This research examines the influence of price fairness and product quality on satisfaction and repurchase on Tokopedia. This is a quantitative research that used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS and Lisrel software for data analysis. Purposive sampling is used to select samples, though it is limited to certain respondents. The minimum sampling size is 10 times the number of research indicators, with a total 149 respondents analyzed. Findings. The results showed that Price Fairness and Product Quality had significant and positive impacts on satisfaction. Furthermore, Product Quality and Satisfaction have significant and positive effect on repurchase, while Satisfaction mediates price fairness to Repurchase and Product Quality.

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and situasional leadership on employee engagement through compensation as a mediator. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Astra Welab Digital Arta which has 216 employees. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Lisrel, sample of this research uses purposive sampling. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and situational leadership to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence compensation to situational leadership, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and situational leadership on employee engagement through compensation as a mediator

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on empowerment in employees of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo analyzing the influence of transformational leadership on employee work behavior of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo; The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on the empowerment of employees at Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on work behavior of Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had no significant and influential effect on positively on the performance of employees of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child Clinic, empowerment has no significant effect and positively influences on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child employees, work behavior has a significant and positive effect on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo.

Investasi adalah kegiatan investasi aset untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 230 responden dengan menggunakan metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi di Surabaya yang memiliki galeri investasi di kampusnya. Studi ini berfokus pada jenis kelamin perempuan karena dalam empat tahun terakhir investor perempuan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan investor laki-laki, padahal tingkat pengetahuan keuangan perempuan lebih rendah dibandingkan laki-laki. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, overconfidence, herding, toleransi risiko dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan investasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu Galeri Investasi sebagai lembaga untuk sering melakukan sosialisasi seperti pemahaman finansial, manfaat berinvestasi, cara mengantisipasi risiko untuk berinvestasi sehingga pemahaman tentang investasi dapat menyeluruh dan dapat menarik calon investor baru nantinya.  Investment is an asset investment activity to get a profit within a certain period. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence investment decisions. This study uses quantitative research with a sample of 230 respondents using the analysis method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The object of this research is female students in Surabaya who have an investment gallery on their campus. This study focuses on the female gender because in the last four years female investors have experienced a significant increase compared to male investors, even though the level of financial knowledge of women is lower than that of men. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, overconfidence, herding, risk tolerance and risk perception have a positive effect on investment decisions. The results of this research can help the Investment Gallery as an institution to conduct socialization frequently such as financial understanding, the benefits of investing, how to anticipate risks for investment so that an understanding of investment can be comprehensive and can attract new potential investors later.

