Quality of accounting information is a normative prerequisite that must be met in the preparation of financial statements so that accounting information generated can be useful for users of financial statement. This study aims to determine the effect of information technology and the competence of the financial management apparatus on the quality of accounting information on SPKD in Manado City. The data collected by through the spreading of questionnaires to 50 respondents which is the apparatus of financial management at SKPD in Manado City. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 23 program. The result of this research indicates that information technology and competence of financial management apparatus have a positive and significant influence on the the quality of accounting information at SKPD in Manado City.Keywords : Information technology, Competence of financial management apparatus, Qualityof accounting information

The aim of the study was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of the level of understanding of accounting, the function of the internal supervisory body, the quality of accounting information systems, the quality of human resources on the quality of village credit institutions (LPD) financial statements in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show the level of understanding of accounting, the functions of the internal supervisory body, and the quality of human resources have a positive effect on the quality of LPD financial statements in Denpasar City. While the quality of accounting information systems does not affect the quality of LPD financial statements in Denpasar City.

Information is the result of data processing that gives meaning and benefit. Thus, information systems have an important role in relation to the quality of accounting information. The growing information system used then the resulting information will be better and will provide various facilities on the activities of government agencies in order to improve the quality of accounting information. This study aims to determine how the influence of the use of information technology and user expertise on the quality of accounting information. The sample in this research consist of 30 SKPD in South Minahasa Regency. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the use of information technology has a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information as well as the expertise of users who have a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information.Keywords : Information, Information Technology, User Expertise, Quality Accounting Information

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, accounting information systems, and the role of internal audit to the quality of the financial statements of Tegal District Government which consists of 150 respondents, data collection methods using questionnaires, data analysis methods using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS application. From the results of the partial test, the organizational commitment variable gives a positive and significant effect to the quality of financial statements, as well as the accounting information system variable that gives a positive and significant effect to the quality of financial statements. The third variable, namely the role of the partially internal audit also gives a positive and significant influence on the quality of financial statements. Those variables simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the quality of financial statements.

The population in this study were all PNS Regional Financial Management Work Units (SKPKD) in the UPT. Disdikpora of Badung Regency. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were the Head of the UPT, the subdivision of finance and 3 staff of the finance department of the UPT Disdikpora in Badung Regency totaling 6 UPT spread across all sub-districts, so the number of samples set was 30 people. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the local government financial accounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements and the effectiveness of the implementation of budget monitoring has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements. The research set forth in this jurnal aims to analyze the factors of accounting information systems and human resource competencies that can affect the quality of financial statements. This research was conducted at PT. Nusa Rubberindo. The population in this study is the accounting and financial staff at the PT. How to collect data by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method and the sample with the results of 40 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as an analytical method to obtain the magnitude of the relations and contributions between the variables x and y. The classic assumption test is the first step in using statistical methods. Hypothesis testing utilizes the t test and f test with the SPSS 19.0 For Windows program process. The results of the research analysis show that accounting information system factors and competency factors have their respective influence on one side of the quality of the financial statements and together on the other.

The quality of government financial reporting is a normative prerequisite for the preparation of financial statements so that the resulting accounting information can be beneficial to users of financial statements. This is the aim of recognizing the effect of human resources and organizational commitment toward the quality of regional financial reports in BPKAD in Manado. The data collected through questionnaire distributions to 64 respondents were financial managers at BPKAD in Manado City. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 17 program. The results showed that SDM Capacity has no positive effect on LKPD Quality and Organization Commitment positively and significantly affect the quality of Local Government Financial Reporting at BPKAD in Manado City.Keywords: Human Resource Capacity, Organizational Commitment, Quality of Financial Statement.

This study was conducted to examine impact of effective internal control system and information technology on the quality of accounting information system. Data are collected from a survey on 192 accountants, managers, and employees who operate and manage information systems in HCMC in 2014. The author used Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients, EFA methods to assess the reliability, value of scale, and linear regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results of the study show that the quality of an accounting information system is influenced by the effectiveness of internal control system as well as the application level of IT in accounting. These results are expected to offer managers a basis for establishing a quality accounting information system that provide users with quality accounting information.

This study tests the factors that influence the decision of muzaki in channeling zakat, namely: trust, religiosity, income, and quality of accounting information. This study is a survey of 40 muzaki from Amil Zakat Institution (known as LAZ) Zakat Sukses in Depok. This study uses the purposive sampling method. Data analysis using SPSS 25 software with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that trust, religiosity, income, and the quality of accounting information simultaneously influence the decision of muzaki to distribute zakat through LAZ Zakat Sukses in Depok. Partially, trust, religiosity, and income positively affect the decision of muzaki to distribute zakat through LAZ Zakat Sukses. Meanwhile, the quality of accounting information has a negative impact on muzakki's decisions in distributing zakat through LAZ Zakat Sukses. This study's scope is on the muzaki at LAZ Zakat Sukses Depok. Therefore, the results may not represent nationally. Therefore, similar studies in collecting more large-scale data and broader areas will be useful. The implication is that LAZ Zakat Sukses need to show zakat management's performance to increase muzaki trust.

This research is in the context of understanding the extent to which human resource competencies, the use of information technology and the application of the accrual basis method affect the quality of financial statements. The population of this research is companies in the Central Jakarta and East Jakarta areas using primary data. The sampling technique in this research uses the stratified random sampling method in which the population has heterogeneous members with disproportionate strata. Multiple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. The results of this research indicate that the competence of human resources, the use of information technology and the application of the accrual basis method either partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements

This study aims to determine the effect of SAP Understanding, Use of Information Technology, Internal Oversight, HR, and Organizational Commitment to the Value of Financial Statements, both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in East Sumba Regency - East Nusa Tenggara Province using primary questionnaire data distributed to DPKAD / DPPKD staff of the City / Regency of East Sumba. The sample used amounted to 35 people consisting of employees who work or handle the accounting department. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that SAP Understanding, Use of Information Technology, Internal Oversight, Human Resources, and Organizational Commitment simultaneously influence the Financial Statement Information Value and partially SAP Understanding, Use of Information Technology, Human Resources has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but Internal Control and Organizational Commitment do not affect the value of financial statement information in East Sumba district. Based on these results it can be concluded that the greater the SAP Understanding, Use of Information Technology, Human Resources will improve the quality of regional financial statement information, and vice versa if the Understanding of SAP, Use of Information Technology, Human Resources decreases the quality of regional financial statement information will also decrease
