Abstract Background In recent years, extensive studies have been designed and performed in the context of providing midwifery care in developed countries, which has been unfortunately neglected in some low resources and upper middle-income countries such as Iran. This study was conducted to identify the best strategies for improving the quality of midwifery care and developing midwife-centered care in Iran. Methods This was a qualitative study using focus group discussion and content analysis method. Data were collected from 121 participants including midwifery board members, gynecologists, heads of midwifery departments, midwifery students, in charge midwives in hospitals, and midwives in the private sector. Focused-group discussions were used for data collection, and data were analyzed using content analysis method. Results The main themes extracted from the participants’ statements regarding improving the quality of midwifery care were as follows: Promotion and development of education, Manpower management, Rules, and regulations and standards for midwifery services, and Policy making. Conclusion This study showed that to improve midwifery care, health policy makers should take into account both the quality and quantity of midwifery education, and promote midwifery human resources through employment. Furthermore, insurance support, encouragement, supporting and motivating midwives, enhancing and improving the facilities, providing hospitals and maternity wards with cutting-edge equipment, promoting and reinforcing the position of midwives in the family doctor program, and using a referral system were the strategies proposed by participants for improving midwifery care. Finally, establishing an efficient and powerful monitoring system to control the practice of gynecologists and midwives, promoting the collaborative practice of midwives and gynecologists, and encouraging team-work with respect to midwifery care were other strategies to improve the midwifery services in Iran. Authorities and policymakers may set the stage for developing high quality and affordable midwifery care by relying on the strategies presented in this study.

A proposal was formulated at the University of Chemical Technology (UCT) Prague in 2016 to implement the project approach in teaching technology subjects. A grant was awarded for an Operational Program Research Development and Education project called "Education Improvement – UCT Prague Priority" from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic. The project's main goals were that UCT graduates would understand the application of chemistry in practice simultaneously in the context of the given field of study, as well as the law, economy, safety and environmental impact, realize the importance of viability and profitability of technical projects, learn about usable methods applied in the implementation of technical projects, and get acquainted with the principles of creation of teams and team work. A team of teachers and outside consultants from practice have been created. Using the Internet and personal contacts, experience with the use of project approach in teaching at the Czech universities has been gathered. Experience from the project approach in teaching at UCT Prague has been summed up. Basic 12 modules of real-life technical projects have been defined and described in a Methodical Handbook which also includes a number of tools for students. A new subject has been created on the use of scheduling software. A total of 8 technology subjects have been selected for piloting of the project in 2018–2021, employing the created tools. The experience with teaching the pilot subjects was used in the lifelong education of the university teachers. The results will also be used for the teaching other technology subjects at UCT Prague. It can be expected that the project will contribute to a better employability of fresh graduates, their faster adaptation to the requirements of practice, a faster career growth, and that it will improve the feedback from graduates to the teaching staff and their activities at UCT Prague.

The purpose of this study was to determinate location of MBKM internship based on clusterring student's skills with K-Means. This is important to detect some of student’s skills which will become the output of the university that must be recorded early so that they were truly ready to compete. To analyze the skills of some students, the Mathematics Education study program at the University of Argopuro Jember conducted a survey of additional skills outside of lectures. This survey is carried out regularly every year as material for reporting on the development of students' skills and qualities. Thus the skills possessed by students can be monitored and evaluated whether in the future special skills were needed that must be given to students. The skills of students who become points in the survey include: 1)Foreign language skills, 2)IT Skills, 3)Public Speaking and Management Skills, 4)Analitical and Graphic Design Skills, 5)Microteaching Skills. We clustering 67 respondent, it is our student at Universitas Argopuro Jember in fiveth. Cause of outlier in 7 respondent, we just make clustering with K-means with 60 respondent. Based on K-Means clusterring we have 3 cluster .It shows that cluster 1 has 32 respondents, cluster 2 has 21 respondents and cluster 3 has 7 respondents. Abd also on the result and discussion, we knew that cluster 1 with 32 respondent has more skills, it were foreign language, public speaking skills and microteaching skills. So the internship locations that match these skills clusters such as LBB then Publication Offices such as Radio, Jawapos, etc. For second conclusion, we knew that  cluster 2 with 21 respondent have more skills except for microteaching skills. Appropriate internship places for these students are in administrative offices, local government offices, etc.And for third conclusion, that  cluster 3 with 7 respondent have more skills too except public speaking but they have a middle skills in microteaching. The office or internship location where we can suggest is Dinas Parawisata, Perbankan that needs good communication and good team work, etc

