The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of institusional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioner, and board of size on earning management and the implication on financial performance of manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2012-2014. This research used the data of manufacturing companies that were selected using purposive sampling method for a total of 73 data in three years. Statistic method used in this study is multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis. The data used in this research are secondary data in the form of financial statements that published during the observation year. The results of this study showed that earning management significantly affected by managerial ownership, and independent commissioner. Financial performance showed that significantly affected by earning management.

The main objective of this research is to demonstrate empirically the effect of corporate governance mechanism, such as : board independent, audit committee, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership on the earning management. This research also to demonstrate empirically the effect of earning management on the financial performance in the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples were taken from the financial statements and annual report companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2013. The sample was selected using sensus sampling method and acquired 206 companies. Using SPSS version 18 with the method of multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis with a significance level of 5% specified. The results of this study show that (1) board independent has no effect on earning management, (2) audit committee has no effect on earning management, (3) institutional ownership effect on earning management, (4) managerial ownership effect on earning management, (5) on earning management effect on financial performance measured by ROA and ROE

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the implementation of the IFRS-based PSAK 50 and 55 (revised 2014) and the audit quality of earning management. Both independent variables, the implementation of IFRS-based PSAK 50/55 (Revised 2014) and the audit quality, are dummy variables. In this study, to measure the earning management this research using revenue discretionary model calculated by using conditional revenue model introduced by Stubben (2010). The sample is secondary data derived from annual financial statements at manufacturing companies listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2015. The sample has been taken by purposive sampling method that follow the population criteria. The population are the manufacturing companies by 97 companies for 2 years (2014-2015) as sample. The statistical analysis have been used are multiple linear regression and t-test different test. The findings show that both the implementation of the IFRS-based PSAK 50/55 (Revised 2014) and the audit quality have had a significantly and negatively effect on the earning management practices.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

This study aims to test and analyze environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study also aims to determine the effect of environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosure on firm value. This research uses quantitative research using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. This research aims to determine the influence of audit fee, audit tenure, and audit reputation on audit quality. This type of research is causative research. The population and sample in this research are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2017. The sample selection in this research used a purposive sampling method. Data type is secondary data. Data collection is done by collecting documentation data of financial statements of companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017. The data analysis method used is logistic regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variable and audit fee, audit tenure, and audit reputation as independent variables. The results of the research concluded that audit fee, audit tenure, and audit reputation does not have a significant relationship with audit quality.

This research aims to examine to analyze the effect of tunneling incentive, bonus scheme and exchange rate on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 until 2017. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 48 manufacturing companies. The data used is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by documentation at www.idx.com. The analytical method used is Panel Regression Analysis with SPSS22 software. /This research use logistic regression analysis as analysis /method.The result of analysis in this research showed that tunneling incentive and bonus scheme had no effect on ithe company’s decision to do transfer pricing.  Exchange rate had a significant effect on the company’s decision to do transferi pricing

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure.
