This study aims to test the effect of CSR on firm value (stock price) with profitability as a moderating variable with quantitative approach on the 7 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia stock Exchange (BEI) in the period from 2013 to 2019, so there are 49 observational data acquired. The sampling method using purposive sampling with the criteria that have been determined. Data analysis method used is the analysis of panel data regression with the aid of EViews 10. The results showed that CSR does not affect the Profitability of the proxies ROA can not strengthen the influence of CSR on stock price. Simultaneously, CSR and profitability as a moderating effect on stock prices.

The stock price interpreted as the price formed from the interaction between the seller and the buyer of shares which is motivated by the expectation of company profits. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of asset structure and profitability on stock prices. The data processed is secondary data from the annual reports of 11 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 which were taken through purposive sampling. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis method using Eviews version 8.0. The results of this study indicate that: asset structure and profitability have a positive effect on stock prices

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the audit committee’s accounting expertise and the female board of commissioners on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 both simultaneously and partially. Data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. Using a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 63 companies from 121 manufacturing companies. Based on the results of the study it is known that the accounting expertise of the audit committee and female board of commissioners simultaneously influence earnings management. But partially, the audit committee accounting expertise has a positive effect on earnings management and the female board of commissioners has a positive effect on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017.

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous liquidity, leverage and profitability to stock prices and the partial influence of liquidity, leverage and profitability to stock prices in food and beverage industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses the entire food and beverage industry population listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2012 until 2016 as many as 16 companies. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. The sample used in this study as many as 11 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis using EViews 9 program. The results stated that during the period 2012-2016 (1) simultaneously liquidity, leverage and profitability have an effect on signifikan to stock price in food and beverage industry which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), (2) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on stock price, (3) leverage have positive and insignificant effect to stock price, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham dan pengaruh parsial likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi seluruh industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2016 sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan program EViews 9. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa selama periode 2012-2016 (1) secara simultan likuiditas, leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indinesia (BEI), (2) likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, (3) leverage berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, (4) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham pada industri makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa  Efek Indinesia (BEI).

One of the decisions to increase investor’s trust and prosperity is to increase the firm value. The firm value is the investor's perception of the success rate of a company that is often associated with stock prices. By increasing trust in investors, the firm value in a company will increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, leverage, and growth opportunity on the firm value. This study took a sample based on the purposive sampling method in the secondary sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. The number of samples obtained was 41 companies. The analysis technique used in the study is the classic assumption test and panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that capital structure had a significant influence on the firm value, whereas profitability, leverage, and growth opportunity did not significantly influence the firm value.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), capital structure proxied by Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Pruchasing Manager Index Manufacture (PMI) on the value of a company that is proxied by Price to Booked Value (PBV) and its impact on Stock Price. The object of this research is the consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2018. The sample collection technique used was purposive sampling, where 14 companies met the criteria. The analysis used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate individually ROA and DAR significantly influence PBV while PMI has no effect. ROA, DAR and PMI have no significant effect on stock prices. Then through PBV as an intervening variable, ROA and DAR significantly influence stock prices, while PMI has no effect. Simultaneously ROA, DAR and PMI have a significant effect on stock prices through PBV as an intervening variable.

The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age, leverage, and independent commissioners on intellectual capital in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2016-2018 period. The population of this study includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Leverage and Independent Commissioner had no influence on Intellectual Capital. However, the variable company age has an influence on intellectual capital.

<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Income variability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. Keywords:  Asset Structure; Managerial Ownership; Income Variability; Capital Structure.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the ratio - financial ratios Altman Z-Score on stock prices (study at the plantation subsector company that went public on the stock exchanges of Indonesia). The research data is annual data from 2014 until 2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Of the population of 16 companies in the plantation subsector, 15 companies met the criteria plantation sub-sector into the sample. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression. The results showed Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (RETA), Earnings Before Interest and Tax (EBITTA) and Market Value Equity to Book Value of Total Liabilites (MVEBTL) together - the same (simultaneous) effect significant positive stock price
