This study aims to determine the effect of funding on firm value where profitability acts as a mediator or intervening variable in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia stock exchange. Funding variables are measured using Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The profitability variable is measured using Return of Assets (ROA). The value of the company itself is measured by looking at the Price to Book Value (PBV) or the market value of the company's shares against the book value ( Book Value ). The population in this study is the pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data source used in this study is secondary data collected using documentation techniques. This study uses descriptive quantitative statistics and uses panel data regression which is processed using Eviews 11 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that first, DER has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Second, DAR has a negative and significant effect on ROA. Third, DER has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Fourth, DAR has a negative and not significant effect on PBV. Fifth, ROA has a positive and significant effect on PBV. Sixth, DER has a positive and significant effect on PBV through ROA. Seventh, DAR has a negative and significant effect on PBV through ROA.

Labor issues become an obstacle to the development process in a country. This problem arises due to a lack of employment opportunities, so that the existing workforce is not maximally absorbed. This problem is not spared from several development factors including the minimum wage, investment, GRDP and technology index. With the aim of knowing the influence of the minimum wage, investment, GRDP and technology index variables with the Indonesian labor absorption variable in 2015-2019. Using secondary data obtained from BPS Indonesia and using panel data regression analysis techniques with the Fixed Effect model as the selected model and using classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test show that the influence of the minimum wage, investment, GRDP and technology index variables has an effect on the labor absorption variable simultaneously. The magnitude of the effect (R²) by all independent variables shows that the minimum wage, investment, GRDP and technology index have an effect of 99.82% on the depnden variable (labor absorption).

The research subjects are banks listed in LQ 45 for the quarterly period 2015-2019, using Panel Data Regression. The analysis model is the Common Effect Model (CEM). This study uses 2 models where the first model tests all variables except ROE, and the second model tests all variables except ROA. The results showed that the inflation and exchange rate variables significantly affect the LQ45 Banking Stock Price. On the other hand, the variables of ROA, ROE, and BOPO did not significantly affect the LQ45 banking financial stock price. The research results simultaneously showed that in model 1, the variables of inflation, exchange rate, ROA, and BOPO significantly affect the LQ45 banking stock price. Therefore, this study investigates factors affecting profitability of banks in ASEAN. This study uses 10 banks with the largest assets in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand with sample studies of 30 banks in ASEAN with 10 years of operationalization duration. The final results of this study are varied among countries. In Indonesia only NPLs have a significant significance of ROA, which is a significant negative. In Malaysia, only the exchange rate is significant to ROA, which is a significant negative. In Thailand, only NPI has a significant effect on ROA, which is a significant negative. Overall in Southeast Asia, only NPLs, interest rates and exchange rates significantly affect ROA, which is a significant negative. In other independent variables, it does not have a significant effect on ROA.</em>
