Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Pribadi dan Budaya Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract– This study aims to determine: 1) The magnitude of the influence of personal factors on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras; 2) The magnitude of the influence of cultural factors on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras; 3) The magnitude of the influence of personal and cultural factors on purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras. The research method used in this study is an explanatory survey research method with a quantitative data approach. The number of population that will be used as the object of research is the number of consumers of Alfamart Batukaras in December 2019 as many as 1,698 people. The sample size selected was 94 people. Data collection techniques in this research are library research, field studies (observations, interviews and questionnaires). Based on the results of the study that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on personal factors on consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras. This means that if personal factors increase then consumer purchasing decisions will increase; 2) There is a positive and significant influence of cultural factors on consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras. This means that if cultural factors increase, consumer purchasing decisions will increase, 3) There is a positive and significant influence of personal and cultural factors on consumer purchasing decisions at Alfamart Batukaras. This means that if personal factors and cultural factors increase then consumer purchasing decisions will increase. Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Besarnya pengaruh faktor pribadi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Alfamart Batukaras; 2) Besarnya pengaruh faktor budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Alfamart Batukaras; 3) Besarnya pengaruh faktor pribadi dan faktor budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Alfamart Batukaras. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey explanatory dengan pendekatan data kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi yang akan dijadikan objek penelitian adalah jumlah konsumen Alfamart Batukaras pada bulan Desember 2019 yaitu sebanyak 1.698 orang. Ukuran sampel yang dipilih adalah sebanyak 94 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan (observasi, wawancara dan angket). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan faktor pribadi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamart Batukaras. Artinya jika faktor pribadi meningkat maka keputusan pembelian konsumen akan meningkat; 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan faktor budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamart Batukaras. Artinya jika faktor budaya meningkat maka keputusan pembelian konsumen akan meningkat, 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan faktor pribadi dan faktor budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Alfamart Batukaras. Artinya jika faktor pribadi dan faktor budaya meningkat maka keputusan pembelian konsumen akan meningkat.

Good Corporate Governance dan Operasional Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract- This study aims to determine whether the components of good corporate governance, company operations and type of company ownership affect the firm's in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all companies listed as non-financial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2010-2019 period. The research sample was obtained by purposive sampling method, where there were 87 non-financial companies that met the sample criteria. This research was conducted using regression analysis, namely ordinary least squares (OLS), which aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that the frequency of board meetings 1 had a significant negative effect as indicated by the result that the number of "medium" meetings was smaller than the number of "slight" meetings. While the frequency of meeting 2, board size, sales growth, total asset turnover have positive significant effect on firm performance and the attendance of board members, leverage, firm size, firm age and type of company ownership consistently have no effect on firm performance. Abstrak- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komponen good corporate goverance, operasional perusahaan dan tipe kepemilikan perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar sebagai perusahaan non keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2019. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dimana terdapat 87 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi yaitu ordinary least square (OLS), yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi rapat dewan 1 berpengaruh negatif signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil bahwa jumlah rapat “sedang” lebih kecil daripada jumlah rapat “sedikit”. Sedangkan frekuensi rapat 2, ukuran dewan, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan total perputaran aktiva berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Serta kehadiran anggota dewan, leverge, ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan dan tipe kepemilikan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Pengaruh Creative Tourist Experience, Travel Motivation dan Perceived Risk Terhadap Revisit Intention Pada Wisata Edukasi Secara Virtual

