This research was conducted to determine the effect of competence and workload on the quality of financial statement presentation. This research was conducted at 8 UPT Ministry of Environment and Forestry in Bali Province. Determination of the sample using nonprobability sampling is the purposive sampling approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study illustrate that competence has a significant positive effect on the quality of the presentation of financial statements, meaning that the higher the competency possessed, the quality of financial statement presentation increases, while the workload has a significant negative effect on the quality of the presentation of financial statements, meaning that the higher the workload of employees the presentation of financial statements will continue to decline. The quality of government financial reporting is a normative prerequisite for the preparation of financial statements so that the resulting accounting information can be beneficial to users of financial statements. This is the aim of recognizing the effect of human resources and organizational commitment toward the quality of regional financial reports in BPKAD in Manado. The data collected through questionnaire distributions to 64 respondents were financial managers at BPKAD in Manado City. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 17 program. The results showed that SDM Capacity has no positive effect on LKPD Quality and Organization Commitment positively and significantly affect the quality of Local Government Financial Reporting at BPKAD in Manado City.Keywords: Human Resource Capacity, Organizational Commitment, Quality of Financial Statement.

Quality of accounting information is a normative prerequisite that must be met in the preparation of financial statements so that accounting information generated can be useful for users of financial statement. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology and the competence of the financial management apparatus on the quality of accounting information on SPKD in Manado City. The data collected by through the spreading of questionnaires to 50 respondents which is the apparatus of financial management at SKPD in Manado City. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 23 program. The result of this research indicates that information technology and competence of financial management apparatus have a positive and significant influence on the the quality of accounting information at SKPD in Manado City.Keywords : Information technology, Competence of financial management apparatus, Qualityof accounting information

Abstract In general, this study aims to analyze the Quality of Funding and Funding Against the Performance of Sharia Bank Mandiri in Jember Area for the Period 2015 - 2019. The population of this study is the quarterly financial statements of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jember Area in 8 branches from 2015 to 2019. The sample is part of a population object that represents its population characteristics. The sampling design in this study was by means of the census method, namely the population being the study sample, so that collected 8 x 5 x 4 = 160 data analysis. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis test tools. After analyzing the data, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: the quality of current productive assets partially has a significant positive effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jember Area, which is proxied by ROA, the quality of productive assets under special attention partially has a significant negative effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Jember Area , the quality of substandard productive assets partially has a significant negative effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri Area Jember, the quality of productive assets is doubtful partially has a significant negative effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri Area Jember, the quality of the non-productive assets partially has a significant negative effect on the performance of Bank Syariah Mandiri In Jember Area, funding proxied by DPK partially has a significant positive effect on performance.   Keywords: financing quality, funding and performance

The auditor is a profession whose job is to audit financial statements. This research was aimed to obtain empirical evidents on effects of auditor’s experience, locus of control and knowledge to detect mistakes positive effect on audit judgment. This research was conducted at BPKP Sumatera Utara province with the primary data collection method is using questionnaire data. The samples used are 95 people is calculated using the formula Slovin. Data have valid and reliable, meet the classic assumption test. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with software SPSS. The results of the research showed that auditor’s experience, locus of control and knowledge to detect mistakes have a significant positive effect on audit simultan and partial judgment

This research aims to determine the influence of audit committee competency, managerial ownership, and size board of financial statements quality. Financial statement quality in this research measured by relevance. The research method applied quantitative causality method. The object of research is the food and beverage subsector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2015 – 2018. The sample of this research which complied 8 samples with period of 4 years, so the data processed 32 data. The result of this research 62.1% independent variables can explain the quality of financial statements, while 37.9% is explained by other variables not included in this research. The audit committee competency variables, management ownership and the size of the board of commissioners have a simultaneous influence on the quality of financial statements. The audit committee competency variable has a negative effect while the size of the board of commissioners has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements partially. While management ownership has no influence on the quality of financial statements.

MSMEs play a very important role in encouraging the acceleration of a country's economic growth. This study aims to determine the effect of psychological cost, religiosity, and love of money on the taxpayer compliance of the MSMEs sector registered in the East Denpasar Tax Office. Incidental sampling is used as a method of determining the sample and obtained a sample of 96 MSMEs. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that psychological cost and religiosity had a positive effect on the compliance of the Taxpayers of the MSME sector, while love of money had a negative effect on the compliance of the Taxpayers of the MSMEs sector. This research was conducted at the Joint Office of SAMSAT Denpasar. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection in this study was conducted by a questionnaire method with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that SAMSAT corner service, taxpayer awareness, tax socialization, and service quality had a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This means that the better SAMSAT corner service, awareness of taxpayers, tax socialization, and quality of service will also increase motor vehicle taxpayers compliance in terms of meeting their tax obligations. This research was conducted at the BPKP Representative of Bali Province. The sample in this study were all auditors with a total auditor number of 74 people. The number of research samples used was 51 respondents, with a saturated sampling method. The data collection method used was using a questionnaire that was distributed directly to the auditors who worked in BPKP Representatives of Bali Province. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis found that professionalism has a positive effect on auditor performance and time budget pressure has a negative effect on auditor performance. Based on the regression moderation results that auditor motivation increases the influence of professionalism and time budget pressure on auditor performance. Banking plays an important role in influencing economic activity. Banking is required to gain profit so as to compete in order to maintain its survival. The profit is used to pay for all types of operational costs. This research was conducted in Banking Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period Year 2014 - 2016. The number of samples is 20 banks, with the method of purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by observation or observation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of research, it is known that non performing loan has negative effect on return on asset, loan to deposit ratio has positive effect on return on asset, and capital adequacy ratio has negative effect on return on asset. This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation consisting of career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education and entrepreneurship education towards the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The population in this study were students of regular accounting majors, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University class of 2015. Methods: Determination of samples using saturated sampling techniques. The sample in the study amounted to 142 people. The method of data collection is a survey method with a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that motivation which included career motivation and economics, family environment, accounting education, and entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship in regular accounting majors.Keywords: Motivation, Environment, Education, Interest, Entrepreneurship.
