<p>Total Quality Management is not the only tool to be able to advance a company to be better. Innovation is a way that can also be used as a tool to develop a company to be more developed and more innovative to improve the quality of company performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management and Innovation Capability on Performance Quality on pottery craftsmen in Kasongan Bantul, Yogyakarta. More competitors are entering the craft world, so the craftsmen are required to have a strategy to keep maintaining Kasongan Pottery. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data was collected from questionnaires distributed to 135 craftsmen in Kasongan Pottery Crafts. The variables of this study were measured using statement items/questions with a 1-5 Likert Scale, starting from 1 = strongly disagree to 5 = strongly agree. The data analysis method in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS) to test the hypothesis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that Total Quality Management has a positive and significant influence on Innovation Capability. Total Quality Management and Innovation Capability has a positive and significant impact on Quality Performance</p><p><br />Keywords: Total Quality Management, Innovation Capability, Quality Performance</p>

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan moderat kualitas kinerja efek. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari perusahaan perbankan yang berlokasi di Indonesia. Dari 56 kuesioner yang dibagikan, jumlah kuesioner kembali adalah 39 kuesioner (69,64%). Data diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program software Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel penelitian adalah midlle dan manajer yang lebih rendah. Sumber data diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan, khususnya dengan membagikan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Pelaksanaan TQM berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kualitas (2) efek positif kinerja Kualitas kinerja keuangan (3) TQM berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja keuangan (4) kinerja Kualitas menengahi TQM terhadap kinerja keuanganThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence implementation Total Quality Management (TQM) on financial performance with moderating effect quality performance. This study aims to prove the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) and organizational commitment in supporting the achievement of company operational performance. The population was all Convection SMEs in the city of Banda Aceh, consisted of 294 Convection SMEs. The sample was selected using a proportional sampling technique where sampling considers elements or categories in the study population. The sample taken was 15% of the population. One respondent represented one unit of SMEs, so the sample has amounted to 169 respondents. Data was collected using questionnaires. The model was analyzed with the Structural Equation Model Analysis. The result showed an influence between TQM on Organizational Commitment, TQM on Company Operational Performance, and Organizational Commitment on Company Operational Performance. This study also found that organizational commitment can act as a partial mediator to strengthen the effect of TQM on Company operational performance. The interesting issue in this study lies in the discussion of the organizational commitment to solving the inconsistency problems in the quality of convection production in SMEs. Furthermore, the other researchers can provide more concepts and variables to enrich this research model, like other mediators for TQM to achieve performance or even the commitment that can strengthen the TQM and performance. The model also can be a reference for practitioners to set their strategy in further, to go more productive.

Data-driven decision making is needed in uncertain situations. Total quality management is the source of quality management activities and customer satisfaction. This study is related to the investigation into the application of total quality management based on big data management on the public sector in Korea. We developed a research model for total quality management, and investigated the role of moderating big data management between total quality management leadership and quality management. Moreover, this study has examined the relationships between the practices of the total quality management and using big data, including customer needs and wants. The research model is developed and tested to fit it is with the SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis using data 250 samples in Korea’s public sector. The survey was conducted between 1 August and 30 August 2019. The results are as follow: Total quality leadership has significantly impacted total quality management. Customer satisfaction was found to be significantly affected by total quality management activities. In addition, the level of big data management has the moderation effect between total quality leadership and total quality management in Korea public sectors. It is necessary to systematically manage data management in a situation where the demand for improvement of public service is gradually increasing online in public sector.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influences of TQM implementation on employees’ productivity in crumb rubber industry (case study conducted in the XYZ firm), and analyze the predominant factors affecting employees’ productivity in order to establish the success of TQM implementation. Design/methodology/approach Data used in the research was primary data obtained from interview and questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from the study of literatures, internet, and company’s documents. The number of respondents in this research was 191. The analysis was done through structural equation modeling (SEM) using the smart partial least square software. Findings The findings of this study showed that TQM implementation had positive influences on employees’ productivity in XYZ. Tool is the most predominant factor in order to achieve a successful TQM implementation in XYZ. Therefore, the XYZ company will need to work on improving the development and management of the tool which has been available to sustain the effectiveness of TQM practices. Research limitations/implications Using a large sample size in the SEM method could improve the results. The implications of this study can be demonstrated through how top managers in this rubber company can improve their employees’ productivity through total quality management practices. Practical implications This research is useful for manufacturing companies in Indonesia, especially in the crumb rubber industry. Originality/value This research used the variable based on the empirical research. TQM was measured using six indicators: human resources, standard, tools, organization, internal audit, and training and education. On the other hand, the work productivity of employees is measured by four indicators: work willingness, work ability, work environment, and work relations.

