the existing problems. The results of this study the authors conclude that: (1) The obstacles in murabahah financing at BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin are the ability to pay from customers, global economic conditions, human resources, customer character, completeness of documents or administration, and customer delays in paying installments. (2) Handling murabahah financing at BPRS Al Falah Banyuasin, namely billing on the principle of kinship, giving warnings or reprimands, rescheduling (Rescheduling), reconditioning, restructuring.

Profit sharing is the distribution of business results that have been carried out by the parties who entered into the agreement, namely the customer and the sharia bank. In this case, there are two parties who enter into a business agreement, the results of the efforts carried out by both parties or one of the parties will be divided according to the portion of each party who entered into the contract agreement. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the financing profit sharing system at PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin in 2021 and to find out what are the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the financing system at PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of the Mudharabah financing profit sharing system carried out by PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin is using the Profit sharing method because it is in accordance with the recommendation of the MUI DSN Fatwa that the Profit Sharing method is more appropriate for Mudharabah financing. As for the obstacles in the implementation of Mudharabah financing at PT. BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin is an obstacle when completing files or administrative requirements Constraints when the business is running.

In Indonesia, the majority are Muslims, so the demand for banks that operate in accordance with sharia has begun to emerge. This study aims to find out how the effect of profit sharing for mudharabah savings products on the interest in saving customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Km 6 Palembang. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire/questionnaire with a population of several mudharabah savings customers. The research method used is simple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results obtained indicate that the profit sharing variable in the mudharabah savings product has a significant effect on the customer's interest in saving.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

Small Microcus Business (UMKM) is a small business activity but is able to provide a major effect for the economy in Indonesia. That is to expand employment, play a role in the process of equity and increase in community revenue, and encourage the realization of national stability. But to realize it is necessary to be able to compete globally, by utilizing technological developments at this time not to be left behind with the development of the age. Utilization of social media especially Facebook as a promotional tool to make it easy for marketing UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District of District Objective is one of the strategies that are currently used. With easy access, wide tissues, fast working methods and also costs that will be able to provide positive and profitable impacts for MSME. The results of this study show that the use and use of social media as a promotional tool can increase the competitiveness of UMKM-UMKM Gulo Puan in the village of Bangsal District District in January aspects of increased sales than compared to using social media. But when revisited still many non-MSMEs that have not used and utilize social media for marketing online caused by various things.

This study discusses the influence of motivation and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia (Case Study of Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri Kcp Palembang Km 6). Descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 3,612 customers and 97 samples. While the data collection technique using questionnaires and documentation and data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products simultaneously on the decision to become a customer has a positive and significant effect with the proportion of motivation to avoid usury (X1) and knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) on the decision to become a customer (Y) of 75 ,2%. Meanwhile, for the partial test of the motivation to avoid usury and knowledge of Islamic banking products on the decision to become a customer, it is known that the motivation to avoid usury (X1) has a positive and significant effect. The second variable knowledge of Islamic banking products (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on the decision to become a customer (Y) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (Ex. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Palembang KM 6).

BPRS Al-Falah Banyuasin itself is a financial institution that has a very important role in saving funds and distributing funds, in this activity the distribution of funds can be given to the community to obtain benefits, one of which is the benefit of services. In this case, the demand for multiservice financing products is less than other financing when viewed from the object and need. This type of research is qualitative using interviews, documentation, observation, and testing the validity of the data. The results of this study are how the swot analysis of multiservice financing at PT. BPRS Al-Falah, this Multiservice Financing Product uses a SWOT analysis, namely a comprehensive assessment of (Strength) Strengths, (Weaknesses) Weaknesses, (Opportunities) Opportunities, (Threats) Threats. The contract system for multiservice product financing is where the customer comes directly to the Bank with the aim of submitting an application for multiservice financing, then the customer must fill out a financing application form that has been provided by the bank, and is accompanied by a photocopy of an ID card.

A financial information system is an information system designed to provide information about money options for users throughout the company. The financial information system is part of the MIS which is used to solve corporate financial problems. In general, the financial information system has an income system consisting of a data processing subsystem supported by an internal audit subsystem that provides internal data and information. For large companies it usually has staff internal auditors. Like other subsystems, this system is also equipped with the financial intelligence subsystem, which collects information from the environment.
