The Objective of the research is to determine effect of taxpayer awareness, tax sanction, knowledge and understanding of taxation, tax socialization, service quality of tax authorities and implementation of e-filing system against individual taxpayer compliance in KPP North Jakarta area. Object used in this research isindividual taxpayer have Taxpayer Registration Number and registered in KPP North Jakarta area. The samples in this research consists 118 taxpayer respondents. The method of sample in this research used conveniencesampling method. The result showed that variable taxpayer awareness, knowledege, and understanding of taxation has influenced against individual taxpayer compliance. While other variables as tax sanction, service quality of tax authorities, implementation of e-filing system, tax socialization has not influenced against individual taxpayer compliance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service, cleanliness, organization, and healthiness to quality of sushi tei restaurant in DKI Jakarta. The design of this study using descriptive research and causality research, the measurement of each variable using 5 points Likert scale. This study uses primary data and data collection through questionnaires. The research sample was obtained through a purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 145 respondents. The results of this study show that Organization has no effect to Quality, while Service, Cleanliness, and Healthiness have an influence to Quality.

This study examined the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and job satisfaction of organizational commitment of PT.Global JET Express. This study involve 100 respondents as a sample, all of them are permanent employees of PT. Global JET Express. The number of respondents was determined using the nonprobability sampling technique, by purposive sampling method. Multiple regression is used as a data analysis technique and processed using SPSS 25 program. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, while of transformational leadership and job satisfaction has no effect on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis obtained in this study, the management of PT. Global JET Express is expected to pays more attention to motivation experienced by employees, so that the level of organizational commitment felt by employees can increase.

The purpose of this research is to analyze factors influencing firm value. The independen variable are investment opportunity, dividen policy, managerial ownership, financial leverage, profitability, firm size, board of indepedent commissioner, audit comittee. Population of this research is non-financial companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017. The sample of this research are selected by using purposive sampling method, and 198 datas are taken. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method. The result of this research shows that financial leverage, profitability and board of independent commissioner have influence to firm value, whereas investment opportunity, dividen policy managerial ownership, firm size and audit comittee do not have influence to firm value.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of understanding of taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, taxes sanction, taxpayer environment, quality of service, moral obligations and perceived behavioral control of taxpayer compliance. The use of the method in this study is causality research method. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer that registered in North Jakarta Tax Office. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling method with a total of 103 respondents. The results of this study concluded that understanding of taxpayers, taxes sanction and moral obligations has an influence on the compliance of individual taxpayers registered in the North Jakarta Tax Office. In the sense that the higher the level of understanding of the taxpayer, the firmer the tax sanctions and the better the moral obligations, the higher the level of compliance of individual taxpayers. While taxpayer awareness, taxpayer environment, quality of service and perceived behavioral control do not affect the compliance of individual taxpayers registered in North Jakarta Tax Office.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of customer brand identification (CBI), customer satisfaction (SAT), customer brand trust (CBT), and customer commitment (CM) to customer loyalty (CL) on Yamaha Vixion motor sport consumers in DKI Jakarta. The form of research conducted in this study are causal and descriptive. Sampling using pusposive sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 281 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is SEM (Structural Equation Model) with AMOS tools. The result of this study indicates that CBI, SAT, CBT, and CM had effect to CL. CBT had effect to CLmediating through SAT, CBT, and CM. Then, SAT had effect to CM mediating through CBT. CBI had effect to CBT mediating through SAT, and CBI had effect to CM mediating through SAT.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and examine the influence of independent variables, namely understanding, awareness, quality of services, strictness of sanction, modernization of the tax administration system and tax socialization. On the dependent variable, namely compliance individual taxpayers. Taxpayers registered in DKI Jakarta are the population in this study. Meanwhile, this study used a sample of 104 respondents, namely individual taxpayers who work as an entrepreneur and have NPWP which is in West Jakarta region. The sampling technique researchers use in one type of non-probability sampling, namely convenience sampling or accidental sampling. The instrument used to collect data in this study was a closed questionnaire. The result given in this research are; modernization of tax administration have an influence on compliance of individual taxpayers. While understanding, awareness, quality of services, strictness of sanction and tax socialization do not have an influence on compliance of individual taxpayers.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT. Perfect Circle Engineering. This study takes a population that is an employee at PT. Perfect Circle Engineering. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling method in the form of purposive sampling. In collecting data, researchers distributed questionnaires to respondents and the samples obtained in this study were 59 questionnaires. The tool used to analyze data is the multiple regression method. The results obtained from this study are the compensation and motivation variables individually affect the performance of employees while the organizational culture individually does not affect the performance of employees.