Abstract - This research aims to examine the effect of quality of the advertising message to the buying intention and mediated by brand image. Subjects are tourist who buy Bakpia Kukus Tugu Jogja in Yogyakarta. In this study developed a theoretical mode of the proposed four hypotheses to be tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) by AMOS software 18. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to survey 150 respondents. Respondents were obtained through purposive sampling tehnique, the respondents were selected based on certain goals established researcher. The results of this study show that quality of the advertising message has positive effect to brand image, brand image has positive effect to buying intention, quality of the advertising message has positive effect to buying intention and brand image can partially mediated the positive effect of quality of advertising message toward buying intention. Keyword : Quality of Advertising message, Purchase Intention, Brand Image Abstraks - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pesan iklan terhadap minat beli dengan dimediasi oleh citra merek. Subyek adalah wisatawan yang membeli Bakpia Kukus Tugu Jogja kota Yogyakarta. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan suatu model teoritis dengan mengajukan empat hipotesis yang akan diuji dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui software AMOS 18. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 responden. Responden diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling, yaitu responden dipilih berdasarkan tujuan-tujuan yang ditetapkan peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pesan iklan berpengaruh positif terhadap citra merek, citra merek berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli, kualitas pesan iklan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli dan citra merek memediasi secara parsial hubungan positif antara kualitas pesan iklan terhadap minat beli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan pengaruh resiliensi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan salah satu variabel yang paling banyak diteliti. Kepuasan kerja didefinisikan sebagai suatu keadaan emosional dialami karyawan, yang bersifat menyenangkan atau bersifat positif. Kepuasan kerja pada umumnya yang dihasilkan dari penilaian karyawan terhadap pengalaman kerja atau pekerjaannya. Dengan demikian, kepuasan kerja menunjukkan sikap positif umum karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya. Apabila karyawan merasa adanya kepuasan kerja, maka karyawan tersebut dapat lebih termotivasi untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik. Kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh banyak variabel. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang akan diteliti pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah kompensasi dan resiliensi. Kompensasi merupakan total penghargaan atau hadiah yang diberikan perusahaan sebagai pembayaran atas hasil pekerjaan karyawan, sedangkan resiliensi merupakan suatu konsep yang menunjukkan kemampuan seseorang untuk mengatasi dan beradaptasi terhadap masa-masa sulit yang dihadapinya. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Sampel diambil dengan metode non-probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak tigapuluh orang karyawan dengan kriteria merupakan karyawan yang masih aktif bekerja dan memiliki masa kerja minimal satu tahun. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan adanya pengaruh positif resiliensi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan resiliensi juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keterbatasan penelitisan ini adalah jumlah sampel yang sedikit sehingga pada penelitian mendatang, jumlah sampel penelitian dapat lebih ditingkatkan.  The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction and the effect of resilience on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is one of the most widely studied variables. Job satisfaction is defined as an emotional state experienced by employees, which is fun or positive. Job satisfaction in general results from employee evaluations of work experience or work. Thus, job satisfaction shows the general positive attitude of employees towards their work. If employees feel job satisfaction, then the employee can be more motivated to produce better performance. Job satisfaction is influenced by many variables. In this study, the variables that will be examined for their effects on employee job satisfaction are compensation and resilience. Compensation is the total award or prize given by the company as payment for the work of employees, while resilience is a concept that shows a person's ability to overcome and adapt to the difficult times they face. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. Samples were taken by the non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The samples in this study were thirty employees with the criteria are employees who are still actively working and have a minimum working period of one year. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction and a positive effect of resilience on employee job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction and resilience also has an effect on job satisfaction. The limitation of this research is the small number of samples so that in future studies, the number of research samples can be further increased.

The purpose of this research is to examine three factors that affect audit decision such as goal commitment, litigation environment and trust on auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred methods. Data were collected through questionaires using purposive sampling method. Samples were selected from accounting firms which were listed on Directory of Ikatan Akuntan Publik Indonesia for 2013 period in Jakarta. Out of the 150 questionnaires sent, the final analysis was based on the response from 109 auditors (72.67%). Moreover, data analysis uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures) version 21.0. The results of this research reveal that (1) goal commitment is positively related to the auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred method, (2) litigation environment is negatively related to the auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred method, and (3) trust is negatively related to the auditor’s acceptance of the client’s preferred method

The objective of this study is to empirically explore the effect of reputation, transparency, accountability of LAZ (Lembaga Amil Zakat or institutions that collect zakat which is a kind of Islamic tithe or alms), the religiosity of muzakki (communities who are obliged to pay zakat), and the trust of muzakki in LAZ on the strength of the intention of muzakki to pay professional zakat through amil (collectors). In addition, this study also attempts to empirically investigate the factors influencing the reputation of LAZ and the trust of muzakki in LAZ. The population of this study is civil servants in Pati District, Central Java, who already have an obligation to pay zakat. The sample of this study is determined by the incidental method and has produced 73 respondents. Data analysis uses the Structural Equation Model with the WarpPLS tool. Research showed empirically that the reputation of LAZ is positively influenced by the transparency and accountability of LAZ. The trust of muzakki in LAZ is influenced by the reputation of LAZ and the religiosity of muzakki. Furthermore, the strength of the intention of muzakki to pay zakat is influenced by the reputation of LAZ, the transparency of LAZ, the religiosity of muzakki, and the trust of muzakki in LAZ. The potential of zakat can be increased by improving LAZ performance (reputation, transparency) and the religiosity of muzakki.==============================================================================================Determinan Intensi Muzakki dalam Membayar Zakat Penghasilan. Penelitian ini secara empiris bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh reputasi, transparansi, akuntabilitas Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ), religiusitas muzakki, dan kepercayaan muzakki pada LAZ terhadap besaran keinginan muzakki untuk membayar zakat penghasilan melalui LAZ. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bermaksud untuk secara empiris melakukan investigasi terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi reputasi LAZ dan kepercayaan muzakki terhadap LAZ. Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai negeri sipil di Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah, yang sudah sampai nishab zakat. Sampel untuk penelitian berjumlah 73 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode insidental sampling. Data lapangan kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Model dengan WarpPLS tool. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa secara empiris reputasi LAZ secara positif dipengaruhi oleh transparansi dan akuntabilitas LAZ itu sendiri. Sedangkan kepercayaan muzakki terhadap LAZ dipengaruhi oleh reputasi LAZ dan religiusitas muzakki. Selanjutnya, besaran keinginan muzakki untuk membayar zakat dipengaruhi oleh reputasi, transparansi LAZ, religiusitas muzakki, dan kepercayaan muzakki terhadap LAZ. Potensi zakat bisa dimaksimalkan dengan meningkatkan kinerja LAZ (reputasi, transparansi), dan religiusitas muzakki.