The Regulation of the Minister of Health of Indonesia Number 44 of 2016 provides guidelines for puskesmas so that they can apply the puskesmas management pattern properly and correctly. The initial data obtained by the Pegasing Health Center has not fully implemented the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 of 2016 concerning management guidelines. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of the Minister of Health Regulation Number 44 of 2016 concerning Public Health Center management at Pegasing Public Health Center, Central Aceh Regency. The research design used qualitative methods. The informant was the head of the puskesmas, the head of administration, the head of the admin, the head of the UKP, and the head of the UKM. The data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that planning, mobilization and implementation, monitoring control and performance appraisal were not carried out according to the Minister of Health No. 44 of 2016, the commitment was there but not all staff knew, the management team had not been formed, there was still a lack of staff awareness regarding the Minister of Health No. 44 of 2016. The conclusion of this study is that the Minister of Health Regulation No. 44 of 2016 does not work, organizational commitment has not been socialized, there is no management team formation, lack of concern, lack of solid team work. lack of staff knowledge and employee responsibilities.

Hypodontia can have an impact on speech, aesthetics, function and psycho-social behavior of individuals afflicted by the problem. Rehabilitation of patients with hypodontia usually requires complex treatment planning, depending upon the pattern of tooth absence, amount of residual spacing, presence of malocclusion and patient compliance. It is an interdisciplinary intervention, involving prosthodontists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, speech pathologists and psychologists to achieve an optimal outcome for the patient. This case report describes the close work of a committed team from orthodontic, oral surgery and prosthodontic department of de'Montmorency College of Dentistry, Lahore, to reach final aesthetic and functional outcomes for an 18 year old girl with oligodontia. Her chief complaint was poor esthetics and absence of multiple anterior teeth with unsightly spacing between remaining teeth. Orthodontic redistribution of spaces followed by fixed full arch prosthetic rehabilitation were the goals achieved at the end of her treatment. The article presents the results of the theoretical analysis of such phenomena as “socio-cultural practices”, “enrichment program”. The research determines their role in students’ personal development. The contemporary social position of a student calls for a new pedagogical approach, and therefore requires innovative or retro-innovative approaches. The author develops a socio-cultural practice of the youth enrichment program merging the ball and the role-play. Thus, the research aim is to develop an organization model of socio-cultural practices of youth enrichment programs (as exemplified by a ball) in order to enable students’ personal development. The study reveals characteristic pedagogical features of the socio-cultural practices of youth enrichment programs. Using the example of a student ball, the article shows how through the study of the history of dance and etiquette, students immerse themselves in the cultural environment, which will contribute to the development of patriotism, diligence and curiosity. Team work on concert acts contributes to the formation and strengthening of student partnership. Discussions about the nature of politeness promote kindness, empathy, honesty, and courtesy in student relationships. Students also develop non-standard thinking. Working together in the youth enrichment program, students learn to be hard-working and creative. Part of the enriching experience of this socio-cultural practice is secured in the non-standard situation that goes beyond students’ usual everyday life. The practical application of the research results makes it possible to use the proposed model to develop socio-cultural practices of youth enrichment programs aimed at students’ personal development.

