This study aims to determine the Effect of Financial Supervision, Utilization of IT, Organizational Commitment, and Competency of Human Resources on the Reliability of Financial Reporting for the Regional Government of Jember Regency. The study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, which was carried out by distributing research questionnaires to 100 employees of SKPD financial management in Jember Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of this study are financial supervision, and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the reliability of the financial reporting of the Jember Regency Government. Meanwhile, the use of information technology (IT) and human resource competence has no effect.

Abstract: The main objective of this study is to examine the competence of human resources, external pressures, organizational commitment, and internal control systems in the implementation of financial verification in OPD Rokan Hilir using data analysis methods using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) by using Warp-PLS version 5.0. The populationin this study are all Regional Apparaturs Organization(OPD) kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Sample selection used the slovin method as a measuring tool for calculating sample sizes. Respondent in this study are head of offices, employees in the section/unit that manages finance using the application of financial reporting transparency in 40 OPDs in the goverment kabupaten rokan hilir. So the total number of questionnaires tobe distributed is 120. The results of this study indicate that Human Resource Competency, External Pressure, Organizational Commitment, and Internal Control Systems have a positive effect on the Implementation of Transparency in Regional Government Financial Reporting

This study discussed employee turnover as one of the crucial problems faced by every organization. This study sought to analyze the determinants of turnover intention, such as job insecurity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The objects of this study were newcomer lecturers of private Islamic universities in East Java Province, Indonesia. To analyze the relationship among independent variables and dependent variable; this study employed a correlation path model. To build the structural formulation of the correlation path model, this study used the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study found that job insecurity influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive impacts on the turnover intention. In contrast, job insecurity did not have a direct significant impact on the turnover intention, but it had indirect effect that influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

<p><em>This study aims to examine the influence of personal factors on organizational commitment. Personal factors in this study are interpreted with job choice factor, expectancy, and psychological contract variables. Research respondents were private madrasa teachers in the Central Java Indonesia. Data analysis using structural equation modeling partial least square shows that personal factors have a positive and significant effect on teacher organizational commitment. Job choice factor is the consideration of the applicant the first time someone decides to work as a teacher. Individuals have evaluated salary, the nature of the type of work as an educator, as well as long-term prospects such as the possibility to become permanent teachers of a madrasa / school and the opportunity to get certified. Teachers have expectations regarding financial and non-financial compensation and hope the head of the madrasa or foundation provides reciprocity or appreciation for their sacrifice to the organization. Teachers always expect a positive response from the </em><em> </em><em>head of the madrasa/foundation, as their workload increases. Positive responses from the head of the madrasa/foundation provided their commitment to work and organization will always increase</em><em>, c</em><em>onversely</em><em>.</em><em> </em></p><p> </p>

This study aims to analyze the influence of team work, leadership style and organizational culture on nurse performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research unit is nurses at Type B hospitals in Jakarta. The population is 1362 nurses. Methods of collecting data using surveys. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 523 respondents. Data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square SEM-PLS). The results of the study prove that teamwork has a positive effect on nurse performance. Teamwork does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership style does not affect nurse performance. Leadership style does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of teamwork on nurse performance. Organizational commitment can play a role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of leadership style on nurse performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management behavior of employed women in Bandung. This research uses a quantitative method and a Likert scale for measurement scale.  The sample of this study was 400 respondents who are employed women in Kota Bandung were selected using incidental sampling techniques. The independent variable consists of financial socialization and financial experience, while the dependent variable is financial management behavior. The data analysis technique in this research is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS software. The results of financial socialization on financial management behavior has a tstatistics value of 25.220> ttabel value of 1.96 means that the financial socialization variable has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, then the financial experience on financial management behavior has a tstatistics value of 1.641 < ttabel value of 1.96 means that the financial experience does not have a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior variable.   Keywords: Financial Socialization, Financial Experience, Financial Management Behavior   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui financial management behavior dari Wanita Bekerja di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan skala likert sebagai skala pengukuran. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 responden yang merupakan Wanita Bekerja di Kota Bandung yang dipilih menggunakan teknik incidental sampling. Variabel independen terdiri dari financial socialization dan financial experience, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah financial management behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan financial socialization terhadap financial management behavior memiliki nilai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior dengan tstatistik sebesar 25,220> nilai ttabel sebesar 1.96, kemudian variabel financial experience tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior dengan nilai tstatistik sebesar 1,641< nilai ttabel   sebesar 1.96. Information about the factors that influence turnover intention is needed by managerial in providing strategic steps to overcome the negative effects of high turnover intention. This study aims to analyze the effect of turnover intention on employee performance with organizational commitment as a moderator variable. The sampling method used was the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research data used respondents' perceptions of the variables, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that turnover intention has a negative relation toward employee performance and commitment, although not significant. This condition can occur because of tugging to get high-performing talents in the service industry. This condition is triggered by the increasingly open competition in the world of work so that employees are aware of having to create a positive impression for the company to be left, which will usually be a recommendation to the next destination company. High organizational commitment is an important factor in improving employee performance. High organizational commitment will reduce the desire of employees to leave a company (turnover intention) and reduce the negative influence on employee performance, so that despite high turnover intention, employee performance is remaining high. This happens especially in service companies whose main capital is human resources.

