The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of workload on burnout with work family conflict as a mediating variable on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. In this study the determination of samples using Slovin formula with purposive sampling method, the sample used was female employees as many as 61 respondents, through path analysis techniques (path analysis). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work family conflict on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict has a positive and significant effect on burnout in female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict mediates the positive effect of workload on burnout on female employees at PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Keywords: workload, burnout, work family conflict

The purpose of this study was to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, and the promotion of emotions, to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions on impulse buying, to explain the role of emotions as mediating the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying at Hypermart Mall Bali consumers. Galeria. The population in this study were all consumers who had shopped at Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria and had done Impulse Buying. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The samples selected in this study were 108 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study shows that the retail atmosphere, and promotion has a positive effect on emotions. Retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions have a positive effect on impulse buying. Emotions mediate the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying on Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria consumers. The aims of this study was to see how work-family conflict can have an impact on job stress and the performance of female employees, the sample in the study was nurses of private hospitals in Jambi who had a dual role as nurses as well as housewives. This research is a type of survey research, data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire given to respondents, the questions in the questionnaire were made using a Likert scale and analyzed using Component-Based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling),namely plus(PartialLeastSquare).theresultsofthestudyshowedthatwork family conflict had a positive effect on job stress, and negatively affected on nurse performance.

This Study aims to describe the performance of female employees in the Medan banking sector in terms of work family conflict and job satisfaction. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers used the distribution of questionnaires (questionaire) and in-depth interviews (indepth interview) with employees, especially women in the banking sector in the city of Medan. The researcher spreads the list of questions (questionaire) directly to the employees. The population in this study were female employees who worked in the banking sector of the city of Medan. The research sample amounted to 100 people. This research is a quantitative and qualitative descriptive study. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis through path analysis. The results showed that (1) Work Family Conflict had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, (2) Work Family Conflict had a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, (3) Job Satisfaction mediated Work Family Conflict on Employee Performance.

Work Family conflict is a conflict between family and work. This conflict arises because a person plays two roles simultaneously where these roles can cause pressure at work and cause stress at work. Research to determine the effect of Work Family conflict  on the performance of female employees and work stress as mediation. The variables used in this research are work family conflict, performance, and work stress as mediation. The sample used in this study were 99 female employee respondents. Hypothesis 1, Work Family conflict have a positive effect on work stress, the resulting t statistical value is 8.712 with a P value of 0.000. Hypothesis 2, Work stress has a negative effect on the performance of female employees, the resulting t statistical value is 1.724 with a P value of 0.085, Hypothesis 3, Work Family conflict has a negative effect on the performance of female employees, the resulting t statistics value is 0.957 with a P value of 0.339, hypothesis 4, job stress mediates the relationship between work family conflict and work stress of 0.478408 or 47.8% (categorized as partial mediation). Contains research objectives, methods, research results.   Abstrak: Konflik peran ganda adalah konflik antara keluarga dan pekerjaan konflik ini muncul karena seseorang menjalani dua perannya secara bersamaan dimana peran tersebut bisa menimbulkan tekanan dalam bekerja dan menyebabkan stress dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita dan stress kerja sebagai mediasi.Variable yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah konflik peran ganda, kinerja, dan stress kerja sebgai mediasi. Sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden karyawan wanita. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah konflik peran ganda berpengaruh positif terhadap stress kerja. Untuk variabel stress kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita. Selain itu, konflik peran ganda berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita. Dan diketahui pula variabel stress kerja memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara konflik peran ganda dan stress kerja sebesar 0,478408 atau sebesar 47,8%.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of NPL and LDR on CAR, as well as to analyze the effect of NPL, LDR, and CAR on profitability at LPDs in Denpasar City. The population used is LPD in Denpasar City as many as 35 LPDs. The method of determining samples using purposive sampling method is the determination of samples with criteria, namely LPD throughout Denpasar City which is still active, so that the sample of the study is 33 LPDs. Data analysis techniques used to examine how the influence of NPL and LDR on profitability with CAR as a mediating variable are path analysis techniques. Before analyzing the pathway, the first classical assumption is tested, namely normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that NPL does not have a significant effect on the CAR, LDR has a negative and significant effect on the CAR, NPL has a negative and significant effect on profitability, LDR and CAR has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of LPD in Denpasar City. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of family work conflict, work family conflict and job stress in influencing the nurse job performance in hospital, as well as to determine whether family work conflict, work family conflict variables can be influenced by job stress in nurse performance in hospital. The results of this study are expected to be used as a consideration for the hospital in evaluating the level of service to patients. This research is a quantitative causal research that allows to know the relationship that is influential between two or more variables by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The population in this research is all female nurse who work at hospital in Metro (Muhammadiyah Hospital, Ahmad Yani Hospital, Mardiwaluyo Hospital, Islamic Hospital), while the study sample was 120 respondents with a non probability sampling purposive sampling method as a sampling method. Based on the results of the study that family work conflict has no positive effect on job stress. And also work family conflict has positive effect on job. Job stress has positive effect on job performance. In this study also shows that family work conflict has a negative effect on job performance. Work family conflict are also has postive effect on job performance. The implication of this research is that conflict of commitment and responsibility towards family is a key value in work family conflict. Recommendations in this reseacrh is for the hospitals to hold employee recreation activities with their families, it means that hospital get to know the families of the employees in order to tight the bonds between employees and their families

The purpose of this research is to know, the influence of e-samsat program to the satisfaction of service quality, the influence of the satisfaction of service quality to the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayer, the influence of e-samsat program to the compliance of the motor vehicle taxpayers, and to know the effect of e-samsat program on compulsory compliance motor vehicle tax through satisfaction of service quality as intervening variable in Special Region of Yogyakarta. We use primary data. The sample of research is 75 taxpayers but the sample that can be processed only 74.The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t test, F test, and R2 test. Based on result of research by using path analysis that, e-samsat program have a significant positive effect to service quality satisfaction, service quality satisfaction has a significant positive effect to vehicle taxpayer compliance, e-samsat program has a significant positive effect on vehicle taxpayer compliance and program e-samsat has a significant positive effect on the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers through the satisfaction of service quality.Keywords: e-samsat program, service quality satisfaction, and taxpayer compliance

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel Work Family Conflict, Beban Kerja, dan Kompensasi Non Finansial terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 98 orang. Penelitian ini mengambil subyek di PT. Royal Korindah di Purbalingga. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa variabel work family conflict berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, serta kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa variabel work family conflict, beban kerja dan kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh terhadap variabel turnover intention.

The number of female employees in the Korean workforce has risen. However, the Korean corporate climate, characterized by collectivism, hierarchism, and senior and masculine privilege, leads them to experience worklife conflict and even halt their careers. This climate stems from a social and organizational culture deeply rooted in traditional Confucianism. In Korea, where housework and childcare have long been considered the province of women, female employees find it more difficult to balance office work and family life. The Korean corporate climate welcomes overtime work, and women who work outside the home must juggle this and family responsibilities. We conceptualize behavior such as acquiescing to overtime work as submissive loyalty and elucidate work-family conflict and decreasing job and life satisfaction as consequences thereof. The analysis, based on a structural equation model, revealed that submissive loyalty increases work-family conflict, which decreases job and life satisfaction.

Auditor turnover is a behavior that the client company does to transfer the auditor. This reaserch aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching and how the auditor's reputation is able to moderate the influence of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method with a sample of 145 companies. Data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of this study indicate that audit opinion and management change have a significant positive effect on auditor switching. However, the auditor's reputation is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching.
