Students and Students are a place for students' aspirations to express their creativity. OSIS is formed based on the decision of the principal of the school which has a management body. Students who are involved in the OSIS management body must pass several criteria and requirements, including having communication skills and having a leadership spirit. Communication has a strong influence in shaping a person's attitude and leadership style in an organization. Students must be given briefings on attitudes and leadership styles so that they can direct, control their members and be responsible so that all parts of the work are coordinated in order to achieve company or organizational goals. One of the requirements to become an OSIS administrator is sitting at Ananda High School in Batam City, where the psychological condition of students is still unstable to lead. So that there are some conflicts that arise such as misunderstanding between members, task structure factors and organizational structures, for example, the unequal desire between the treasurer and chairman, personal factors, namely individuals must make decisions concerning themselves and the organization, environmental factors such as the absence of support from the environment or certain parties, differences of opinion, incomplete gatherings, many administrators who leave, there is leisure between members, poor time management and declining performance.

Know the effect of the consumer behavior of online shop, Easy Shopping Indonesia on the consumers’ buying decision. The quantitative approach, descriptive and verified design are used. As much as 100 consumers of Essay Shopping in Bandung are selected as respondents using a purposive method. The instrument of data collection is questionnaire. The data analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS SEM). The research results show that the consumer behavior of Easy Shopping online shop affects the consumer buying decision significantly.  The biggest effect of the consumer behavior dimension on the buying decision variable is a personal factor; the second one is a psychological factor; the third one is a social factor and the fourth one is a cultural factor. The biggest effect of the consumer behavior variable is on the dimension of payment method; then the second one is distribution selection; the third one is on brand selection; the fourth one is on buying time and the last one is on product selection. Those findings are the antecedents of the online buying decision which finally affect the changes of the buying decision from the conventional buying process into the online one. The intensity and severe impact of carbon emissions on the environment has been witnessed globally. This study aims to unravel how environmental factors, personal factors, and entrepreneur outcome expectations affect entrepreneur low-carbon emission behavior (LCB) through the lens of social cognitive theory (SCT). To achieve the aims of this study, we gathered data from 1015 entrepreneurs and small, medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Jiangsu province of China to analyze the predictors of entrepreneur low-carbon behavior. The proposed relationships were tested using the partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) technique. The findings from the study indicate that environmental factors (i.e., climate change (CC), public media (PM), and corporate social responsibility (CSR) have a significant and positive relationship with entrepreneur LCB. Moreover, entrepreneur green production self-efficacy (GPS) is positively associated with entrepreneur LCB. The findings further revealed that entrepreneur personal concepts such as entrepreneur self-monitoring (SM), entrepreneur self-esteem (SE), and entrepreneur self-Preference (SP) significantly and completely affect entrepreneur GPS. Likewise, entrepreneur moral reflectiveness (EMR) substantially moderates the relationship between entrepreneur green production outcome expectation and LCB. This study concludes with recommendations for researchers interested in enhancing knowledge in this field. In summation, this study shows that a behavioral science viewpoint is critical for improving knowledge of low-carbon environment, CC drivers, mitigation strategies, and sustainable transition to our complex environment.