– The development of the progress of tourism potential is currently increasing with the emergence of tourist changes in attracting tourist. Tourism managers are required to be able to provide tourist comfort to maintain the popularity of tourism even during a pandemic. Some tourism managers during the pandemic offer virtual educational tours. This study aims to analyze the effect of creative tourist experience, travel motivation and perceived risk on revisit intention. This research uses non probability sampling and judgmental sampling method to target respondents. The respondent is someone who was visited the Surabaya Zoo virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic, with a vulnerable age of 13-50 years as many as 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that creative tourist experience and travel motivation have significant effect on revisit intention. Meanwhile, perceived risk has no significant effect on revisit intention. Abstrak – Perkembangan kemajuan potensi pariwisata saat ini terus meningkat dengan munculnya perubahan-perubahan wisata dalam menarik perhatian wisatawan. Pengelola wisata dituntut dapat memberikan kenyamanan wisatawan untuk mempertahankan popularitas wisata bahkan ketika pada masa pandemi. Beberapa pengelola wisata dimasa pandemi menawarkan wisata edukasi secara virtual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh creative tourist experience, travel motivation dan perceived risk terhadap revisit intention pada wisata edukasi secara virtual. Penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan judgment sampling. Responden adalah seseorang yang telah mengunjungi Kebun Binatang Surabaya secara virtual di masa pandemi Covid-19, dengan rentan usia 13-50 tahun sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa creative tourist experience dan travel motivation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Sedangkan perceived risk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention.

Dampak Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan Terhadap Niat Wirausaha Mahasiswa dengan Pendekatan Model TPB

Abstract- This study is to see the impact of entrepreneurship education provided through entrepreneurship courses on entrepreneurial intentions among students in Karawang-West Java. The research model was adopted from Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). The theory of planned behavior includes independent variables, namely attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioral control. While the dependent variable, entrepreneurial intention is used. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to students who have taken entrepreneurship courses, as many as 115 samples were obtained, and 100 samples that met the criteria were used for processing. Research analysis using SEM PLS found that subjective norms and behavioral control did not affect the intention to entrepreneurship, only attitude that had a significant effect on the intention to entrepreneurship in students. These results prove in the sample taken that the attitude of students more causes entrepreneurial intention, how they are interested in seeing business opportunities, have a positive view of things and always dare to take any risks that come. This finding is expected to change the education plan for entrepreneurship courses, which are expected to include elements to increase interest, think positively, and be optimistic to generate intentions to become an entrepreneur. Abstrak– Penelitian ini untuk melihat dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diberikan melalui mata kuliah kewirausahaan terhadap niat wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa di kota Karawang-Jawa Barat. Model penelitian diadopsi dari Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). Aplikasi theory of planned behavior yang meliputi variabel bebas yaitu sikap, norma subyektif dan kontrol perilaku. Sedamngkan variabel terikat, digunakan niat berwirausaha. Kuesioner disebar melalui google form kepada mahasiswa yang sudah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan, sebanyak 115 sample didapatkan, dan digunakan 100 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria untuk diolah. Analisis Penelitian dengan menggunakan SEM PLS, ditemukan bahwa norma subjective dan kontrol perilaku tidak mempengaruhi niat untuk berwirausaha, hanya sikap yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat untuk berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Hasil ini membuktikan pada sampel yang diambil bahwa niat wirausaha lebih disebabkan pada sikap dari mahasiswa , bagaimana mereka tertarik untuk melihat adanya peluang usaha, berpandangan positif terhadap sesuatu dan selalu berani mengambil resiko apapun yang datang. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat merubah rencana pendidikan mata kuliah kewirausahaan yang diharapkan juga dapat memasukkan unsur untuk meningkatkan rasa tertarik, berfikir secara positif dan bersikap optimis yang dapat membangkitkan niat untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha.

The Employee Performance Analysis in Changes Work Method to Remote Work Patterns in The New Normal Era

– In 2020 the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted all working area aspect, which requires every organization to make changes quickly and adaptively. Companies are accelerating the use of digital technology, including changing the way they work. This research is focused on analyzing employee performance when there is a change in the way of working from the office to a remote way of working from different locations in the new normal era. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological method approach that utilizes interviews as a means to collect the necessary data and is combined with a netnographic method approach to explore data on the internet. This employee performance analysis is carried out in IT-based organizations, where employees as audiences and managers are considered as parties who can provide performance appraisals with changes in work methods to remote work patterns in the new normal era, as well as its relation to the readiness of technology and its impact on employee performance. The evaluation results show that employee performance is also influenced by the readiness of supporting technology, where in the new normal era with remote work patterns, of course, have challenges in implementing comfortable and safe remote access, so that all activities may run well and smoothly.

