The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of subjective norm toward entrepreneurial intention, attitude toward behaviour toward entrepreneurial intention, self-efficacy toward entrepreneurial intention. Sample was collected with non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. The data were collected using online questionnaire by google form with a total of 105 respondent and were processed by using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that subjective norm affects entrepreneurial intention, attitude toward behaviour affects entrepreneurial intention, self-efficacy doesn’t affect entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study is to know how to increase entrepreneurial intention among private college student at West Jakarta with the help of three independent variables.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh subjective norm pada entrepreneurial intention, pengaruh attitude toward behaviour pada entrepreneurial intention, pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Data diambil menggunakan kuisioner online melalui google form dengan jumlah total responden 105. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu subjective norm mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intention secara signifikan, attitude toward behaviour mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intention secara signifikan, self-efficacy tidak dapat mempengaruhi entrepreneurial intention. Hasil dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha khususnya pada mahasiswa/i perguruan tinggi swasta di Jakarta Barat dengan penggunaan variabel independen yang ada.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of expected return, risk tolerance, and self-efficacy toward stock investment intention. Sample collection was conducted using the Google Form online questionnaire with a purposive sampling, type of non-probability sampling method, with a total of 100 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara, Jakarta. Data processing is done by PLS-SEM method and analyzed with SmartPLS 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that expected return and risk tolerance have a significant positive effect on stock investment intention. Whereas, self-efficacy does not have a significant effect. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekspektasi pengembalian, toleransi risiko, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat investasi saham. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online Google Form dengan metode non-probability sampling berjenis purposive sampling dengan total 100 responden mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Tarumanagara Jakarta. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM dan dianalisis dengan SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekspektasi pengembalian dan toleransi risiko memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat investasi saham. Sedangkan, efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan self efficacy, coping stress dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa semester awal Program Studi Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 60 orang. Tekhnik pengambilan data dengan cara purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah skala self efficacy dan skala coping stress. Untuk prestasi akademik data dikumpulkan dengan melihat indeks prestasi akademik (IPK) semester pertama. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) tidak ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara variabel self efficacy, coping stress dan prestasi akademik , (2) sumbangan prediktor (R2) self efficacy dan coping stress sebesar  2%, (3) rata-rata mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi angkatan 2012 memiliki self efficacy yang tergolong tinggi, coping stress yang tergolong sedang dan prestasi akademik yang tergolong sedang.Kata kunci : self efficacy, coping stress, dan prestasi akademik  Aim to determine relationship between self efficacy, coping stress and achievement academic in first semester college student of Psychology Study Program of Medical Faculty of Lambung Mangkurat University. Method respondents as many as 60 first semester college students. Sampling technique by using purposive sampling. Data collection by using self efficacy scale, coping of stress scale and achievement academic indeks of first semester. Data analyzed by multiple regression. Results the relationship between self efficacy, coping of stress and achievement academic is not significant.. Self efficacy and coping of stress contribute 2% to achievement academic. Conclusion Odd semester college student in 2012 has high performance in self efficacy, middle in coping of stress and middle in achievement academic. Keywords: self efficacy, coping of stress, achievement academic

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions among college student. The five independent variables was used include need for achievement, locus of control, self-efficacy, instrumental readiness, entrepreneurship experience. Sample in this research is students on Pattimura University totaling 160 people. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to measure this study. The results of this study indicate that need for achievement, locus of control, entrepreneurship experience have no effect on the intentions of entrepreneurial among students. Whereas instrumental readiness and self-efficacy variable has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention between students of Pattimura University. Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of user belief on flow, willingness to buy on flow, and flow on impulse buying behavior. The subjects of this research include Students/College Students, Civil Servants, Private Employees, Lecturers/Teachers, Professionals (accountants, consultants, etc.). The technique used is non-probability sampling , purposive sampling, with a total sample of 300 respondents aged 17 to 45 and are users of the digital application, Shopee, in Indonesia. The research instrument was an online questionnaire and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the dimension of the perceived usefulness of user belief has a positive effect on flow. Willingness to buy has a positive effect on flow and flow has a positive effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, the ease of use dimension of the user belief variable has no positive effect on flow.Keywords: flow, willingness to buy, user belief, impulse buying behavior. Tinjauan Kritis Pemasaran Digital: Pengaruh Flow dan Pembelian Impulsif Abstrak: Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan pengguna (user belief) terhadap flow, willingness to buy terhadap flow, dan flow terhadap perilaku pembelian spontan. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi Pelajar/Mahasiswa, PNS, Karyawan Swasta, Dosen/Guru, Profesional (akuntan, konsultan, dll). Teknik yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dengan kriteria usia 17 hingga 45 tahun dengan total sampel 300 responden dan merupakan pengguna aplikasi digital Shopee di Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang dibuat secara daring dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dimensi manfaat yang dirasakan dari kepercayaan pengguna berpengaruh positif terhadap flow, willingness to buy berpengaruh positif terhadap flow dan  flow berpengaruh positif terhadap pembelian spontan. Sedangkan, dimensi kemudahan menggunakan dari variabel kepercayaan pengguna tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap flow.Kata kunci: flow, willingness to buy, kepercayaan pengguna, perilaku pembelian spontan.