BACKGROUND Mobile Health (mHealth) tools have emerged as a promising healthcare technology that may contribute to cost savings, better access to care, and enhanced clinical outcomes; however, it is important to ensure their acceptance and adoption in order to harness this potential. Patient adoption has been recognized as key challenges that require further exploration. OBJECTIVE The aim of this review was to systematically investigate the literature to understand the factors impacting patients’ adoption of mHealth tools, by considering socio-technical factors (from technical, social and health perspectives). METHODS A structured search was completed following the participants, intervention, comparators, and outcomes (PICO framework. MEDLINE PubMed, the Cochrane Library, and SAGE database were searched for the studies published between January 2011 and July 2021 in the English language, yielding 5873 results, of which 147 studies met the inclusion criteria. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis guidelines (PRISMA) and the Cochrane handbook were followed to ensure a systematic process. RESULTS The technical factors impacting patients’ adoption of mHealth tools were categorized into 6 key themes: usefulness, ease of use, data related, monetary factors, technical issues, and user experience; which were divided into 20 sub-themes. Health related factors were categorized into 6 key themes: the disease or health condition, the care team’s role, health consciousness and literacy, health behavior, relation to other therapies, integration into patient journey, and the patients’ insurance status. Social and personal factors were split into 3 key clusters: moderating factors, personal characteristics, and social and cultural aspects; these were divided into 19 subthemes, highlighting the importance of considering these factors when addressing potential barriers to mHealth adoption and how to overcome them. CONCLUSIONS This review builds on the growing body of research that investigates patients’ adoption of mHealth services, and highlights the complexity of the factors impacting adoption, including personal, social, technical, organizational and healthcare aspects. We recommend a more patient-centered approach, by ensuring the tools’ fit into the overall patient journey and treatment plan, emphasizing inclusive design, warranting comprehensive patient education and support, empowering and mobilizing clinicians and care teams, addressing ethical data management issues, and focusing on healthcare policies that may facilitate adoption. This paper aims to elaborate stock investment decision and to examine the impact of five influential factors as independent variables and the influence of years of investment as mediating variable. This paper is based on empirical study which involved 286 individual investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange using data from Riri et.al (2020). Structural equation modelling approach was used for estimating relationship between influential factors (e.g., personal financial needs, overconfidence, advocate recommendation, social relevance, and self or firm image) on stock investment decisions. The result found that decision on stock investment is determined by social relevance, overconfidence, personal financial need, and advocate recommendation significantly and positively. Years of Investment has played moderating role on relationship between for advocate recommendation and personal with stock investment decisions. Years of Investment is moderating variable to become a novelty this paper.

Purpose: The article analyses the influence of personal and contextual variables on entrepreneurial intentions of students from Poland. The article presents a structural model that has been developed from a set of student perceptions. Chosen variables included in the model allows explaining and managing the formation of the intention in the context of higher education. This study provides answers to the following questions: What role and which personal variables do play importance in the formation of entrepreneurship intention in the case of young people? Which and how contextual variables are important to enhance personal variables for entrepreneurial intentions? Methodology: The research was carried out by using critical literature analysis as well as statistical research. In carrying out this work, a causal quantitative methodology (structural equation modeling) was applied using the Amos program. Factor analysis has also been used in a descriptive methodological context. The empirical research was conducted in first quarter of 2020. Findings: Research conducted on a sample of over 330 Polish students has shown that not all personal factors are statistically significant in assessing the entrepreneurial intentions of young people. As the results show, subjective norms do not play a significant role in the intention to take up self-employment. External (contextual) factors related to the broadly understood environment supporting the future entrepreneur play an important role, but much less clear than the factors at the individual level and generally indirectly influence entrepreneurial intentions, strengthening the entrepreneur's personal factors. Practical Implications: The results suppose a theoretical and practical contribution to the promotion of entrepreneur intentions of university students inside and outside the educational context. Entrepreneurship promotion programmes run by universities must focus on developing the attitude of the potential entrepreneurs, conveying the message that, despite all the obstacles that exist when launching a business, the entrepreneurship route can be an interesting alternative. Originality/Value: In the study, the personal and contextual factors influencing the entrepreneurial intentions of students were taken into account. The causal model generated on a sample of 332 Polish respondents shows the importance of individual factors on entrepreneurial intentions and the impact of contextual constructs on personal factors. Contextual variables (i.e. education, public policy, supporting entrepreneurial environments) were found to have a positive impact on personal variables as well as entrepreneurial intentions.

Place of living is one of the most important socio-demographic factors which characterizes the lives of older people. The importance of with whom and under what conditions older adults live to a large extent determines their health and standard of living. The goal of the study was to find the relationship between the place of residence and housing condition of older adults in Poland and their sense of coherence and health problems. The 29-item Antonovsky SOC questionnaire was used. In the research 303 people (76% women and 24% men) aged 60–89 were evaluated: 158 lived in their own houses/flats, while 145 resided in Daily Homes of Social Assistance (DPS). The overall result for the sense of coherence was 129.65 for older adults living in their own homes and 126.48 for these living in DPS. Statistical dependence between the place of residence and sense of manageability and meaningfulness was found. There is no dependence between gender and the overall score, nor the three components of the sense of coherence. Statistical dependence was determined in the criterion of age. A higher level of meaningfulness was observed in people aged 60–74. Taking into account the place of residents, 52% of the respondents living in their own houses/flats experience loneliness and among the people living in Daily Homes of Social Assistance, 46% experience loneliness. The type of place of residence is one of the most important personal factors affecting the sense of coherence, chronic health problems, and sense of loneliness. The last factor, especially, can adversely affect community sustainability and undermine social cohesion.