Analisis Pengaruh Marketing Mix dan Citra Perguruan Tinggi Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa STIMI Banjarmasin

– This study aims to empirically test and analyze the effect of Marketing Mix and College Image on Student Satisfaction at the Indonesian College of Management Sciences (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Research Methods, in accordance with the research objectives that have been formulated, this research uses an explanation pattern (level of explanation), namely research that intends to explain the position of the factors studied and the relationship between one factor and another. Thus, this study explains the effect of Marketing Mix and College Image on Student Satisfaction at the Indonesian College of Management Sciences (STIMI) Banjarmasin. The research sample is 148 respondents with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula and analyzed by Multiple Regression Analysis using the SPSS 25.0 for Windows program analysis tool. The results of the research are the independent variable (independent varable) Student Satisfaction (Y) While the dependent variable is the Marketing Mix as a variable (X1) with the indicators in this study: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical, and Process. Image of Higher Education as a variable (X2) with indicators of Reputation, Tradition, and Higher Education Identity. Based on the results of the study, it partially had a significant effect on Student Satisfaction (Y) and the College Image variable (X2) partially had a significant effect on Student Satisfaction (Y) at the Indonesian College of Management Science (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Simultaneously Marketing Mix (X1) and College Image (X2) together have a significant effect on Student Satisfaction (Y) at the Indonesian College of Management Science (STIMI) Banjarmasin Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh Marketing Mix dan Citra Perguruan Tinggi Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Metode Penelitian, sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yang telah dirumuskan, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pola eksplanasi (level of explanation) yaitu penelitian yang bermaksud menjelaskan kedudukan faktor-faktor yang diteliti serta hubungan antara satu faktor dengan faktor yang lain. Dengan demikian penelitian ini menjelaskan pengaruh Marketing Mix dan Citra Perguruan Tinggi terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin. Secara simultan Marketing Mix (X1) dan Citra Perguruan Tinggi (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa (Y) pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Manajemen Indonesia (STIMI) Banjarmasin.

Penerapan Model ARIMA-ARCH untuk Meramalkan Harga Saham PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk

Abstract– The stock price is the value of the stock in the market that fluctuates from time to time. Time series data in the financial sector generally have quite high volatility which can cause heteroscedasticity problems. This study aims to model and to predict the stock price of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk using the ARIMA-ARCH model. The data used is daily stock prices from 2nd June 2020 to 15th February 2021 as training data, while from 16th February 2021 to 1st March 2021 as testing data. ARIMA-ARCH model is a model that combines Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (ARCH), which can be used to overcome the residues of the ARIMA model which are indicated to have heteroscedasticity problems. The result showed that the model that could be used was ARIMA(1,1,2)-ARCH(1). This model can provide good forecasting result with a relatively small MAPE value of 0.515785%. Abstrak– Harga saham adalah nilai saham di pasar yang berfluktuasi dari waktu ke waktu. Data runtun waktu di sektor keuangan umumnya memiliki volatilitas cukup tinggi yang dapat menyebabkan masalah heteroskedastisitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan dan meramalkan harga saham PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk menggunakan model ARIMA-ARCH. Data yang digunakan adalah harga saham harian dari 2 Juni 2020 hingga 15 Februari 2021 sebagai data training, sedangkan dari 16 Februari 2021 hingga 1 Maret 2021 sebagai data testing. Model ARIMA-ARCH merupakan suatu model yang menggabungkan Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) dan Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (ARCH), yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi residu dari model ARIMA yang terindikasi memiliki masalah heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dapat digunakan adalah ARIMA(1,1,2)-ARCH(1). Model tersebut mampu memberikan hasil peramalan yang baik dengan perolehan nilai MAPE yang relatif kecil yaitu 0,515785%.

