In this research, the factors affecting an individual’s ‘entrepreneurial intention’, which is a significant indicator of whether the individual will start a new enterprise, are examined within the Planned Behavior Theory. The main purpose of the research is to state what the determinants of entrepreneurial intention are. The study aims to contribute to answering the question, ‘Who can be the potential entrepreneurs in Turkey’ by presenting the factors having an impact on entrepreneurial intention on a regional basis through Zonguldak example. The roles of the research's independent variables (attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control, entrepreneurial self efficacy) on entrepreneurial intentions were tested on 229 trainees participating voluntarily in Applied Entrepreneurship Trainings organized by KOSGEB in Zonguldak and its towns. The results of the research show that attitudes towards entrepreneurial behaviour, perceived entrepreneurial control, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and subjective norms are influential on the entrepreneurial intention of the individual.

Rooted in this study are the important principles of enterprise and entrepreneurship, which raise important questions about how entrepreneurship education should be positioned institutionally. These questions address theoretical and philosophical challenges, strategic choices and institutional capacities. One of the programs of the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI) of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, which is aimed at all state universities and several selected private universities, is the independent entrepreneurship program. This has been implemented in higher education to foster the entrepreneurial spirit and culture of Indonesian students. Participants in this study were students who had attended entrepreneurship training or were taking entrepreneurship courses at the Papua University Campus and at Dian Nuswantoro University, Semarang. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data collection was carried out by a survey. The data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the instrumentation readiness variable had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while the need for achievement and self-efficacy variables had no effect. Keywords: need for achievement, self-efficacy, instrumental readiness, entrepreneurial intentions

Entrepreneurial intention measurements are important that should be managed and which can be used to enhance number of entrepreneurs from higher school graduates. This study aims to examine determinant factors affecting students’ entrepreneurial intention from subjective norms, attitudes, self-efficacy, locus of control perspectives and understanding the role of entrepreneurship education. This study adopted a survey with correlation approach to obtain a greater understanding for the phenomenon. The data were collected using purposive method from questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale to voluntary respondents and were analyzed using SPPS application. The findings of the study indicate that the variable of subjective norm, attitude, self-efficacy, locus of control, entrepreneurship education and adversity quotient successfully drive students’ entrepreneurial intention. This study suggests to pay attention these variables in driving students’ entrepreneurial intentions.

The purpose of this study is to prove: (1) Time pressure, locus of control, the action of supervision and materiality partially affect the premature termination of the audit procedures (2) Time pressure, locus of control, supervision and materiality simultaneously affect the premature termination on the audit procedures. This research was conducted in Public Accountant firm in Yogyakarta region of which total 12 samples of KAP, by distributing 105 questionnaires, and 57 questionnaires were returned (54%). 34 of the returned questionnaires can be processed (34%). The samples in this study were determined by using non-probability sampling, one of purposive sampling methods. Data analysis consisted of: (1) validity test, reliability test and classical assumption. The result showed that the instruments used are quite reliable and valid (2) multiple linear regression analysis. The results are (a) Some of independent variables partially affect premature termination of the audit procedure, while the action of supervision does not influence premature termination of audit procedures (b) All independent variables influence simultaneously to the premature termination of the audit procedures (c) All independent variables showed that as much as 55% it affects on premature termination of the audit procedures, the rest of it are influenced by other variables. (3) Friedman Test. The result shows that there are order of priority of audit procedures being terminated.

Entrepreneurial Intention is a component that can explain the mindset and have a substantial impact on individual behavior. This fact indicates how hard a person's mindset is in trying and how much effort is put in so that the desired behavior can be carried out. This study examines the direct and indirect effects of an entrepreneurial mindset, perceived behavioral control, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. A total of 354 students in Malang took part in this research. We used descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The study results found that the entrepreneurial mindset and perceived behavioral control affected entrepreneurial self-efficacy—similarly, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial mindset, and perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial intention. Our results also found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy failed to mediate the effect of the entrepreneurial mindset on entrepreneurial intention.

As to contribute to the literature on entrepreneurial intention, a survey was conducted on a sample of Croatian students and their entrepreneurial intentions, by using Ajzen's (1991) theory of planned behaviour. This theory determines intention through attitudes, behavioural control (self-efficacy), and social norms. Additional four determinants were investigated: role models, education, needs for achievement, and propensity towards risk. We propose that individuals exposed to role models and entrepreneurial education, as well as those who have a higher level of need for achievement and propensity towards risk, are more likely to set up a venture. The survey was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Business and Tourism, University of Split, Croatia and the obtained data were analysed by using the structural equation modelling technique. A total of 160 survey responses from students were obtained. It was found that attitudes and propensity towards risk positively affect entrepreneurial intention. Surprisingly, self-efficacy and social norms, in addition to role models, education, and the need for achievement, failed to produce a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention.
