This research is purposed to reveal scales of  independent learning contribution and attention of parents grade for televisionengineering subject at X class Electronics engineering SMKN 5 Padang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 74 students, and samples are amount to 43 students of X class Electronical engineering SMKN 5 Padang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions personal competence of teachers and how to study student’s for student’s grade of digital engineering subject at X class Electronics engineering SMKN 5 Padang, as follow: (1) independent learning gives contribution to student’s grade by 56,4%, (2) attention of parents gives contribution to student’s grade by 17,72%, (3) independent learningtogether with attention of parents contribution to student’s grade by 29,70%. This research suggest that student’s independent learning and attention of parents give contribution to student’s grade.Keywords:independent learning, attention of parents, student’s grade, descriptive correlation, simple random sampling.

This research is purposed to reveal scales of student’s creativity contribution and laboratorium of facility grade for computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 164 students, and samples are amount to 62 students of X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and learning environment for student’s grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 5 Padang, as follow: (1) student’s creativity gives contribution to student’s grade by 14,13%, (2) laboratorium of facility gives contribution to student’s grade by 20.09%, (3) student’s creativity together with laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s student’s creativity and laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade.Keywords: student’s creativity, laboratorium of facility, student’s grade, descriptive correlation, simple random sampling.

The covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the community on their income, this affects people who have financing in banks where there are obstacles in paying their installments. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of monitoring financing, business conditions, customer character, guarantees, and the covid-19 pandemic on non-performing financing at BTN Syariah KCS Bekasi. The population of this study is customers who have problematic financing at BTN Syariah KCS Bekasi. The sampling technique in this study is the Simple Random Sampling method. In this study, the source of the data obtained was the distribution of questionnaires by obtaining 127 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The results obtained from this study are Financing Monitoring has a significant effect on non-performing financing, Business Conditions has no significant effect on non-performing financing, Customer Character has no significant effect on non-performing financing, Guarantee has no significant effect on non-performing financing, and the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant effect on non-performing financing.Pandemi covid-19 memberi dampak pendapatan kepada masyarakat. Hal ini yang memberi pengaruh pada kepemilikan pembiayaan di perbankan berupa kendala angsuran pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta membuktikan pengaruh pemantauan pembiayaan, kondisi usaha, karakter nasabah, jaminan, dan pandemi covid-19 terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah di BTN Syariah KCS Bekasi. Populasi penelitian yaitu nasabah yang memiliki pembiayaan bermasalah di BTN Syariah KCS Bekasi. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Adapun sumber data yang didapatkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner memperoleh 127 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan alat SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemantauan pembiayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah, kondisi usaha tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah, karakter nasabah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah, jaminan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah, dan pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and pedagogical competence of teachers grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, as follow: (1) student’s learning motivation gives contribution to student’s grade by 21,34%, (2) pedagogical competence of teachers gives contribution to student’s grade by 17,89%, (3) student’s motivation to learn together with pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s motivation to learn and pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

The Relationship

This research is motivated by the low attitude of the students participating in the PMW (Student Entrepreneurial Program) in running a business, this is presumably because it has something to do with the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training held by UPKK UNP properly. This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training; 2) describe the attitudes of PMW participants in running a business; and 3) see the relationship between the Smart Entrepreneur Model Training and the attitudes of PMW participants in running a business. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population of this study were all participants of the Smart Entrepreneur Model training, totaling 85 students. While the research population was 43 students who were taken using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in the form of a Likert scale with data collection tools in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and product-moment correlation. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training had not been carried out properly, (2) The attitude of the PMW participant students in running a business was relatively low, (3) There was a significant relationship between the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) training and the attitude of PMW participants in running a business. It is recommended to UPKK UNP as the organizer of the SEM (Smart Entrepreneur Model) Training to improve and further improve the implementation of the training to improve students' abilities in entrepreneurship and to PMW participating students to be more active in participating in training so that knowledge and knowledge in entrepreneurship will increase.

ABSTRACTThis research was motivated by the high level of juvenile delinquency in the Mega Permai V Complex, Lubuk Buaya Village, Padang. This can be caused by many factors including the low parental social control. This study aims to see a picture of parental social control, a picture of juvenile delinquency and the relationship between juvenile delinquency in Mega Permai V Complex, Lubuk Buaya Village, Padang. This type of research is descriptive correlational where parental social control is a variable (X) and juvenile delinquency as a variable (Y). The population in this study were 55 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique as many as 35 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and the product moment. The results showed that the description of parental social control to adolescents was still categorized as low, the description of juvenile delinquency was categorized as high and there was a significant relationship between juvenile delinquency in Mega Permai V Complex, Lubuk Buaya Village, Padang.Keywords: Parental social control, juvenile delinquency

The phenomenon that occurs today is the dissatisfaction of customers of PT. Asri Pancawarna / APW, became the basis or purpose of this study. This study aims to determine the content of relation (X1) and product quality (X2), either partially or simultaneously to customer satisfaction (Y).In order to achieve the objectives of the study, this study used questionnaire instruments developed and arranged in Likert Scale. The sample in this study was taken with simple random sampling amount of 67. While the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression.The results showed that Marketing Relationship Against Customer Satisfaction, as well as Product Quality of Customer Density Properties. Marketing Relation Variables and Product Quality can cause 98.2% of Customer Satisfaction.

The Difference

The aim of this research was to find out (1) the category of worship performing autonomy (2) the difference of worship performing autonomy based on gender and previous school of student; (3) the correlation between age and the degree of worship performing autonomy The data are collected using questionnaire were involved 100 SMA UII student. The mutli stage sampling that is quota stratified proportional random sampling was used as the sampling technique. Desciptif statistic, T test, product moment correlation from Pearson and Two ways theanalaysis of variance are used as the data analysis technique through SPSS for windows program The result of the several analysis towards the data yields several conclusions (1) most of the SMA UII student were in businessman category of worship performing; (2) there is no difference autonomy of worship performing student based on gender and previous school of SMA UII student; (3) there is no correlation of worship performing between ages and the degreeof worship performing category

ABSTRACT This research aimed to analyze and discuss the effect of brand image and hedonistic life style toward the buying decision of “Zoya” veil study on hijabers community in Surabaya. Population targeted in this research was hijabers community in Surabaya who bought at least “zoya” veil more than a time in a week that minimum 19 years old. Samples were 212 respondents by sampling technique, while the sampling method used Probability Sampling. The sampling conducted by Simple Random Sampling, this is technique of sample selection from the population conducted randomly with no regard to strata in that population. Data collection techniques were using questionnaire, literary studies, interviews and data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression.The result shows that brands image and hedonistic lifestyle affected on the buying decision.   ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan utuk menganalisis dan membahas pengaruh citra merek dan gaya hidup hedonis terhadap keputusan pembelian jilbab “Zoya” studi pada komunitas hijabers di Surabaya. Target populasi dalam penelitian ini komunitas hijabers di Surabaya minimal membeli jilbab “Zoya” lebih dari satu kali dalam seminggu yang berusia minimal 19 tahun. Sampel berjumlah 212 responden dengan teknik pemgambilan sampel Sedangkan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan probability sampling Adapaun penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Tekhnik pengumpulan data angket, studi kepustakaan, wawancara dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Citra merek dan gaya hidup hedonis berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.
