AbstractBased on the data of China’s Marine engineering equipment industry, in this Paper, the key influencing factors are identified by using Grounded theory and GRNN-DEMATEL method. The study results show the key influencing factors include enterprise’s operational, technical capabilities, enterprise’s social recognition, enterprise’s willingness to cooperate, trust between enterprises, communication and collaboration, opportunism and external environment. Second, enterprise’s operational and technical capabilities are the most important and critical factors, external environment is an irresistible factor. This study enriches and develops the study of supply chain management, and provides theoretical guidance and reference for improving the industry competitiveness.

With the over-exploitation of global resources and the increasing cost of developing land resources, marine resources have become the new choice for coastal countries to address resource problems. The development and utilization of marine resources encourages the growing of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry. In this paper, we take Guangdong Province as the studied area, which has a natural advantage for the development of shipping and marine equipment industry, applying the mainstream industry competitive advantage theory – “diamond model” to build evaluation index system. And we calculate combining weights by AHP and variation coefficient method, as well as giving a comprehensive evaluation from the perspective of quantitative analysis for development of marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province. The results show that although Guangdong marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry achieves rapid development in recent years, the total scale amount of industry is small, shipbuilding industry development is slow, and professional technical personnel is inadequate. For these problems, this paper provides some suggestions for marine equipment manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province.

With the increasingly fierce contention marine resources and space, marine engineering equipment manufacturing (referred to as MEEM) industry to become a strategic pillar industry of the coastal countries and regions. In October 2010, the State Council issued a document which defined MEM industry is one of the strategic emerging industries to cultivate during the 12th Five-Year Plan From the three support aspects of the industry, market demand, industry and the development environment, the paper build a index system to evaluate MEEM development potential, apply AHP and variation coefficient method to weight for each indicator empowerment, and then according to the MEEM development potential evaluation value, and provide a reference for regional MEM industry development ideas.

Constructing low-carbon green oil port is not only beneficial to change the present situation of Chinese oil port which has pollution problems and many risks, but also to increase the economic efficiency and improve the ability of sustainable development of low-carbon green oil port. While coordinating the cooperative relationship between each related enterprises participated in the construction of oil port low-carbon green oil port, is the important segment to build a low-carbon green oil port. This paper adopted the static game model under the asymmetric circumstance to research cooperative relations of low-carbon green oil port between the oil port enterprises and other enterprises and achieved good research achievements. The study results can provide for oil port supply chain related enterprise whether you choose cooperative strategy with the theory basis and the reference for decision.