<p class="AfiliasiCxSpFirst" align="left"><strong>Abstrak:</strong></p><p class="AfiliasiCxSpMiddle">Pembelajaran matematika jarak jauh berbasis teknologi dapat memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif baik pada siswa maupun guru. Faktor yang memberikan dampak negatif disebabkan oleh pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang tidak memperhatikan <em>personal factor</em> dan <em>personal behavior</em> baik siswa maupun guru. Faktor lainnya adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang tidak menghadirkan pembelajaran yang dekat dengan kehidupan, tradisi dan budaya sekitar siswa, sehingga siswa merasa asing dengan konten masalah dan pembelajaran yang didesain berbasis teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji secara kritis terkait dampak positif dan dampak negatif yang ditinjau dari <em>personal factor </em>dan <em>personal behavior</em> pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika jarak jauh berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji apakah konteks <em>ethnomathematics</em> dapat diintegrasikan pada model <em>flipped classroom</em> dan direkomendasikan dalam pembelajaran matematika di era <em>New Normal.</em> Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis investigasi literatur <em>review</em> dengan 5 tahapan, yaitu(1) menyusun pertanyaan <em>review</em>, (2) pengumpulan data literatur, (3) penilaian kritis pada data literatur, (4) ekstraksi data: sintesis dan tematik analisis, dan (5) presentasi temuan dan diskusi. Hasil penelitian memberikan kajian analisis terkait pentingnya <em>personal factor</em> dan <em>personal behavior</em> dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika jarak jauh berbasis teknologi. Hasil penelitian juga memberikan rekomendasi terkait integrasi <em>ethomathematics</em> yang dilaksanakan dalam model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, salah satunya adalah <em>flipped-classroom model</em>. Model <em>ethno-flipped classroom</em> direkomendasikam sebagai model pembelajaran matematika berbasis campuran yang menggunakan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, namun juga tetap menghadirkan pembelajaran matematika bermakna melalui integrasi budaya menggunakan konteks <em>ethnomathematics</em>. Factors contributing to negative impact are caused by the implementation of learning that does not pay attention to personal factors and personal behavior of both students and teachers. Other factors are such as the implementation of learning that does not relate to students' life, traditions, and culture in that the problem discussed in the content and the learning designed based on technology are unfamiliar to students. This study aims to critically examine the positive and negative impacts of technology-based distance learning in Mathematics in terms of personal factors and personal behavior. This study also examines whether the ethnomathematics context can be integrated into the flipped classroom model and can be recommended in teaching mathematics in the New Normal era. This is a qualitative study with literature review investigation that has 5 stages, namely (1) compiling review questions, (2) collecting literature data, (3) critical assessment of literature data, (4) data extraction: synthesis and thematic analysis, and (5) presentation of findings and discussion. The results of the study provide an analytical study related to the importance of personal factors and personal behavior in implementing technology-based distance learning in Mathematics. The results also provide recommendations regarding the integration of ethnomathematics in technology-based learning models, including the flipped-classroom model. The ethno-flipped classroom model is recommended as a mixed-based mathematics learning model that uses technology in the learning process but also provides meaningful mathematics learning through cultural integration using ethnomathematics context. Since 2019, the world has been experiencing a pandemic period due to the COVID-19 virus, which has brought the need for organizations in general, healthcare organizations and their professionals in particular, to focus on innovation as a way to fight an utterly unknown virus. Thus, this study aims to understand how nurses and their personal factors (stress, anxiety, work engagement, organizational support) impact their innovative behaviour and innovation outputs, contributing to innovation in the current pandemic period through changes in thoughts, values, behaviours and relationships among healthcare professionals and their organizations. For this purpose, the Job Demands-Resources model was used as a reference, and the measurement instrument was applied to 738 nurses working in healthcare units in Portugal. Therefore, it was found that the nurses’ personal factors have a positive effect on the nurses’ innovative behaviour and innovation outputs, with the innovative behaviour having the most significant impact on innovation outputs, which will benefit healthcare organizations and the healthcare provided to patients during the pandemic, through innovative behaviours and products. It is also possible to understand how the available resources and the demands imposed on nurses interfere with their innovative behaviour (Job Demands-Resources model).
