As the world shifts from an American-dominated presence, the roles of Russia, China and the US enter a new relationship. The nature of technology and investment will determine social, political, and military power, in a form not previously viewed in history.Technological capability develops at an unrelated pace to moral considerations.American assumptions of continuing world leadership are being challenged at the very moment when internal American governance is being challenged.Russian desires to remain an international force are questioned in many quarters.Chinese desires for world leadership face internal issues of resource dependency, reaction to the Belt and Road Initiatives, and economic pressures. The basic issue of democratic governance is under threat from growing worldwide authoritarianism.Planning for stability has entered a realm of complexity theory, with challenges such as climate control, pandemics, cyber threats, terrorism by non-state actors, and growing internal economic divisions do not allow a clear theory for guaranteed growth and abundance.Traditional political, religious and economic theories have not provided answers to a world which seeks solutions. The article discusses these factors and describes the difficulties facing Russia, China, and the United States.

The focus of this article is on monuments to national heroes built at the initiative of the Bulgarian nation state, political party or migrant community beyond the national borders. Three analytical perspectives are presented: geographical, cultural and social, given that monuments are both physical objects and represent non-physical relations. The place of a monument is essential in the interpretation of its function, reflecting intercommunity negotiations and the views of community elites regarding the place of the in the host society. Another basic issue is who Bulgarian national heroes are abroad, who has selected them, and what means and procedures brought them there. Our hypothesis connects the core of the national celebrations (both pantheon and calendar) within the national territory with its periphery in what is a dynamic system. These reflections are illustrated with three case studies: Botev’s monument in Beijing, Vazov’s bust in Moscow and Levski’s memorial plate in Yeniköy (Romania). An inventory and a map of all the monuments dedicated to these three figures are attached.

The basis for collecting empirical material is the analysis of the content aiming at the current achievements within the selected topic characterization.

In recent years, medical services are getting more open to a more extensive gathering of individuals with the help of innovation. The ideas of computerized reasoning, machine learning and neural organizations have given generous help with the field of medical services. In the present quick moving world, individuals will in general disregard their wellbeing which may result in a basic issue. Such an issue can be kept away from by utilizing the symptom-driven chatbot. Our project focuses on giving the clients accurate and precise prediction of the disease based on their symptom,The disease envisaging chatbot is created utilizing a Decision tree. For the forecast of sicknesses, we have utilized two arrangement calculations specifically, Decision tree and KNN (K-Nearest Neighbours). The presentation of these strategies are analyzed and dependent on their accuracy, the best model is chosen. According to our project, the accuracy of the Decision Tree and KNN are 95% and 92.5% respectively. Our medical chatbot also provides precautions and measures for the envisaged disease. Our medical chatbot also has a text-to-speech feature.,for providing a human element to the conversation, rather than it being an automated conversation, which may feel mundane to the user.

In this introduction, we have asked a very classical sociological question and brought together interdisciplinary efforts to critically approach it, focusing on a basic issue: food. We briefly reconstruct the main approaches to social change in sociological theory and then identify main themes with which food studies have contributed to this debate. If, to avoid normative and formal approaches, theories of change require contextualization in order to keep their explanatory value, this volume brings historical and geographical context to provide an analysis of social change through the lenses of food. Methodologically, articles offer diverse approaches to food, allowing different kinds of perspectives on change. While statistical analysis or historically comparative sociology will provide correlational snapshots and structural transformations, ethnographies necessarily deal with change happening in the everyday. The articles in this monograph have been organized into four broad groups: (1) national cuisines as elite projects of social change; (2) science and technology as contested tools for social change; (3) social mobilization and food movements as agents of social change; and (4) micro- and macro-level change and beyond: culinary subjectivities, embodied social change and food transition.

This paper is aimed to spatially analyze crime occurrence in various regions of Iran with an emphasis on safety. The research method is descriptive-analytical and a documentary and library data collection method is used. In this paper, the Similarity, COPRAS, mean rank method, and cluster analysis method are applied. The final results of the cluster analysis based on the mean rank method indicate a wide gap between the provinces of the country in terms of survey indicators, so that the final coefficient obtained for the provinces in the sixth cluster (the most unsafe group) is about 45 times of the final coefficient of the provinces in the first cluster (the safest group).

The current paper talks about the horrors of the inescapable class system that has us hooked blindly. The basic issue lies in the fact that the society we live in and grow operates on the system of class consciousness. The rich /bourgeoisie class uses and abuses the low or poor class to attain maximum benefits from them, whereas the poor or the proletariat have no choice except to be manipulated by the rich class for the cost of labor, for they know that it is the only step towards survival and it lies in manipulation. The rich class has become totally dependent on the proletariat and they know they cannot move without and out of it. As the society is designed and planned on unequal footings so, on the one hand, the rich class has found a medium to exploit the labor class but at the same time the proletariat are not allowed to interact with them and furthermore there are bleak chances of unification as the lower/labor class is itself a stigma in the eyes of the bourgeoisie.

Also network security issues are now becoming important as society is moving towards digital information age. As more and more users connect to the internet it attracts a lot of cyber-attacks. It required to protect computer and network security i.e. the critical issues. The pernicious hubs make an issue in the system. It can utilize the assets of different hubs and safe guard the assets of its own. In this paper we provide an overview on Network Security and various techniques through which Network Security can be enhanced i.e. Cryptography. Cryptography and Network Security is used to protect network and data transmission takes place over wireless network.
