In spite of the advantages of e-learning which have been talked about in different past researches; it is a basic issue to better understand the reasons why a few numbers of students have been disappointed with the e-learning background. Along these lines, these examinations of the researches among students are fulfillment, behavioral goals, and the adequacy of the conventional learning framework that KRG utilizes with worldwide using of e-learning system. A total of 500 secondary school students of 11 and 12 grades was surveyed using a standard survey of questionnaires. The outcomes demonstrated that apparent self-viability is a basic factor that impacts students' fulfillment with the e-learning framework and shows how the customary framework has numerous disadvantages. Seen convenience and saw fulfillment both add the student’s behavioral expectation to utilize the e-learning framework. Besides, e-learning viability can be affected by multimedia guideline, intuitive learning exercises, and e-learning framework quality. This examination proposes an applied model for student’s fulfillment, behavioral aim, and viability of utilizing the e-learning framework before enrolling in the university.

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in higher education has created totally a new environment which is fundamentally different from the traditional learning methods. The objectives of the study were to get the view of the University Grants Commission (UGC) about e-learning system and to investigate the possibilities of formalizing its implementation in the universities in future. As it is an exploratory study, the case study method was deemed appropriate. The result of the study shows that the UGC is favorable on the implementation of a campus-wide e-learning system in all universities. Though there is no formal policy on the embarkation of e-learning mode so far, it encourages the universities to adopt the system. This paper has also highlighted the possible areas for the early implementation of the e-learning mode and other requirements that should be considered for the future adoption of e-learning system.

Personalized e-learning implementation is recognized as one of the most interesting research areas in the distance web-based education. Since the learning style of each learner is different one must fit e-learning with the different needs of learners. This paper presents an approach to integrate learning styles into adaptive e-learning hypermedia. The main objective was to develop a new Adaptive Educational Hypermedia System based on Honey and Mumford learning style model (AEHS-H&M) and assess the effect of adapting educational materials individualized to the student's learning style. To achieve the main objectives, a case study was developed. An experiment between two groups of students was conducted to evaluate the impact on learning achievement. Inferential statistics were applied to make inferences from the sample data to more general conditions was designed to evaluate the new approach of matching learning materials with learning styles and their influence on student's learning achievement. The findings support the use of learning styles as guideline for adaptation into the adaptive e-learning hypermedia systems.