This study aims to determine the role of Organizational Culture based on Tri Hita Karana in the effort to realize Organizational Performance by taking into account other factors such as Human Resource Management, Total Quality Management, and Employee Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is a structural equation model (SEM) based on variance or Component based SEM, known as Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 3.2.7. The number of samples used was 48 people with t-table values for significance levels α = 0.05 and degree of freedom (df) = 46 is 2.58. The results show that there are two relationships that show significant results, namely the role of Organizational Culture based on Tri Hita Karana on Employee Performance has a value of 17.353 with t-statistics > t-table (17.353 > 2.58). And the same results are also shown in the relationship between Total Quality Management and Organizational Performance with a value of 8.232 > 2.58. Different results are shown in 4 other relationships, namely the influence of the organization's culture on organizational performance, the influence of HRM on organizational performance, the influence of HRM on employee performance, and the influence of total quality management on employee performance with t-statistics < t- table (0.220 < 2.58), (0.544 < 2.58), (0.866 < 2.58), and (0.553 < 2.58). From the results of this study it can be seen that there are still several factors that have not been able to provide a significant value on organizational performance in the PDAM Buleleng.

The purpose of the research is to examine the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM)  implementation on  Service Quality, the effect of Service Quality on Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty in banking industry. The other objective of the research also to examine the effect of Customer Engagement on Customer Loyalty. This research was conducted in East Java Province which involved 209 State Owned Enterprises (SOE) bank customer’s as respondents. All variables are measured by Likert scale from bank customer perspectives. By Partial Least Square SEM analysis, the research found that TQM practices has positive  effect on Service Quality, Service Quality has positive effect on Customer Engagement and Customer Loyalty and Customer engagement has positive effect on Customer Loyalty. The implication of this research is that SOE banks should implement TQM well so that it has a positive impact on service quality.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a method of organizational improvement that is quite widely used in the world. Unfortunately, there are still many failures in its implementation, especially in Indonesia, for many reasons. The aim of this study was to determine the readiness of organizations and individuals in implementing TQM and its influence on the quality performance in Indonesia's manufacturing industries. The sample of this research consisted of 48 employees from about 20 privately owned companies at Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) areas, Indonesia. The data were collected through interviews and questionnaires, followed by statistical analysis with Structural Equation Modelling using Partial least squares (PLS) method. The results of this study indicated that, within the sector, the individual and organizational readiness in implementing TQM, as well as their quality performance, was found to be at a good level. Furthermore, the level of individual and organizational readiness in implementing TQM showed a significant effect on the quality performance, with the significance levels of 84% and more than 99%, respectively. Accordingly, 43% variation on quality performance was influenced by the individual and organizational readiness in implementing TQM, and the rest (57%) was influenced by other factors.

Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis hubungan dari praktik manajemen mutu terpadu (total quality management) dengan formalisasi, desentralisasi, kualitas produk, dan kinerja organisasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian survei. Sampel, direkrut melalui populasi sampling, terdiri dari 162 empat atau lebih bagian roda perusahaan otomotif memproduksi dan peralatan di Indonesia. Hanya 31 tanggapan yang dikembalikan dan dinyatakan layak untuk kemudian dianalisis dengan model partial least square untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel secara bersamaan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Formalisasi berpengaruh terhadap Praktik TQM, 2. Desentralisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Praktik TQM, 3. Praktik TQM mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kualitas Produk, 4. Kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, 5. Praktik TQM berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik TQM terbukti sebagai pendekatan yang kuat bagi organisasi yang menginginkan untuk mencapai kualitas produk tinggi dan kinerja yang sangat baik. Hasil temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa industri perlengkapan dan komponen otomotif roda empat atau lebih di Indonesia masih memiliki pengetahuan teknologi yang relatif rendah, dan cenderung memiliki struktur terpusat (sentralisasi).
