During the last 10 years, MSMEs have been the engine of the regional economy with a type of business that has reached 92% of all types of businesses in DIY. According to DINKOPUKM Sleman, it is known that the number of MSMEs in the handicraft sector reached 2964, which was then interviewed by 30 MSMEs in Sleman Regency, there were 17% of business actors who had used e-commerce and still around 83% had not used e-commerce as a medium of buying and selling. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of external environmental factors affecting the use of e-Commerce barriers to craft MSMEs in Sleman Regency. Data collection was carried out by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires to 120 owners of handicraft MSMEs in Sleman Regency who had not used e-Commerce. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression method. Based on the results of data research, the factors that influence the barriers to the use of e-Commerce in handicraft MSMEs in Sleman Regency, seen from the coefficient, are the consumer factor of 3,.469. Technological factors, competitors and government policies do not affect barriers to e-Commerce use. Selama 10 tahun belakangan UMKM merupakan mesin penggerak ekonomi daerah dengan jenis usaha hingga mencapai 92% dari seluruh jenis usaha yang berada di DIY. Menurut DINKOPUKM Sleman diketahui jumlah UMKM pada bidang kerajinan mencapai 2964 yang selanjutnya diwawancara 30 UMKM di Kabupaten Sleman terdapat 17% pelaku usaha sudah memanfaatkan e-commerce dan masih sekitar 83% belum memanfaatkan e-commerce sebagai media jual beli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor lingkungan eksternal yang menghambat penggunaan e-Commerce pada UMKM kerajinan di Kabupaten Sleman.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 120 pemilik UMKM Kerajinan di Kabupaten Sleman yang belum menggunakan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor konsumen berpengaruh terhadap hambatan penggunaan e-commerce dilihat dari nilai koefisien sebesar 3,469. Faktor teknologi, faktor pesaing dan faktor kebijakan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh menghambat penggunaan e-commerce di UMKM Kerajian Kabupaten Sleman.

 This study aims to 1) Analyze the pattern of changes in commodity prices for spanish pepper in Malang District. 2) Analyzing the factors that influence fluctuations in the price of spanish pepper in Malang District. The research method used is quantitative method that uses secondary data in the form of time series obtained from several related agencies, namely the Central Statistics Agency of Malang District, Department of Industry and Trade, and Department of food crops, horticulture, and plantation in Malang District. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression with the dependent variable is the price at the consumer level from 2009-2018, while the independent variables use the data of the price of spanish pepper at the producer level, the amount of production, and the amount of consumption from 2009-2018. The study found that: 1) The development of the price of spanish pepper had a trend that tended to increase during the last 10 years. 2) From the results of data processing using multiple linear regression method with Eviews 9.0 application, it is found that the factor that significantly influences changes in the price of spanish pepper is the price at the producer level, while the amount of production of spanish pepper and the number of requests does not significantly affect the change in spanish pepper prices in Malang District.

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of the product and the price of the purchase decisions of consumers SME market case on Pajak USU (Pajus) Medan. This research uses quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The sample technique used is non probability sampling, the number of samples are 96 respondents selected at random and data collection techniques used are questionnaires that measurement using Likert scale and statistical analysis with multiple linear regression method. The results showed that product completeness partially has no positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decision and price partially have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase decision. Whereas product completeness and price simultaneously influencing consumer purchase decision in Pajus Medan. The findings confirm that consumers' choice of coming to that place is to buy a product at a cheap price not because of the availability of a more complete product.

The main factors affecting demand for credit are high and fixed interest rates that make it difficult for members to pay their loans and result credit given by KSU LKMA Kampung Solok Saiyo to be stuck. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of interest rate and bad credit on request of credit umkm at KSU LKMA Kampung Solok Saiyo. This research was conducted at KSU LKMA Kampung Solok Saiyo Nagari Muara Kiawai Gunung Tuleh District Pasaman Barat Regency. The type of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from credit reports contained in KSU LKMA Kampung Solok Saiyo with the number of samples of forty-eight. This data is analyzed by multiple linear regression method. From the results of this study found that interest rates and bad loans have a negative and significant effect on the demand for credit umkm in PasamanBarat.

Abstract. Regional Promotion and E-Marketing of Halal Tourism against Tourist Visits in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of Halal Tourism Promotion Based on E-Marketing against Tourist Visits in Yogyakarta. Promotion is an important thing that needs to be considered in attracting tourists. In this millennial era, the development of technology very fast, many activities using technology. Furthermore, the using of E-Marketing more suitable for increasing the number of tourists. This research used multiple linear regression method with moderating variables to show the influence of Halal Tourism Promotion Based on E-Marketing Against Tourist Visits in Yogyakarta with data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The result of this research was found that using E-Marketing can increase tourist’s interest to visit halal tourism in Yogyakarta. When using regional promotions only gained 7% and when using E-Marketing increased to 67%.  Abstrak.  Promosi Daerah dan E–Marketing Pariwisata Halal Terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan di Yogyakarta.  Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Promosi Pariwisata Halal Berbasis E-Marketing Terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan di Yogyakarta. Promosi merupakan hal penting yang perlu dilakukan dan diperhatikan dalam menarik minat wisatawan. Di era milenial ini teknologi sangat berkembang dengan pesat, sehingga banyak aktivitas yang dilakukan menggunakan teknologi. Dengan demikian penggunaan E-Marketing dinilai cocok untuk meningkatkan wisatawan. Metode pengujian adalah dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan variabel moderating untuk menunjukkan hasil dari penelitian pengaruh Promosi Pariwisata Halal Berbasis E-Marketing Terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung Wisatawan di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa penggunaan E-Marketing dapat meningkatkan minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke pariwisata halal di Yogyakarta. Pada awalnya ketika menggunakan promosi daerah hanya memperoleh sebesar 7% dan ketika menggunakian E-Marketing meningkat menjadi 67%.

The issue of road accidents is an increasing problem in developing countries. This could be due to increasing road traffic/vehicle occupancy, geometric characteristics and road way condition. The factors influencing accidents occurrence are to be analysed for remedies. The purpose of this research is to develop an accident prediction model as a measure for future study, aid planning phase preceding the designed intervention, enhance the production of updated design standards to enable practitioners design unsignalized intersection for optimal safety, reduce the number of accidents at unsignalized intersections. Five intersections were selected randomly within Benin City and traffic count carried out at these intersections as well as geometric characteristics and roadway conditions. The prediction model was developed using multiple linear regression method and the standard error of estimate was computed to show how close the observed value is to the regression line. The model was validated using coefficient of multiple determination. The establishment of the relationship between accidents and traffic flow site characteristics on the other hand would enable improvement to be more realistically accessed. This study will also enhance the production of updated design standards to enable practitioners design unsignalized intersection for optimal safety, reduce the number of accidents at unsignalized intersections.

This study is to examine the influence of leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. Population in this research was the entire employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Besuki, Situbondo, Indonesia which was about 295 peoples. Then, the researcher applied probability random sampling technique to select 170 respondents as the sampling. The researcher analyzed the data by applying multiple linear regression method. The result shows that leadership and job satisfaction contribute positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaire and interview. The results of the study, the Fcount obtained was 10.982> Ftable = 3.25 and the significance level simultaneously significance was 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 40 -2 - 1 = 37 was 3.25.
