Plan to revisit of MICE tourists has been highlighted as an important research topic in competitive market of tourism destinations especially in MICE Destination. Despite the considerable number of research on MICE tourists, it remains unclear why MICE tourists undertake to plan their repeated visits and what kind of indicators influenced. This research aims to identify factors influencing MICE tourists to revisit to Bali – Indonesia. By using SEM (Structural Equation Model), one of the results of this study indicated that MICE Destination’s attribute, Promotion, Satisfaction and Image were the important factor to affect Revisit of MICE tourists to come again or revisit to Bali as MICE Destination. Concerning with MICE tourists perception on revisit; tourist visit to Bali for MICE destination can be enhanced by promotion through image of Bali.

Entrepreneurship education as method needs further exploration in the context of school. Entrepreneurship Center of Ciputra University collaborated with a number of schools in Indonesia developed the K-12, Ciputra Way Learning Cycle. As many as 355 final year students from six schools were involved in this study to gain better understanding towards the factors influencing entrepreneurial competences. Using the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM), result shows that growth orientation, assessment for improvement, positively influence entrepreneurial competences.

AbstractThis study developed and validated the consistency of a structural equation model of factors influencing the effectiveness of campus recreation management.The study involved 416 teachers and administrators, enrolled with multistage sampling in four university groups: public universities, Rajamangala University of Technology, Rajabhat University, and private universities. The data collection tool was a 5-rating-scale questionnaire. The data were analysed with descriptive statistics. The validity of the structural equation model was tested with the LISREL 8.72 software.The study proved that the structural equation model was consistent with the empirical data, with a statistical significance level of 0.05 (χThe factors influencing the effectiveness of campus recreation management ordered from the highest to lowest mean score were: organization characteristics, internal environment, employee characteristics, and managerial policies and practices. The independent variables in the structural equation model could explain 68% of the variation in the effectiveness of campus recreation management.

This research examines the influence of price fairness and product quality on satisfaction and repurchase on Tokopedia. This is a quantitative research that used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS and Lisrel software for data analysis. Purposive sampling is used to select samples, though it is limited to certain respondents. The minimum sampling size is 10 times the number of research indicators, with a total 149 respondents analyzed. Findings. The results showed that Price Fairness and Product Quality had significant and positive impacts on satisfaction. Furthermore, Product Quality and Satisfaction have significant and positive effect on repurchase, while Satisfaction mediates price fairness to Repurchase and Product Quality.
