The existence of competition requires companies to make various efforts to maintain the existence of the company and increase company value. The company value is indicated by the company's stock price. The purpose of this research is to prove empirically the effect of profitability, leverage and institutional ownership on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research data is secondary data in the form of financial statement data and annual reports of companies belonging to the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 to 2018, totaling 138 companies. Data analysis used path analysis. The results showed that profitability, leverage and institutional ownership had a significant effect on dividend policy. The variables of profitability, leverage and dividend policy are proven to have a significant effect on firm value, while institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. The dividend policy variable is able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, but it is not able to moderate the effect of leverage and institutional ownership on firm value.

High firm value will increase the prosperity of shareholders. The higher the stock price, the higher the firm value could be. Generally investors will hand over its management to the professionals to achieve the company’s goal which is to increase the firm values. This study aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor on firm values. The analyzed data is secondary data, taken from financial statements and annual reports of companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2015. The sample selection determined by using purposive sampling technique, 48 companies were acquired. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data. The results showed that institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor have positive effects on firm values.

The purpose of this research is conducted to analyze factors the extent of influence (Liquidity - CR), (Leverage - DER), and (Dividend Policy - DPR) that can occur with (Firm Value - PBV). Manufacturing Industry Company was chosen because of fluctuations in stock prices that surged from the Composite Stock Price Index. The theory used is the signaling theory, trade-off theory, and dividend policy theory. The data used are secondary data with a sample collection method using purposive sampling. Where the research population is used is manufacturing industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2018 observation period a number of 157 companies, with the final sample of this research obtained 34 selected companies that became the sample criteria. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression analysis, with the help of the application E-views version 9.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of the research partially revealed that the variable (Leverage - DER) had an influence on (Firm Value - PBV) while the variable (Liquidity - CR) and (Dividend Policy - DPR) have no influence on Firm Value. And the independent variables affect the dependent variable by 16.64%.

This study aims to find empirical evidence regarding the relationship between institutional ownership and company value which is moderated by corporate social responsibility (CSR). The population in this study were 48 property and real estate companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017, with the number of samples used was 35 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports obtained from the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The testing in this study was conducted with moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results show that institutional ownership has no effect on corporate value and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has not been able to moderate the moderation between institutional ownership and firm value.

This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

The established entity has the aim to increase the value of the company. the company's stock price can be a reference for valuing a company. This study aims to test and prove empirically the effect of profitability and ownership structure on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research data is in the form of annual company report data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2016. Data analysis was performed using path analysis. The results showed that profitability and dividend policy had a significant positive effect on dividend policy, while the ownership structure had no effect on dividend policy. Profitability and dividend policy variables proved to have a significant effect on firm value, while ownership structure did not affect company value.

he purpose of this study is to analyze the company's ability to pay short-term debt and long-term debt, and this study is also to determine the effect on profitability and its impact on the firm value of the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (Tbk). The data is obtained from the company's annual reports from 2009 to 2018. The research method used by the author is quantitative descriptive method, by analyzing financial reports with quantitative data obtained from the company's official website and the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Management of statistical data usingEviews.The result of the research is to get the influence between variable X1, variable Y and X2 with variable Y, and simultaneously and variable Y to variable Z (Company value) by using multiple linear analysis obtained a regression equation. Calculation of the coefficient of determination or R Square, This shows that Liquidity (Current Ratio) and Solvency (Debt to Asset Ratio) have an influence on Profotability (Return on Assets) while the rest is influenced by other variables. Partially the liquidity variable (Current Ratio) has a significant influence on Profitability (Return on Assets), while partially there is an insignificant effect of Debt to Asset Ratio on Profitability (Return on Assets).

Financial instrument shares as part-ownership rights of a company which is evidence of or participation in a company. This study analyzes the effect of profitability, solvency, activity liquidity, and company size on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for 2013 – 2019. This study will also examine the dividend policy variable used as the moderating variable in the research model. The population is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 – 2019. All populations in this study were used as research samples of as many as nine companies. Moreover, the number of observations used was 63 observations. The type of data used is secondary data and the data analysis technique used in Panel Data Regression Analysis and Interaction Moderating Test with the help of EViews10 software. This study indicates that at alpha five percent, profitability and firm size have a significant positive effect on stock prices. In contrast, solvency, liquidity, and activity ratios have no significant effect on stock prices. This study also shows that dividend policy can strengthen the influence of solvency and liquidity on stock prices. However, dividend policy cannot moderate profitability, activity, firm size on stock prices. Keywords: Profitability, solvency, liquidity, activity, company size, dividend policy, stock price.

Objective: Indonesia’s economic growth is mostly supported by the agricultural sector in which the plantation sub-sector has a significant contribution to the primary sector in the sectoral index of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Plantation companies have a long-term goal of maximizing shareholder prosperity by increasing company values. This study aimed to determine the influence of fundamental factors on company values of plantation companies listed on the IDX during 2015-2019. Research Design & Methods: This study used secondary data involving 8 samples of plantation companies listed on the IDX using a purposive sampling method and panel regression analysis techniques. Research data was taken from the annual reports on the IDX. Findings: The results showed that Managerial Ownership (MO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earnings per Share (EPS), and Company Age (AGE) have a positive correlation to Firm Value (FV). However, the probability of MO, EPS, AGE is not significant and only DER has a significant effect on FV. Recommendations: There is a blemish in research for further research that is expanding the scope of research, and future studies is suggested to analyze the fundamental influence on FV before and during the Covid-19 period. This cannot be done in this study because the data is still limited. Contribution & Value Added: This result contributes to the financial literature and can be a consideration for investors in investment based on company value.

Abstract: This study aims to determine Dividend Policy Influence Analysis, Profitability and Institutional Ownership Structure on Capital Structure and Firm Value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 38 companies listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia from 2010 - 2012. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using analysis method fath. The results showed Simultaneously ownership, dividend policy variable dividend policy has contributed to the company's value. Positive t value indicates that the variable dividend policy has a direct correlation with the value of the company. Keywords: dividend policy and corporate value.

Company value is very important for a company, because the company's value reflects the company's performance which will be associated with stock prices, where the higher the stock price, the higher the value of the company. With a high company value will give a good signal to investors that the company's financial performance is increasing. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and sales growth on profitability and firm value. The population in this study is cosmetics and household needs manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Determination of the sample is done by a purposive sampling method of judgment sampling type and based on predetermined criteria; the number of samples is 5 companies manufacturing cosmetics sub-sectors and household needs. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2018. Testing the hypothesis of the study used descriptive statistical test techniques and path analysis test with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application tools. The results showed that: 1) Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability 2) Sales growth has a negative and not significant effect on profitability 3) Capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value 4) Sales growth has a positive and significant effect on firm value 5) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value 6) Capital structure is able to influence the value of the company through profitability 7) Sales growth is not able to affect the value of the company through profitability.
