The choice of business location will affect the risks and benefits of the company as a whole. This condition occurs because the location greatly affects the fixed costs and variable costs, both in the medium term and long term. The location of the business should be taken into account at the time of planning, so that the business to be run can be organized implementation in the future. Online Bicycle Indonesia is a startup engaged in goods and food delivery services by using online-based bike, will open branches in several cities and districts in Tangerang Raya area so that the result of choosing the right branch location, required a dynamic decision support system that can later be used as consideration of managers in the process of selecting branch locations. Problems in selecting branch of this company can be used Decision Support System using AHP-TOPSIS method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method has advantages based on pair comparison matrix and perform consistency analysis, while Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method can solve practical decision making, because the concept is simple and easy to understand, and have the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives. The results of the study show Kota Tangerang Selatan is superior to the weight of 0.824, the two Kota Tangerang with a weight of 0.732 and three Kabupaten Tangerang with a weight of 0.0, The decision taken can be accounted for by the calculation of AHP-TOPSIS as a model in the decision support system

Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah Republik Indonesia terhadap dunia pendidikan. Beasiswa yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia ini, penyeleksian dan penetapan penerimanya sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pihak Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan. Tahap inilah yang sangat rentan terjadinya kecurangan. Pada objek penelitian  yang diteliti hingga saat ini proses penyeleksian masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini tentu saja kurang efektif dan efisien, serta rentan akan terjadinya kesalahan bahkan kecurangan. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu metodologi dan aplikasi yang tepat dalam melakukan penyeleksian penerima beasiswa tersebut. Decision Support System digunakan sebagai solusi untuk melakukan perekomendasian penerima beasiswa, khususnya dengan menggunakan Metode Technique  for  Order  Preference  by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS)  dan  Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Penggunaan kombinasi dua metode tersebut dilakukan agar memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik jika dibandingkan  dengan menggunakan satu metode. Hasilnya,  aplikasi  decision support system dengan penerapan kombinasi metode Topsis dan AHP berhasil di rancang dan di ujicoba, serta sukses dalam perekomendasian penerima beasiswa PPA dengan menghasilkan data alternatif mahasiswa yang terurut mulai dari nilai preferensi yang paling tinggi 0.764 hingga terendah 0.189. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektik, efisien dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

[Id]Pemilihan pegawai terbaik merupakan salah satu aspek yang cukup penting di perusahaan karena dengan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan memiliki kompetensi tinggi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja suatu perusahaan serta menghasilkan pemimpin-pemimpin hebat di masa depan. Beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi pada pemilihan pegawai terbaik di PT BPD Jawa Barat & Banten, Tbk (Call Name : bank bjb) antara lain yaitu pengolahan data kandidat pegawai terbaik yang akan diseleksi masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena belum memiliki standar dan masih memakai sistem manual sehingga proses penilaian masih belum transparan, akurat dan terpercaya. Penentuan pegawai terbaik di bank bjb sangat memerlukan sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai rekomendasi kepada Direksi. Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan pegawai terbaik yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dan Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat merekomendasikan pegawai terbaik pada bank bjb berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan yaitu nilai kinerja individu, nilai kinerja unit kerja, kehadiran, perilaku, pencapaian target kerja, masa kerja, pendidikan, penilaian makalah, presentasi, dan hasil wawancara.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pegawai Terbaik, SAW, AHP, TOPSIS[En]Best employees selection is one aspect which is quite important in the company because of the superior human resources and high competence can improve the productivity and performance of a company and produce great leaders in the future. Some of the problems occurred for best employees selection in PT BPD Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk (Call Name: bank bjb) are best employees candidate data processing who would be selected still take a long time because it has no standards and still use manual system so that the assessment process is still not transparent, accurate and reliable. Determining the best employees in the bank bjb need the decision support systems as a recommendation to the Board of Directors. Decision support system to determining the best employees who performed in this research using three methods : Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Along with the rapid development of technology, many types of laptops and smartphones have sprung up. The many types on the market can make consumers confused in choosing products. The decision support system for choosing this personal device uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The basic concept of this method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative for all attributes. In the results of manual and system calculations, the SAW and TOPSIS methods produce the same ranking. In the SAW method, the highest-ranking of laptops is obtained by Acer Swift 3 (SF314-56G) with a value of 0.977 and on smartphones, the highest score is obtained by the Samsung Galaxy M51 with a value of 1. In the TOPSIS method, the highest-ranking is obtained by a laptop with a value of 0.9507 and a smartphone with a value of 1.Keywords:Notebook; SAW; Decision Support System; Smartphone; TOPSIS.

PT. Mahadana Wikasita is a company engaged in the sale of machine goods and pos cashier tools. In order to face business competition there are some problems that often arise regarding the sale of goods. PT. Mahadana Wikasita is lacking in monitoring the goods sold, what items consumers need and the storage of data is less effective, so the company can not determine exactly which goods to buy. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help solve this problem. In this research, the decision support system used is by Techinique for Order Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which consists of seven stages using several criteria such as price, type, quality and customer interest. In the test results calculated using the Method For Order Preference bySimiliarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) it can be concluded that the highest value is kios Pakmo mobile cashier application package with a value of 0.920, can be interpreted as the best selling item for one year.

Staf of sales are the main supporters of a company engaged in distribution. One way company leaders to motivate sales salespeople who have the high ability and morale to do their jobs in the form of annual bonuses to sales staff that are in accordance with the work performance produced. Bonuses can be a driver for companies to show better performance. CV Anugerah Jaya Sentosa Lampung still looks inaccurate because it was not used criteria that should be determinant of decision making. For this reason, researchers agree on a support system that is able to be able to solve the agreed problem. The design of this decision support system was made using the PHP and Java Netbeans programming languages, and the method used was the TOPSIS method. TOPSIS will help the calculation in decision making of alternatives based on distance to positive solutions and distance to negative solutions by taking relative proximity to ideal  solution. Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.