This study aimed to examine the effect of local revenue, the excess over budget calculations, general allocation fund, special allocation fund, opportunistic behavior of the previous year's budget allocator against opportunistic behavior of the current year’s budgetallocatorand its impact on economic growth in Indonesia. This study used purposive sampling with a population of 4473 with 497 district / cities in Indonesia covering the study period of 2006-2014, consisting of  1375 units eligible data. . The data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in Indonesia, the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK) , and the Regional Financial Information System (SIKD) website. The data analysis used Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) with WARP-PLS. Based on the results of the analysis indicate that the local revenues gave a significantly positive  effect on the opportunistic behavior-budget allocator, the excess over budget calculations created a significantly positive effect on the opportunistic behavior-budget allocator, general allocation fund significantly positively affects  the opportunistic behavior-budget allocator, the special fund allocation significantly gave a  positive effect on the opportunistic behavior-of the budget allocator, opportunistic behavior of the previous year's budget allocator gave a significantly negative effect against the opportunistic behavior of the current budget allocator, and the opportunistic behavior of the current budget allocator gave a significantly positive effect on economic growth. Keywords: Local revenue, the excess over budget calculations, general allocation fund, special allocation funds, opportunistic behavior-budget allocator, economic growth ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah, selisih lebih perhitungan anggaran, dana alokasi umum, dana alokasi khusus, perilaku oportunistik penyusun anggaran tahun sebelumnya terhadap perilaku oportunistik penyusun anggaran dan  dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan  populasi sebanyak 4473 dengan 497 pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Indonesia dengan data periode penelitian tahun 2006 – 2014 yang memenuhi kriteria adalah 1375. This research aims at analyzing (1) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward e-commerce customers’ trust in UBM; (2) the effect of vendor’s ability, benevolence, and integrity variables toward the level of e-commerce customers’ participation in Indonesia; and (3) the effect of trust variable toward level of e-commerce customers participation in UBM. This research makes use of UBM e-commerce users as research samples while using Likert scale questionnaire for data collection. Furthermore, the questionnaires are sent to as many as 200 respondents. For data analysis method, Structural Equation Model was used. Out of three predictor variables (ability, benevolence, and integrity), it is only vendor’s integrity that has a positive and significant effect on customers’ trust. On the other hand, it is only vendor’s integrity and customer’s trust that have a positive and significant effect on e-commerce customers’ participation in UBM. The purpose of this study acclaims the important of Auditory, Visual and Tactile in affecting consumer’s decision makingbehavior of buying, it is also to figure out it’s impact in Aqua. Thus, it is important to study “The Impact Of SensoryBranding’s Elements On Consumer’s Decision Making Behavior Of Buying Aqua With Neuromarketing Approach InJember”. The population in this study are Aqua’s consumers in Jember. Sampling is taken using purposive sampling methodfrom 100 respondents. Instrument analysis in this study is performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) withconfirmatory approach. The result shows that: 1) auditory significantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buyingAqua in Jember, 2) visual significantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buying Aqua in Jember, and 3) tactilesignificantly affects consumer’s decision making behavior of buying Aqua in Jember.