This study aims to explore the relationship between human relations and physical work environment on employee performance. The method used is quantitative with an emphasis on hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 65 employees using the purposive random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study reveal that human relations and physical work environment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also prove that the human relation variable has a dominant effect on improving employee performance. In addition, this study provides insights to organizations in designing appropriate systems to improve employee performance..

Abstract - The development of online trading is based on the ease for businesses to promote their goods and does not require more costs because there is no need for a physical store. The activity of buying and selling goods and / or services through internet media is known as electronic commerce (hereinafter referred to as e-commerce).This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the variable tax socialization, understanding of taxation, awareness of taxpayers, and tax sanctions on the compliance of e-commerce actors in the city of Semarang on the BliBli.com online marketplace platform. The population of this research is e-commerce individual taxpayers in the city of Semarang on the Blibli.com online marketplace platform. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with voluntary sampling method. Samples obtained were 65 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. This study shows that tax socialization has a negative and not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in fulfilling tax obligations. Understanding taxation and awareness of taxpayers has a positive and significant effect and tax sanctions have a positive but not significant effect on the compliance of e-commerce actors in meeting tax obligations.Keywords: E-Commerce Taxpayer Compliance

In this study there are 3 variables used, namely incentives, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. X1 = incentives, X2 = organizational culture, and Y = organizational commitment. Incentives in the form of rewards, awards or benefits provided to employees for their hard work given to the company, so that indirectly foster their loyalty to the company. While organizational culture is a belief in the values that are embraced, and trusted, which values are the guidelines for every employee of the organization in carrying out organizational activities. And for organizational commitment is where employees in this organization want to remain part of the organization's members and want to do anything to remain in the organization. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives and culture on organizational commitment. The data used in this study are primary data. and this research data is processed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). The choice of using PLS-SEM is because the sample used in the study was relatively small, namely 26 people. Which is because the population used in this study is small. The population consists of employees of PT. Rizky Indah Makmur. From the results of this study, the fact is that there is a positive influence between the incentives and organizational culture on organizational commitment.Pada penelitian ini terdapat 3 variabel yang digunakan yaitu insentif, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi. X1= insentif, X2= budaya organsisi, dan Y= komitmen organisasi. Insentif adalah berupa imbalan, penghargaan atau tunjangan yang diberikan kepada karyawan atas kerja keras mereka yang mereka berikan kepada perusahaan, agar mereka secara tidak langsung menumbuhkan loyalitas mereka kepada karyawan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi adalah kepercayaan yang dianut akan nilai-nilai yang dipercayai, yang mana nilainilai tersebut sebagai pedoman setiap karyawan organisasi dalam menjalankan kegiatan organisasi. Dan untuk komitmen organisasi adalah situasi dimana karyawan pada organisasi tersebut ingin tetap menjadi bagian dari anggota organisasi tersebut dan ingin melakukan apa pun agar tetap berada di dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data yang bersifat data primer. Yang mana data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling). Pemilihan penggunaan PLS-SEM dikarenakan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian relatif kecil, yaitu 26 orang. Yang mana hal tersebut disebabkan karena populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kecil. Populasi tersebut terdiri dari karyawan-karyawan PT. Rizky Indah Makmur Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara indentif dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Senior High School (SMA) institution is an educational institution that is required to bring out graduates so they can join public universities (PTN) and become prime human resources. So school educational institutions need human resources such as school principals and teachers as organizational wheels to drive activities. To achieve these goals, the school is required to pay attention to the work commitment of the teachers by paying attention to career development variables and job satisfaction, this is based on career development that runs in an organization that can increase their commitment to the organization in achieving organizational goals because the teachers have job satisfaction with the existing job promotion system so as to improve work quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in a highschool in Jakarta teachers. Researchers distributed questionnaires to all teachers who teach at a highschool in Jakarta, totaling 55 respondents to be the sample for the entire study. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), through the Partial Least Square approach. The results of this study show that career development affects organizational commitment to teachers of a highschool in Jakarta and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment of a highschool in Jakarta teachers. Lembaga institusi Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang dituntut untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul agar dapat masuk PTN dan menjadi sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Oleh karena itu, institusi lembaga pendidikan sekolah memerlukan sumber daya manusia sebagai penggerak roda kegiatan seperti kepala sekolah dan guru dalam roda organisasi. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut pihak sekolah dituntut untuk memperhatikan komitmen kerja bapak/ibu guru dengan memperhatikan variabel pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja. Hal tersebut didasarkan atas pengembangan karir yang berjalan dalam sebuah organisasi dapat meningkatkan komitmen mereka terhadap organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi karena karyawan bapak/ibu guru memiliki kepuasan kerja dengan adanya sistem promosi jabatan yang ada sehingga meningkatkan kualitas kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada Guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh bapak/ibu guru yang mengajar di sebuah SMA di Jakarta yang berjumlah 55 responden. Metode analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), melalui pendekatan Partial Least Square, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru di sebuah SMA di Jakarta.
