This research was conducted to determine the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on firm value with debt policy as an intervening variable. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The variable value of the company is measured using price to book value by dividing the present value with the book value of the company. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id as well as company websites and other sites related to research. The analytical method used is Partial Last Squer Analysis.The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has no effect on firm value, managerial ownership has a positive significant effect on firm value through debt policy, institutional ownership has a positive significant effect on firm value and institutional ownership does not affect firm value through debt policy

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy and profitability on firm value moderated by corporate governance. This study uses secondary data on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for a five-year period from 2016 to 2020. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method in order to obtain a total of 195 samples that met the specified criteria. This research was tested using Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study provide evidence that debt and profitability policies have a positive effect on firm value.  Corporate is unable to influence the policy of debt to the value of the company, meaning that corporate governance cannot parse the information asymmetry caused by the policy of debt to corporate value and corporate governance strengthen the influence of profitability on firm value, which means that with the increasing corporate governance can strengthen the effect of profitability on firm value.

This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and debt policy either jointly or partially to Corporate Value. The sample in this research is Manufacturing Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016, the total sample in this research are 46 manufacturing companies selected by purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data, secondary data used in the form of financial statement data, annual report (annual report), sustainability reporting, and GCG report from sample companies period 2014-2016. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that; (1) managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and debt policy together affect to Corporate Value. (2) Managerial ownership partially does not have affect to Corporate Value. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2016, total sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 46 perusahaan manufaktur yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling method. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, data sekunder yang digunakan adalah berupa berupa data laporan keuangan, laporan tahunan (annual report), sustainability reporting, dan GCG report dari perusahaan sampel periode tahun 2014-2016. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusional, dan kebijakan hutang secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) kepemilikan manajerial secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) kepemilikan institusional dan kebijakan hutang secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci:    Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kebijakan Hutang, Nilai Perusahaan

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and to analyze the effect of corporate governance’s mechanism such as managerial ownership, board of commissioners, audit committee, and institutional ownership effectiveness on likelihood of fraudulent financial reporting. This study uses secondary data from the company’s annual report for 2015-2017. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 31 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The analysis used in this study is logistic regression analysis. The result showed that all of corporate governance’s mechanism such as managerial ownership, board of commissioners, audit committee, and institutional ownership have no significant effect on likelihood of fraudulent financial reporting.

This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure (institutional ownership and managerial ownership) and profitability on firm value at Manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Research conducted on a manufacturing company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 observations period. By using purposive sampling method, obtained a sample of 48 companies. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. Based on the results of this study concluded that managerial ownership significant effect on firm value. Institutional ownership significant effect on firm value and profitability significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

This study’s main objective is to examine the effect of working capital turnover, return on equity, and firm size toward price book value in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. Working capital turnover is the proxy chosen from activity ratio. Return on equity is the proxy chosen from probability ratio. Firm size is based on total assets, with the nominal itself is in natural logarithms. Sample of research was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 58 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the years 2013-2016. This study uses secondary data. Validity test of this study is done with multiple regression analysis and classic assumption test. The results of this study indicates that there is significant influence between the variables Working Capital Turnover, Return on Equity, and Firm Size toward Price Book Value.

This study aims to test and analyze environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study also aims to determine the effect of environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosure on firm value. This research uses quantitative research using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. This research was conducted by selecting research data in accordance with the criteria of a sample of 17 manufacturing companies. The data used are secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly from original sources but through internet intermediary media in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and references in the form of supporting books that relate to research. AbstractThis study aims to test empirically: 1)the influence of institutional ownership on corporate value, 2)the effect of firm size on firm value, 3)the influence of institutional ownership on debt policy, 4)the effect of firm size on debt policy. The population in this study is a public company in Indonesia Stock Exchange with manufacturing companies in the sample. Sampling method using purposive sampling. Analytical techniques used in this study using multiple linear regression which include normality test, test classic assumptions and hypothesis testing. The results showed that 1) the institutional ownership has a significant effect confirm value, 2) the size of the company has a significant effect on firm value, 3) institutional ownership have a significant effect on corporate debt policy, 4) firm size had no significant effect on corporate debt policy.
