The article contains considerations relating to the dynamic development of artificial intelligence, which is the fastest growing technology in the world. The article attempts to define concepts that state what intelligence and artifical intelligence is (1). It also draws attention to the development of artificial intelligence (2). All of them are closing arguments seeking answers to the question: Artificial intelligence – an opportunity or a threat? (3). It should be borne in mind that the continuous improvement of the possibilities of artificial intelligence means that it will be able to surpass human intellectually.

BACKGROUND Artificial intelligence-generated changes will have a major impact on nursing management. OBJECTIVE To determine the opinions of university students about the effects of artificial intelligence on the future of nursing. METHODS In-depth qualitative interviews were conducted with university students. The study included 12 senior-level students’ participants, who were selected by simple random sampling from different departments of Turkish universities in Istanbul. Data were analyzed using qualitative thematic analysis. RESULTS The participants defined artificial intelligence in terms of robots, robotized intelligence, machine learning and personal assistants. The participants listed the effects of artificial intelligence on nursing as a decrease in the number of nurses, a reduced workload for nurses, easier patient follow-up, a decreased margin of error, the use of robots for patient transport, the use of robots to position patients, the use of robots to measure vital signs, and the use of robots in psychomotor skill training. CONCLUSIONS In line with these results, it can be recommended that new subjects on AI and its role in the future of nursing be added to relevant education programs. This study is one of the first qualitative studies involving students in Turkey to be conducted artifical intelligence. Health and nursing policymakers should be develop courses in the curriculum that will increase student awareness of healthcare managers and policymakers researches about artificial intelligence.

The Article describes the impact of artificial intelligence in different areas of the civil law, namely tort law, contract law, antitrust law and consumer protection law. It shows that the use of artificial intelligence already leads to legal constellations, which cannot longer easily subsumized under elementary terms of the civil law and therefore cause a real disruption in the civil law. Terms, which are based on a freedom concept of the subjective rights of the actors, such as private autonomy and contractual will not fit anymore to the activity of artificial intelligence systems the more those systems are able to act independant of human actors. Similar applies to terms which are referring to the freedom of decision like the market behaviour in the competition law. The article discusses several solution approaches, such as personification approches, agent-principal approaches and the definition of new categories of market and contractual acting. In the consumer protection the special focus in the future legal development will be on the problem how to achieve adequate, though not overflowing, transparency for consumers, especially regarding the combination of big data and algorithms.

In this study, the authors conducted research to apply the Certainty Factor Method to Diagnose Diseases in Livestock and build applications in the application of Reviews These methods. Information technology is now a staple in developing a field. Along with the development of the times, proper information management is needed, so we need an Appropriate computational method. In this case the expert system method is one way to find out or identify diseases in poultry that have been infected with bacteria or viruses. A form of management information system specifically created to support a plan in making decisions to solve a case or problem. Artificial Intelligence (Artifical Intelligence) is one part of computer science that makes machines (computers) can do work as and as well as humans do. Expert System is one of the Artificial Intelligence techniques that attempts to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Diagnosing disease in poultry is currently a problem that is still underestimated for most people, this is due to lack of knowledge or lack of information in terms of Overcoming and Preventing Contaminated, viruses or bacteria. Certainty Theory Theory was suggested by Shortlife and Buchanan in 1975 to a accommodate the uncertainty of thinking or inexact reasoning of an expert. Phrases like "maybe", "most likely", "almost Certain". To a accommodate this, Researchers conducted a certainty factor method to describe the level of expert confidence in problems in diseases Suffered by chickens already infected with dangerous viruses.

The use of machines with artificial intelligence in different areas of life and the trend to develop a „homunculus“ makes ethical rating necessary. Starting with early rules of behavior and moral norms, traditions in the occidental ethic history will be presented and faced with the question, whether they can be of any help to understand artificial intelligence, and which conclusions should be considered while developing and using machines with (strong) artifical intelligence by individuals, states, and finally, the whole world.
