The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the “Sampat Sehe Kedas” Waste Bank in Selat Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation methods. The determination of informants was done purposively. The data obtained from the interviews were analyzed by producing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the Management of the Sampat Sehe Kedas Waste Bank in Selat Village show that planning is going well in terms of goal setting, namely wanting to help the community in managing waste by forming an organization, providing a financial budget, fulfilling equipment and equipment, identifying problems, and developing plans by deliberation. Organizing goes well in terms of the formation of the organizational structure. The briefing went well, seen from the coordination between the chairman and officers before carrying out activities and giving each other motivation. Supervision runs well, seen from the standard of implementation, the management and officers have worked according to the agreed day and the waste that customers save is non-organic waste at a price of Rp. 500.00/ kg

This study goal is to have a look at the impact of rate and product first-rate simultaneously and partially on patron satisfaction. The studies layout used became quantitative causal. The subjects of this studies are customers who buy Aqua mineral water at Rama Mart and the objects of research are charge, product first-rate, and patron pride. The sampling approach used became purposive sampling with a total of a hundred and twenty respondents. information collection changed into achieved by distributing questionnaires, then analyzed via a couple of linear regression evaluation. The results showed that (1) fee and Product high-quality had a tremendous and giant effect on purchaser pride of Aqua mineral water at Rama Mart with a contribution of 60.5% influence, (2) price had a high-quality and giant impact on Aqua consumer satisfaction. mineral water at Rama Mart. with an influence contribution of 29.five%, (3) Product nice has a high-quality and sizable impact on client delight of Aqua mineral water at Rama Mart with a power contribution of 23.5%.

This study aims the effect of electrification on productivity. We used data panel on kabupaten dan kota level with 2014-2019 period. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative with the data used is secondary data in the form of GDRB panel data throughout Indonesia In this study, productivity defined as GDRB per capita. Estimation result shows that the electrification ratio has a positive and significant effect to GDRP per capita on 2014-2019 nationally, in Sumatera island, and Kalimantan island. The presence of electrification can support productivity, such as lightning, use of mahines more efficiently, home appliance, and ICT or communication. Therefore, electrification should be fulfilled in Indonesia to increase GDRP per capita growth.

This study provides the formulation of Mixed Strategy on a business Kopi Babah Kacamata doing processing coffee beans to coffee powder. This study aims to knows and analyzing quadrant position Kopi Babah Kacamata, formulation of Mixed Strategy, and impact on the application of the formulation of Mixed Strategy in competition business manufacture industry coffee beans at Salatiga city. This type of research was a qualitative study and the technique of determining participants used a purposive sample. The analytical method used method SWOT analysis and Mixed Strategy analysis (Blue Ocean Strategy dand White Ocean Strategy) and for test data validity using the triangular method. Based on the SWOT analysis Kopi Babah Kacamata is in the 1st (progestin) according to SO strategy that increases the productivity and quality of coffee, and make used coffee trend to access the market wider in business competition. Mixed Strategy analysis of Kopi Babah Kacamata is taking a new strategy in a way that reduces factors unimportant in business and Increase could factor winning competition, then created Something never offered. Kopi Babah Kacamata indirectly can maintain business with a positive impact on the general public and the environment. The impact of the application a Mixed Strategy to the company can be winning a competitive way created a new market and exist the company.

This study was aimed to examine the effect of simultaneous and partially word of mouth and corporate image on use decisions of JNE Express Buleleng. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, the sample technique used purposive sampling. The data method used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that (1) word of mouth and corporate image has a positive and significant effect simultaneous on use decisions with a contribution influence of 83.7%. (2) Word of mouth has a positive and significant effect partially on use decisions with a contribution influence of 25.6%. (3) Corporate image has a positive and significant effect partially on with a use decisions contribution influence of 28.6%.

This study aims to partially determine the effect of the school environment and learning motivation on social science learning achievement and to determine the simultaneous influence of the school environment and learning motivation on social science learning achievement. The type of research is causal. The population of this research  was all of the students of  grade VIII  SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2019/2020. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling and the number of samples were 77 students. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, documentation and observation and data analysis of this research is  multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) the school environment has a significant effect on student achievement with a sig value of 0.016 < 0.05, (2) learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement with a sig value of 0.015 < 0.05, (3) the school environment and learning motivation simultaneously significant effect on student achievement with sig. obtained is 0.015 <0.05.

Research is in the background because there is no learning media in schools to help the teaching and learning process in economic subjects. Often found low learning motivation in students. In the classroom there is no learning media that supports and increases student learning outcomes in economic subjects in particular, so this study develops a make a match based puzzle game learning media which aims to determine the feasibility, effectiveness, practicality of learning media on student learning outcomes. This research is a development research with Four-D models which only reaches the Develop stage. The trial design of this study used a pretest-posttest group design. The test subjects in this study were 24 students of SMA Negeri 3 Bojonegoro, class XI IPS 1. The results of this study met the feasible requirements, obtained a very feasible category of 91% in media validation, obtained a very feasible category of 100% in material validation, obtained a feasible category of 80% in the evaluation evaluation, obtained a very feasible category of 100% on the validation of effectiveness, and obtained a very feasible category of 100% in practicality, obtained a very feasible category of 95.07% in the response of students. From the research results it can be concluded that the learning media based on make a match puzzle games developed are feasible, effective and practical to use.

This study aims to see (1) the process of applying for credit to AMER's Banjar suka duka, (2) the causes of uncollectible credit by AMER joy and sorrow members, (3) how to solve the problem of uncollected credit by AMER's joy and sorrow members. Methods of interview data, observation and documentation carried out in Banjar Suka Duka AMER. Processing the collected data then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) the lending of credit by members of the AMER's joy and sorrow may use the names of other members based on mutual trust and solidarity between members. So that the borrowing of members' names in credit applications is commonplace and is accepted by AMER's Banjar Management. 2) The cause of uncollectible credit in the AMER joy and sorrow banjar is a very easy redit lending system without the use of collateral and regulations that bind members to repay their credit. (3) The problem of uncollectible credit in the banjar of AMERica, which did not find a solution for two years, was finally implemented as a cover. Where in applying as penenanggunga in the member credit interest is whitened and the principal of the member is able to pay.

This study aims to examine the effect of product quaIity and promotion on purchasing decisions. The research design used in this research is causaI quantitative. The subjects in this study were R3K Rumah Confection and the objects in this study were product quaIity, promotion and purchase decisions. The data coIIection method used a questionnaire, which was then anaIyzed using muItipIe Iinear regression anaIysis with the cIassicaI assumption test. The resuIts of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of product quaIity and promotion on purchasing decisions, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of product quaIity on purchasing decisions, and (3) there is a positive and significant effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. purchase.
