The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), capital structure proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Pruchasing Manager Index Manufacture (PMI) on the value of a company that is proxied by Price to Booked Value (PBV) and its impact on Stock Price. The object of this research is the consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2018. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling, where 14 companies met the criteria. The analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate individually ROA and DAR significantly influence PBV while PMI has no effect. ROA, DAR and PMI have no significant effect on stock prices. Then through PBV as an intervening variable, ROA and DAR significantly influence stock prices, while PMI has no effect. Simultaneously ROA, DAR and PMI have a significant effect on stock prices through PBV as an intervening variable.

This study aims to test the effect of CSR on firm value (stock price) with profitability as a moderating variable with quantitative approach on the 7 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia stock Exchange (BEI) in the period from 2013 to 2019, so there are 49 observational data acquired. The sampling method using purposive sampling with the criteria that have been determined. Data analysis method used is the analysis of panel data regression with the aid of EViews 10. The results showed that CSR does not affect the Profitability of the proxies ROA can not strengthen the influence of CSR on stock price. Simultaneously, CSR and profitability as a moderating effect on stock prices.

The purpose of this research is conducted to analyze factors the extent of influence (Liquidity - CR), (Leverage - DER), and (Dividend Policy - DPR) that can occur with (Firm Value - PBV). Manufacturing Industry Company was chosen because of fluctuations in stock prices that surged from the Composite Stock Price Index. The theory used is the signaling theory, trade-off theory, and dividend policy theory. The data used are secondary data with a sample collection method using purposive sampling. Where the research population is used is manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 observation period a number of 157 companies, with the final sample of this research obtained 34 selected companies that became the sample criteria. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis, with the help of the application E-views version 9.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of the research partially revealed that the variable (Leverage - DER) had an influence on (Firm Value - PBV) while the variable (Liquidity - CR) and (Dividend Policy - DPR) have no influence on Firm Value. And the independent variables affect the dependent variable by 16.64%.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the ratio - financial ratios Altman Z-Score on stock prices (study at the plantation subsector company that went public on the stock exchanges of Indonesia). The research data is annual data from 2014 until 2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Of the population of 16 companies in the plantation subsector, 15 companies met the criteria plantation sub-sector into the sample. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression. The results showed Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (RETA), Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBITTA) and Market Value Equity to Book Value of Total Liabilites (MVEBTL) together - the same (simultaneous) effect significant positive stock price

This study aims to analyze, test the effect of profitability as measured by Return On Assets, liquidity as measured by LDR on earnings management, and the impact of earnings management on firm value in state-owned tire companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2019. Total population This research is 4 state-owned bank companies so that the entire population is sampled with a period of 10 years from 2009-2019. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The results of the research partially show that ROA, LDR Profitability has no effect on Earning Management, Profitability and Liquidity simultaneously have an effect on Earnings Management, and show that earnings management affects Firm Value.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, returnon assets and earning per share on the stock price. The object of this study is conventional taxi and bus companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2013-2017. The sample selection is using purposive sampling and got six companies that match the criteria. The method used is panel data regression analysis and found that the appropriate model to use is a common effect. From the result of this study obtained the variable of earning per share has a positive and significant effect on the stock price.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of partial and simultaneously of external factors of the company specifically crude oil price, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate towards mining stock price. Object of this study are mining companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange and entered in LQ45 indices period of 2011- 2018. Method of analysis in this research is panel data regression analysis. With purposive sampling method, 13 companies obtained that will be the object of research.Based on research results, crude oil price, interest rate, inflation and exchange rate have simultaneously effect towards mining stock prices. But in partially, just crude oil price and interest rate have effect towards mining stock prices, while inflation and exchage rate haven’t partially effect towards mining stock price in LQ45 indices period of 2011-2018.

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous liquidity, leverage and profitability to stock prices and the partial influence of liquidity, leverage and profitability to stock prices in food and beverage industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses the entire food and beverage industry population listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012 until 2016 as many as 16 companies. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. The sample used in this study as many as 11 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis using EViews 9 program. The results stated that during the period 2012-2016 (1) simultaneously liquidity, leverage and profitability have an effect on signifikan to stock price in food and beverage industry which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), (2) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on stock price, (3) leverage have positive and insignificant effect to stock price, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham dan pengaruh parsial likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi seluruh industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2016 sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program EViews 9. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa selama periode 2012-2016 (1) secara simultan likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indinesia (BEI), (2) likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, (3) leverage berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, (4) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham pada industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa  Efek Indinesia (BEI).

One of the decisions to increase investor’s trust and prosperity is to increase the firm value. The firm value is the investor's perception of the success rate of a company that is often associated with stock prices. By increasing trust in investors, the firm value in a company will increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, leverage, and growth opportunity on the firm value. This study took a sample based on the purposive sampling method in the secondary sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. The number of samples obtained was 41 companies. The analysis technique used in the study is the classic assumption test and panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that capital structure had a significant influence on the firm value, whereas profitability, leverage, and growth opportunity did not significantly influence the firm value.

This article discusses the influence of the company's financial ratios, namely Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to stock price movements listed on Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during 2008 until 2012. This study uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis method. Companies studied were 8 companies. Conclusions of this study are all variables studied affect the movement of stock prices since in a simultaneous test with the  value of Prob. F < alpha (0,05) and adjusted R-Squared value is 0,9709. While in partial test, EPS and PER are the only variables which have impact on stock price movements. Variable that has a dominant influence on stock prices is EPS with regression coefficient of 1,206877. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh rasio-rasio keuangan perusahaan, yaitu Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap pergerakan harga saham perusahaan yang listing pada Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) pada tahun 2008 hingga 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi data panel. Perusahaan yang diteliti berjumlah 8 perusahaan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh variabel yang diteliti berpengaruh terhadap pergerakan harga saham dalam uji simultan dengan nilai Prob. F < alpha (0,05) dan nilai adjusted R-Squared sebesar 0,9709. Sementara dalam uji parsial, hanya variabel EPS dan PER yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap harga saham adalah EPS dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 1,206877.

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Exchange Rate, CPO Price, Profitability on the systematic risk and its implications on stock price. This research sample is the oil palm sub-sector shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2007-2016 by using purposive sampling method. There were 6 stocks selected as samples. The analytical method used is Path Analysis, the development of panel data regression with common effects. The results of the study showed found partially that the Exchange Rate, CPO Prices and Profitability has a significant and negative influence on the Systematic Risk. Exchange rates, CPO prices and Profitability partially has a significant positive effect on stock prices. Systematic Risk has a significant negative effect on Stock Prices. The path analysis results show that Systematic Risk mediates the effect of Exchange Rate and Profitability on Stock Prices. However, Systematic Risk does not mediate the effect of CPO Prices on Stock Prices.
