This study aims to examine empirically the influence of environmental performance, size, and profitability on carbon emission disclosure at non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population used in this study in non-financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2017 and 2018. The technique of determining sample using purposive sampling and obtained 112 observation companies. The research data analysis used linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that size has a significant positive effect on carbon emission disclosure. This shows that if the size of the company increase, the amount of carbon emission disclosure increases. Environmental performance and profitability has no effect on carbon emission disclosure. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are impacts of tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax holdings (X3), on formal compliance of taxpayers (Y). The population in this study is the taxpayers registered with KPP Cibitung who live in RW 030 Tambun South. The samples consist of 100 taxpayers using an explanatory sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate that partially tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have a significant positive effect on taxpayers’ formal compliance (Y). Meanwhile simultaneously tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2) and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have significant positive effects on taxpayers’ formal compliance of (Y), with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.444 or 44.4%.

The purpose of this study is to empirically test the deviations in the implementation of crediting procedures and the implementation of government policies affect the bad debts. The population in this research is credit customers of PT. BPR Prima Mulia Anugrah Padang Branch with Samples of 63 people using Slovin formula. Required data is obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result of the research shows that the irregularities in the implementation of crediting procedures has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the implementation of government policy has a significant positive effect on bad debts, the irregularities in the implementation of lending procedures and the implementation of government policies have a significant positive effect simultaneously on bad debts.

Using a descriptive and verification approach, the present study looks at employee loyalty and how it affects work productivity. 76 out 324 employees at a garment company in Garut, Indonesia, selected using Slovin’s formula. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis. The results t-Test revealed that employee loyalty had a significant positive effect on work productivity with an observed value of 2.796, higher than the critical t of 1.67. This finding leads to a conclusion that the more loyal an employee is, the more productive he is.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of company size, audit opinion, the complexity of company operations, audit tenure, and KAP specialization on audit delay. The sampling method used was purposive sampling on companies in the trade, service, and investment sectors for the period 2013-2018 and produced 447 data. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that company size and audit opinion affect audit delay meanwhile, the complexity of company operations, audit tenure, KAP specialization does not affect audit delay.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. The population were 72 and the sample were 40 companies. This study used the technique of classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Partial results of research showed that liquidity did not affect firm value, leverage had a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability had significant positive effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the company’s micro factors such as liquidity (CR), solvency (DER) as well as macro factors, namely interest rates to firm value (Tobin’Q) so that they can assess the development of good company conditions. The companies studied were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2014 – 2018. The method of this research was explanatory research. Samples were taken by purposive sampling from a population of manufacturing companies that met the sample criteria. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity and dividends had a significant positive effect on firm value, while solvency did not support the hypothesis. Implications and suggestions are discussed in the article.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The bank as a service company places great importance on satisfaction through services and products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, namely bank customers who live and have bank accounts in the Cibubur area. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that service quality did not affect customer satisfaction, while product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of variables gender, age, GPA to financial literacy. This research is a quantitative research and the sample consist of 142 students Accounting Department of State Polytechnic Malang. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear  regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 21 program. The results showed gender, age, and GPA significant and positive effect on financial literacy.