Model ARIMA-GARCH Pada Peramalan Harga Saham PT. Jasa Marga (Persero)

Abstract– PT Jasa Marga is a great reputation company, the leader in comparable businesses, has a steady income, and paying dividends consistently. This paper aims to find the best model to forecast stock price of PT Jasa Marga using ARIMA-GARCH. The data used is daily stock price of PT Jasa Marga from March 2020 to March 2021. Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) is a method that can be used to forecast stock prices. However, an economical data tend to have heteroscedasticity problems, one of the methods used to overcome them is Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH). Future stock price of PT Jasa Marga is forecasted with ARIMA-GARCH model. The data is modeled with ARIMA first, if there is heteroscedasticity, combine the model with GARCH model. The result of this study indicated that ARIMA (1, 1, 1) – GARCH (2, 2) is the best model, with MAPE 1,5647 Abstrak– PT Jasa Marga adalah perusahaan yang reputasinya baik, terdepan di perusahaan-perusahaan sejenis, stabil pendapatannya, dan pembayaran devidennya konsisten. Paper ini bertujuan untuk mencari model terbaik dalam meramalkan harga saham PT Jasa Marga menggunakan ARIMA-GARCH. Data harga saham yang diolah yaitu data sekunder dari PT Jasa Marga pada Maret 2020 hingga Maret 2021. Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) sebagai metode yang dapat dimanfaatkan guna meramalkan harga saham. Akan tetapi, data tentang ekonomi cenderung memiliki masalah heteroskedastisitas, metode yang umum dipakai untuk mengatasinya adalah Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity (GARCH). Harga saham PT Jasa Marga diramalkan dengan model ARIMA-GARCH. Data terlebih dahulu dimodelkan dengan ARIMA, jika didapati adanya heteroskedastisitas, maka model tersebut dikombinasikan dengan GARCH. Penelitian ini menghasilkan ARIMA (1,1,1)-GARCH(2,2) sebagai model terbaik dengan MAPE 1,5647.

Analisis Perbandingan Financial Distress Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Rokok Periode 2015-2019

– The aim of the study was to analyze financial distress in cigarette companies list in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 using 3 methods, Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, and Springate. Purposive sampling is used in this study to determine the sampling technique. The sample used in this study released 4 cigarette companies. Descriptive asalysis with quantitative models was used to analyze data in this research. Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, and Springate in 2015-2019 PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk is related to safe, but it is needed a company that is estimated to be grey in the Altman Z-Score calculation in 2018, PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. The Z-score is at the limit because the companie has a ratio with a lower value in market value of equity to book value of liabilities Abstrak – Penelitian ini memiliki bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kesulitan keuangan dalam perusahaan sun sektor rokok di Indonesia Stock Exchange periode 2015-2019 menggunakan tiga metode. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski, dan Springate. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menentukan teknik pengambilan sampel. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 4 perusahaan rokok. Analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan financial distress yang dihitung menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score, Zmijewski , dan Springate pada tahun 2015-2019 PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, dan PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk mengalami dalam kondisi keuangan yang sehat, namun terdapat perusahaan yang diestimasi rawan kebangkrutan pada perhitungan Altman Z-Score pada tahun 2018 yaitu PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. hal ini dapat terjadi karena nilai Z-Score PT. Wismilak Inti MakmurTbk berada pada Z < 1,81 salah satu penyebabnya ialah rendahnya rasio market value of equity terhadap liabilities.

Financial Distress Terhadap Manajemen Laba

Abstract– This study aims to empirically examine the effect of financial distress on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 12 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, while the analytical tool uses E-views 9. The results in the study obtained a t count of 0.334640 and a t table of 1.68595 so that it was concluded that t count < t table, so that the financial distress variable had no effect to earnings management. Companies experiencing financial distress assume that earnings management practices will actually harm the company in the future, so that company management prefers to report actual earnings. Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji empiris pengaruh financial distress terhadap manajemen laba pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 12 perusahan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2016-2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, sedangkan alat analisis menggunakan E-views 9. Perusahaan yang mengalami financial distress menganggap bahwa praktik manajemen laba sebetulnya akan merugikan perusahaan untuk kedepannya, sehingga manajemen perusahaan lebih menyukai untuk melaporkan laba yang sesungguhnya.
