The purpose of this research is conducted to analyze factors the extent of influence (Liquidity - CR), (Leverage - DER), and (Dividend Policy - DPR) that can occur with (Firm Value - PBV). Manufacturing Industry Company was chosen because of fluctuations in stock prices that surged from the Composite Stock Price Index. The theory used is the signaling theory, trade-off theory, and dividend policy theory. The data used are secondary data with a sample collection method using purposive sampling. Where the research population is used is manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 observation period a number of 157 companies, with the final sample of this research obtained 34 selected companies that became the sample criteria. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis, with the help of the application E-views version 9.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of the research partially revealed that the variable (Leverage - DER) had an influence on (Firm Value - PBV) while the variable (Liquidity - CR) and (Dividend Policy - DPR) have no influence on Firm Value. And the independent variables affect the dependent variable by 16.64%.

The existence of competition requires companies to make various efforts to maintain the existence of the company and increase company value. The company value is indicated by the company's stock price. The purpose of this research is to prove empirically the effect of profitability, leverage and institutional ownership on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research data is secondary data in the form of financial statement data and annual reports of companies belonging to the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2018, totaling 138 companies. Data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that profitability, leverage and institutional ownership had a significant effect on dividend policy. The variables of profitability, leverage and dividend policy are proven to have a significant effect on firm value, while institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. The dividend policy variable is able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, but it is not able to moderate the effect of leverage and institutional ownership on firm value.

Financial instrument shares as part-ownership rights of a company which is evidence of or participation in a company. This study analyzes the effect of profitability, solvency, activity liquidity, and company size on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for 2013 – 2019. This study will also examine the dividend policy variable used as the moderating variable in the research model. The population is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 – 2019. All populations in this study were used as research samples of as many as nine companies. Moreover, the number of observations used was 63 observations. The type of data used is secondary data and the data analysis technique used in Panel Data Regression Analysis and Interaction Moderating Test with the help of EViews10 software. This study indicates that at alpha five percent, profitability and firm size have a significant positive effect on stock prices. In contrast, solvency, liquidity, and activity ratios have no significant effect on stock prices. This study also shows that dividend policy can strengthen the influence of solvency and liquidity on stock prices. However, dividend policy cannot moderate profitability, activity, firm size on stock prices. Keywords: Profitability, solvency, liquidity, activity, company size, dividend policy, stock price.

The research population is manufacturing company of food and beverage sub sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples are drawn by purposive sampling method. The total sample in this research is 14 companies. The data sourced is secondary data. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. Increased non-resident ownership makes the capital market vulnerable to declining stability and the global economy that can affect the condition of the financial sector as indicated. These factors will affect the company's stock price is the company's cash holding policy, dividend policy and profitability performance. This study aims to determine the effect of cash holding policy, dividend policy and profitability on the company's stock price. Cash holding policy variables are measured by a cash to asset ratio, dividend policy is measured by a dividend payout ratio, profitability is measured by return on equity (ROE) and stock prices are measured by a price to book ratio. This research is a quantitative study using multiple regression analysis methods. The data used are secondary data from the annual report and the stock market performance reports of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with an observation period of 2011 - 2017 and there are 14 companies that meet the criteria. The results showed that cash holding and profitability policies had a significant effect on stock prices dividend policy had no significant effect on stock prices.

Company value is very important for a company, because the company's value reflects the company's performance which will be associated with stock prices, where the higher the stock price, the higher the value of the company. With a high company value will give a good signal to investors that the company's financial performance is increasing. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and sales growth on profitability and firm value. The population in this study is cosmetics and household needs manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Determination of the sample is done by a purposive sampling method of judgment sampling type and based on predetermined criteria; the number of samples is 5 companies manufacturing cosmetics sub-sectors and household needs. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2018. Testing the hypothesis of the study used descriptive statistical test techniques and path analysis test with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tools. The results showed that: 1) Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability 2) Sales growth has a negative and not significant effect on profitability 3) Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value 4) Sales growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value 5) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value 6) Capital structure is able to influence the value of the company through profitability 7) Sales growth is not able to affect the value of the company through profitability.

This research aims to determine empirically the effect of the company's fundamental ratio which in this study is proxied by return on equity (ROE), current ratio (CR), and debt to equity ratio (DER) on the value of the company which is measured using price earning ratio (PER) and also to see whether stock prices affect this relationship. The coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2019 are the population chosen in this study. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, obtained 11 companies in the study period that met the data collection criteria, so that the total financial reports collected were 33 audited financial reports. The type of data is secondary data obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results shown in this study are partially ROE has a positive effect and DER has a negative effect on stock prices, while CR has no effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the three fundamental ratios have a significant effect on stock prices. Either partially or simultaneously ROE, CR, and DER have no effect on firm value. This study shows that stock prices have a significant effect on firm value, but stock prices are not an intervening variable in seeing the relationship between fundamental ratios and firm value. Keywords: Fundamental ratio, stock price, firm value

The stock price is a reflection of the value of the company. Stock price fluctuations can not only be influenced by company fundamentals but also influenced by the macro economy of a company. In this study aims to determine the effect of fundamental conditions, inflation and sbi interest rates on stock prices. The data used is secondary data. This study selects data on the real estate and property industry that are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with the observation period of 2015-2017. The method of sample collection uses a purposive sampling method which obtained 22 companies studied. The analytical method used is panel data regression, which is the Random Effect Models (REM) test. The results of this study show that the fundamental conditions with ROA have a significant effect on stock prices, EPS has a significant effect on stock prices, PBV has a significant effect on stock prices, DER has a significant effect on stock prices and SBI Interest Rate has a significant effect on stock prices whereas Inflation has no effect significant to stock prices.

Every company, especially companies that have gone public have value. The value that is owned by the company is a perception that comes from investors to the level of achievement of the success of a company in managing various resources that are controlled and owned which is reflected in the stock price of the company in the market. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy on firm value. The companies in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2015 to 2018. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2018. The research sample of 11 companies. The technique used in the sampling of this study used a purposive sampling technique. In this study secondary data was obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and testing using the classic assumption test. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2 test). The results showed that simultaneous profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy significantly influence the value of manufacturing companies. Partially, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has positive and not significant effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), capital structure proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Pruchasing Manager Index Manufacture (PMI) on the value of a company that is proxied by Price to Booked Value (PBV) and its impact on Stock Price. The object of this research is the consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2018. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling, where 14 companies met the criteria. The analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate individually ROA and DAR significantly influence PBV while PMI has no effect. ROA, DAR and PMI have no significant effect on stock prices. Then through PBV as an intervening variable, ROA and DAR significantly influence stock prices, while PMI has no effect. Simultaneously ROA, DAR and PMI have a significant effect on stock prices through PBV as an intervening variable.
