One of the factors of corporate governance that influence the implementation of CSR is the ownership structure. The emergence of corporate ownership structures results from a comparison of the number of shareholders in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and foreign ownership on disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR). This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The sample of this research was 40 Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation companies using purposive random sampling, where samples were taken based on certain criteria. Data collection of this study uses secondary data. The analysis technique used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a positive effect on CSR, while foreign ownership has no significant negative effect on disclosure of CSR. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of foreign ownership, institutional ownership, and leverage on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The theory used is stakeholder theory. This research was conducted at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the mining company for the period of 2016-2018. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The method of determining the sample non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was 51 of 17 companies with a three-year observation period. The analysis shows that foreign ownership, ownership, institutional influence on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, while leverage does not affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. This research aimed to examine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), profitability, and leverage toward tax aggressiveness by considering the size of the company as the moderating variable. The population was 111 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2010 to 2015. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling method, and it obtained a sample of 36 manufacturing based on certain criteria. The analysis technique used was the multiple regression analysis. The results show that CSR and leverage have a significant and negative effect influence on the tax aggressiveness of the corporate tax. Meanwhile, profitability does not significantly influence the tax aggressiveness in corporate taxes, and the size of company cannot moderate the influence of CSR, the profitability, and leverage on tax aggressiveness.

 ABSTRACT  This study is aimed to prove the influence of corporate characteristic on corporate social responsibility disclosure by using independent variables size, age, goverment ownership, foreign ownership, leverage, profitability, industry type, and auditor type. The sample in this study is a non-financial companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 and consisted of 250 companies. The data used in secondary data obtained from financial from the website www.idx.co.id. Methods of data collection used purposive sampling techniques. This study used a quantitative approach.Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPPSS software version 23.  The results showed that Size and Goverment Ownership of the company had effect possitive on corporate social responsibility. Age, Foreign Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, Industry Type, and Auditor Type have no effect on corporate social responsibility. Keywords : Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure and Corporate Characteristic

<em>The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of corporate social responsibility disclosure, the effectiveness of the board of commissioners, institutional ownership and implementation of SFAS 60 (revised 2010) on the enterprise risk management disclosure. The data used in this research is secondary data, , obtained the annual report of the banking industry company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is the banking industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2015, amounting to 161 companies. The collection of samples using purposive sampling method by selecting predefined criteria. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that not all independent variables showed a significant effect on the dependent variable. CSR disclosure and effectiveness of the board of commissioners has a positive effect on enterprise risk management disclosure. Meanwhile, institutional ownership has no effect on the enterprise risk management disclosure and the application of SFAS 60 (Revised 2010) has no effect on the enterprise risk management disclosure</em>

PurposeThis study aims to analyze the effect of ownership structure that consists of managerial ownership and institutional ownership of the extensive of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure.Design/methodology/approachThe population in this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), as the manufacturing companies are considered to have great potential on environmental damage (Mathews, 2000). The selected sample were the companies which meet certain criteria (purposive sampling) which published the complete annual financial statements from 2011 to 2015. This study used an analysis method using partial least square (WarpPLS) to assess the effect of the structure of ownership consists of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the extent of the CSR disclosure.FindingsThe results showed that there is a direct effect of a negative and significant correlation between managerial ownership on CSR disclosure, and there is a direct effect of a positive and significant correlation between institutional ownership on CSR disclosure.Originality/valueOriginality of this paper shows PLS (WarpPLS) that applied to determine the effect between variables managerial and institutional ownership on CSR disclosure. This research is collected data financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies obtained from the Indonesia Capital Market Reference Center (PRPM), which is located in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which there has not been research by the methods and the same location.

This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample in this study was determined by nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, and the samples obtained in this study amounted to 13 companies with 65 observations. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicated that the variables of profitability, leverage, managerial ownership, firm’s growth and media exposure have a positive effect on disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. This shows that there is an exposure on high profitability companies, high-leveraged companies, high firm’s growth companies, large managerial ownership and high media pressure so that it can be understood that the company will disclose more detailed informtion about Corporate Social Responsibility to reduce the pressure. The purpose of this study is to provide evidence of the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, and earnings management of corporate social responsibility disclosure. The sample used was 15 companies with a purposive sampling method. The data used in this study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial reports and annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2017. The study results found that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and earnings management have no significant impact on corporate social responsibility disclosure. However, foreign ownership has a significant effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure.

This studi aims to determine the effect of Board of Commissioners, Profitability, Media Exposure, and Foreign Ownership on CSR disclosure. Population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2018, and the samples obtained has 411 observation selected using purposive sampling method in order to obtain samples accordance with the research objectives. Analysis technique used is multiple regression. The result shows that Board of Commissioners, Media Exposure, and Foreign Ownership has a significant positive effect on the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. While Profitability dosen not affect the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility.

Stock return is profits obtained by investors after investing. This research aims to test and analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, proportion of independent commissioners, and corporate social responsibility disclosure. The population in this study was the Property Company which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018, which amounted to 138 companies and the sample used amounted to 51 companies. The sampling technique used in the study was the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. The results show that the institutional ownership affect the stock return. While managerial ownership, proportion of independent commissioners and corporate social responsibility disclosure have no effect on stock return.

The objective of this research is to analyze influence of Size, Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Institusional Ownership to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure. Sample of this research are annual report for manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2016. Sample were selected using purposive sampling method and 11 sample were able to fullfill the criteria used as sample. This research uses multiple regression data analysis techniques . The result of the research showns that size and gross profit margin has positive effect on the corporate social responsibility , meanwhile Institutional ownership has negative effect on the corporate social responsibility.