The article is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and foreign countries. On this occasion, cultural and scientific events took place during 2017-2021. Contacts between figures of science and culture of Ukraine and others were promoted with these events. And another profit from them is the study of various issues increasing knowledge about the history of Ukrainian diplomacy. One of the elements of this process was the symbolic marking with memorial plaques in other countries, which make Ukraine’s historical diplomatic ties with them. Team work aimed to study the symbolic marks of Ukrainian diplomacy has contributed to the accumulation of a lot of important information. That’s why the idea appeared to build the encyclopedic work – Places of Memory of Ukrainian Diplomacy (currently being compiled). This article describes the significance of this encyclopedic dictionary in the context of covering the history of Ukrainian diplomacy, in particular showing the formation of close diplomatic relations with other states, which took place during the turbulent period of 1917-1921.

Abstract The MicroSeismic (MS) events, also referred to as tremors or induced seismicity, can be triggered by reservoir depletion and compaction as a result of hydrocarbon production with time. In order to measure and locate the MS events in the Field A; Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) installed many downhole geophones and accelerometers across the field since 2011. The monitoring network allows subsurface teams to understand magnitude, location and depth of the events. Till the end of 2019 a total of 5,597 MS events were recorded and analysed. In 2020 a new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) was established moving away from a partly manual data information system to an automated real-time data system named PetroAlert (this is ESG invention). The SOP also defines a clear step-by-step action plan and line-of-sight using a color code system (Traffic Light System). The key challenges that needed to be overcome were: 1) problem breakdown, goals and root causes and 2) data integration and IT infrastructure. The first challenge was overcome by utilizing Lean and organizing a KAIZEN event to ensure objectives were clear to all involved team members. The second challenge was solved in consultation with our external event processing contractor the Engineering Seismology Group (ESG) and the PDO geophysics teams (Exploration Directorate). PDO behaviors: –Speed: the new automated alert system is much Leaner and efficient compared to the previous manual system saving 100s of man hours per year. The line-of-sight captured in the SOP makes it clear for the team how to respond and who to inform in case of significant MicroSeismic events.–Leadership: the Gas Team has lead the change with other compaction team members. In principle all information was available but needed to be combined into a simple alert system with appropriate data filtering.–Team work: without teamwork inside PDO with the Lean team, the specialist geophysicist and our external contractor ESG we would not have succeeded. Several Lean sessions (KAIZEN, Gemba, and huddles) were organised to ensure all team members were well informed on the progress and deadlines for the project. The digital transformation in MicroSeismic monitoring in Field A protects 200+ staff in the field and multiple hundreds BOE production in both Natih and Shuaiba Reservoirs. This work can be replicated for other fields in PDO impacted by compaction (Field B and Field C) to increase the success even further. Also it can be replicated worldwide.

Nursing training is a combination of both theoretical and practical learning experiences that enable nursing students to acquire the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor components for providing nursing care. World Health Day, an annual event organized by WHO, stated that this year is focused on supporting nurses and midwives, many of whom are serving on the frontlines of the COVID-19 response. Globally, COVID-19 has huge impact on academic delivery and adds a further degree of complexity to nursing education due to temporary lock down because most countries have suspended face-to-face teaching/physical class room teaching. Thus, they had to find new alternatives to academic delivery, and virtual classes/on-line mode were the ways forward. In present search, it has attempted to explore the impact of covid-19, challenges and opportunities in nursing education which influences the different aspects of academic activity. It has accelerate the academic delivery by using variety of online platforms and learning management system such as Google class room, Google meet, Google hangout, Zoom meetings, Microsoft team, Cisco webex meeting, go to webinar, you tube streaming, Google duo, college website, social media platforms such as face book groups, whatsApp, telegram etc. Covid-19 has provided a lot challenges and opportunities to learner, educator, university, organization, and evaluation system and research activities. The lesson learned from covid-19 is converting those challenges into opportunities by learning and adopting with advanced technology in teaching-learning; blended learning; team work; promoting for trans/ inter/ multidisciplinary collaborative education; integrating innovative method of teaching, sharing and facilitating right kind of information, are enhancing ways of quality of education during crisis (lock down) situation and further new-normal situation.
