ABSTRACT   The research aims to analyze the level of production efficiency from technical, allocative and economic aspects. The research used a survey method which is located in Rumbai district, Pekanbaru City. The research used cross-section data which were obtained by personal interviews. Samples were selected using a simple random sampling method with a total of 40 broiler chicken breeders. Data Analysis used the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique. The result showed that broiler chicken breeders were technically efficient as much as 40 percent, and 12.5 percent were allocative and economically efficient. In general, broiler chicken breeders were not technically, allocative and economically efficient. The inefficiency of broiler chicken breeders is caused by the in-optimal of using production factors of broiler chicken breeders.

This study discuses Short-term cost interpretation, regression analysis with time-series data, long term cost interpretation, Regression analysis using cross-section data, cost forecasting and Changes in the productivity of production factors. Short-term cost interpretation lead to short-term decisions, the concept of incramental costs has a very important role which includes variable costs and changes in fixed costs.  Long term cost interpretation to analyze the production function of several different firms, long-run cost estimates can be used. Based on these conditions, the estimation of long-term costs uses cross-section data. Forecasting costs for various levels of output in the coming period requires an assessment of changes in the efficiency of the production process physically, plus changes in the prices of production factors used in the production process.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence production and analyze the efficiency of allocation of the use of production factors on tomato farming conducted in Kapontori District, Buton Regency. Data collection was conducted in January-April 2019 with the survey method. A total of 67 tomato farmers were selected as samples using the simple random sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple nonlinear regression with Cobb-Douglas production function followed by calculation of price efficiency. The results showed that the area of land, seeds, and fertilizers were factors of production which had a significant effect on tomato production. Tomato farming is on an increasing return to scale scale where increasing use of factors in the production of land, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labor simultaneously leads to a greater increase in tomato production. Production factor allocation efficiency analysis shows that the use of production factors in land area is not efficient so it needs to be added, the use of seed production factors is not efficient so it needs to be added, and the use of fertilizer production factors is inefficient so it needs to be reduced. Keywords: efficiency; production factors; tomatoes

<p>This research was conducted in Jakarta which aims to see the extent to which the consequences that will be caused by job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance. The design of this research is to use a survey method by collecting cross-section data through a questionnaire. The number of respondents used as samples in this study, is as many as 120 employees who work in a Public Distribution company located in DKI Jakarta Province with a simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used in is. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used for the design analyzes the data in testing the research hypothesis. The results of the study provide evidence that job satisfaction possessed by employees influences positively and significantly and can increase organizational commitment, high job satisfaction also impacts the high achievement of employee performance, then high organizational commitment turns out to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.</p>