The present study investigated the relationships between the three factors of Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and entrepreneurial intention among students from the Technical Secondary School in Malaysia. This study utilized the survey (questionnaire) method. A total of 163 respondents which consisted of the Year 4 students from one of the Technical Secondary School in Northern Region of Malaysia were selected to participate in this study. The findings presented that students in this institution have a high level of entrepreneurial intention (mean=3.89). Also, results presented that subjective norm is the only factor that significantly related to entrepreneurial intention (β=.331, p=.000). Meanwhile, other factors such as attitude towards behavior (β=.064, p=.474) and self-efficacy (β=.070, p=.438) are not significantly related to entrepreneurial intention. Thus, it is found that only one factor of TPB which is subjective norm has a significant relationship with entrepreneurial intention among students in this Technical Secondary School. This study contributed some fruitful knowledge which can be suggested to all Technical Secondary Schools to improve the level of students’ entrepreneurial intention, particularly in the Malaysian context. Implications of the results are discussed; and future research direction are briefly provided.

<p>Entrepreneurship holds a strategic role for national economic development by creating job opportunity. Unfortunately, Indonesia still has low number of entrepreneurs. Since entrepreneurship can be learned, then universities are seen as one of the potential sources of supply to create entrepreneurs through entrepreneurial education. Although Indonesian government and ministry of higher education give a strong support to stimulate entrepreneurship in higher education, in the reality, most of university graduates still hesitate to become entrepreneur. This study aims to see the effect of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial self-efficacy on student’s entrepreneurial intentions from four private universities located in Tangerang. The research was carried out using quantitative methods using non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling. The data were collected through online questionnaires using google forms with a sample target of 134 samples. The data analysis in this study using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) technique assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study shows that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions. And, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy positively affect entrepreneurial intention.  The study also found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurship education with Student's Entrepreneural Intention</p><p><em><strong>Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia.</strong> Kewirausahaan memegang peran strategis bagi pembangunan ekonomi nasional dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Sayangnya, jumlah wirausahawan di Indonesia masih rendah. Oleh karena kewirausahaan merupakan hal yang dapat dipelajari maka perguruan tinggi dipandang sebagai salah satu sumber pasokan potensial untuk menciptakan wirausahawan melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan. Meskipun pemerintah Indonesia dan kementerian pendidikan tinggi memberikan dukungan yang kuat untuk mendorong kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi, pada kenyataannya, sebagian besar lulusan universitas masih ragu-ragu untuk menjadi pengusaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa dari empat perguruan tinggi swasta yang berada di Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan judgemental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online menggunakan google form dengan target sampel sebanyak 134 sampel. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang dibantu dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efikasi diri kewirausahaan dan niat berwirausaha. Lebih lanjut, Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa efikasi diri kewirausahaan secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan Niat Berwirausaha Siswa.</em></p><p> </p>

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the financial behavior of young employees can be measured through financial literacy, where the level of financial literacy in this study is seen based on financial attitudes and financial socialization. Sample collection was carried out using the Google Form online questionnaire with a non-probability sampling method of the type of purposive sampling with a total of 100 young employee respondents in Jakarta. Data processing is performed by the PLS-SEM method and calculations on the SmartPLS application 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that financial attitudes and financial socialization, as well as financial literacy mediation variables have a significant positive effect on financial behavior. Meanwhile, financial attitudes have an insignificant indirect effect on financial behavior, through financial literacy. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah perilaku keuangan karyawan muda dapat diukur melalui literasi keuangan nya, dimana tingkat literasi keuangan dalam penelitian ini dilihat berdasarkan sikap keuangan dan sosialisasi keuangan seseorang. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online Google Form dengan metode non-probability sampling berjenis purposive sampling dengan total 100 responden karyawan muda di Jakarta. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM dan kalkulasi pada aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sikap keuangan dan sosialisasi keuangan, serta variabel mediasi literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap peilaku keuangan. Sedangkan, sikap keuangan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan, melalui variabel mediasi literasi keuangan.

The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the relationship between Entrepreneurship Education and Self-Efficacy towards Entrepreneurial Intention of Students Universitas Tarumanagara.  The population of this research is 150 respondents of Students on Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Tarumanagara. Data are collected by using Google Form questionnaire then processed by using SmartPLS-SEM program. The method used in this research was non probability sampling with judgemental sampling tecnhnique. The results of this research are Entrepreneurship Education has a significant effect on Entreprenurial Intention. Self Efficacy has a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi wirausaha Mahasiswa Universitas Tarumanaga. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebesar 150 responden yang merupakan Mahasiswa/I Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tarumangara. Teknik penggumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner melalui Google Form dan kemudian diolah menggunakan program SmartPLS-SEM. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik judgemental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi wirausaha. Efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi wirausaha.

Entrepreneurship education is one of the national programs to boost the number of entrepreneurs in the country. The success of creating educated entrepreneurs depends on several factors such as the curriculum, mentors, the method and the readiness of the participant. The intention to become an entrepreneur cannot be separated from the individual’s self-efficacy. This research examined the effect of master’s students’ self-efficacy on their entrepreneurial intention, with the mediation of the Planned Behavior Theory variables. The sample included 134 master’s students out of the total of 203. All had been conducting business for at least six months and were recruited through purposive sampling. A 1-5 Likert scale questionnaire was given to the respondents in print and through Google Forms. Quantitative data analysis was done using smart-PLS version 3. Two of the three variables of the Planned Behavior Theory were significant as mediators of self-efficacy, namely attitude toward behavior and subjective norm. Perceived behavioral control did not have an effect on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intent through mediation.
