This study examines and analyze influence of capital structure, size, profitability, and dividend per share to company value within growth opportunity as mediator variable. This research used secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is pooled data regression by seeing 30 company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2016-2019. The result of this study show that the variable capital structure has a positive influence and no significant to company value. Variable size has a negative influence and no significant to company value. Variable profitability has a positive influence and no significant to company value. Variable dividend per share has a negative influence and no significant to company value. And growth opportunity has a negative and no significant to company value. Whereas, capital structure, size, profitability and dividend per share not has significant influence to growth opportunity.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of capital structure with the calculation of Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Profitability with the proxy of Return On Equity (ROE) and Company Size with the proxy of Size calculations on the company's value with the calculation of Price Book Value (PBV) of the company's food and beverage subsectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secondary data with a sample collection method using purposive sampling. Where the population of this study used is the food and beverage subsectors company listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange with a period of observation 2016 – 2018, with the final samples of research 12 companies selected. Data analysis techniques are conducted using descriptive statistics and data regression analysis panels with the help of E-Views version 10 and Microsoft Excel applications 2013. The results of the research are partially known that the company structure (DER) affects on the company's value (PBV), profitability (ROE) affects the company’s value and the Company Size has no effects to the company's value. These research aims to find out those impact from capital structure, profitability, liquidity, activity and company size on firm value. The population in this research were building construction sub-sector companies which registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2012 till 2018. The samples were determined by purposive sampling technique. These data analysis method used was panel data regression analysis. The selected mode used Fixed Effect Model. The results showed that capital structure, profitability, liquidity, activity and company size simultaneously had an impact on company value. Partially it was found that capital structure and profitability had positive influence on company value, activity and company size had negative influence on company value, while liquidity had none impact towards company value. The most influential variable was profitability with coefficient value was 43.38.

The study attempts to analyze the factors of capital structure determiner and its impact on company value. The research aims at examining and analyzing the effect of profitability, size, growth opportunity, asset structure, cost of financial distress, and tax shields effects as the capital structure determiners on the manufacturing companies registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The differences between the factors of capital structure determiners (consisting of profitability, size, growth opportunity, asset structure, cost of financial distress, and tax shields effects) and the value of manufacturing companie registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample includes 59 companies registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange the data analysis instrument employed was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and t-test. The results of the research indicate that the factors of capital structure determiners, which have significant effect on capital structures, are profitability, size, growth opportunity, asset structure and cost of financial distress. The exception may be tax shields effects, which do not give significant effect at all on capital structure. The latter becomes evident because the depreciation and amortization rates of the registered Indonesia manufacturing company do not seem significant to contribute to company cash flow so that it stands out of company debt proportion.The factors of capital structure determiners with significant effect on capital structures involve profitability, size, asset structure, and cost of financial distress and tax shields effects. Size and growth opportunity do not have significant effect on the capital structure because manufacturing companies consider financing their investment using equity financing to deal with little financial risk regardless the size of company. It shows that there is a similarity on these factors of capital structure determiner between manufacturing company registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange the insignificantly defferent determiner factors pertain to growth opportunity, asset structure and company value. Meanwhile, the difference also develops between the factors of capital structure determiner in the manufacturing company registered at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The significantly different determiner factors will be profitability, size, cost of financial distress; tax shields effects and capital structure.

This  research  was  intended  to  examine  the  influences  of  board  of  directors,  board  of independent commissioner, leverage, and activity of company toward sustainability report disclosure. Sustainability Report Disclosure is the dependent variable sinthis research were measured by GRIG 3.1 Content Index and Checklists. For the independent variables in this research, using board of directors were measured by sum of directors meetings, board of in dependent commissioner were measured by proportion of independent commissioner, leverage were measured by debt to equity,  activity of company were measured by total asset turnover. This research uses secondary data which is financial statement. and sustainability report from Indonesian Stock Exchange Listed Companies in 2010-2012. While the sampling method used was purposive sampling method which is overall 39 observations. This research uses multiple regression method to test the hypothesis with SPSS computer program. From the analysis performed in this research, it can be concluded that board of directors, and leverage have no significant influence to sustainability report disclosure. The other hand activity of company has positive influence and significant to sustainability report disclosure. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of growth opportunities, capital structure and dividend policy on investment decisions in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2018 period. The factors tested are growth opportunities, capital structure and dividend policy and investment decisions. The data used in this study are secondary data and this study uses 18 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. This study uses the Social Sciences Statistics Package (SPSS) version 17.0 to determine the results of the hypothesis. Tests using SPSS get results that show that: 1) growth opportunities have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions; 2) capital structure has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions; 3) dividend policy has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions; 4) growth opportunity variables (company growth opportunities, capital structure, dividend policy simultaneously influence investment decisions.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline

This research aims to provide the influence of non-debt variable tax shield and cost of financial distress affect the capital structure of the company's sub-sector metals and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The method on this research is a quantitative approach with the type of correlation study. The data collection techniques in this study use secondary data with saturated sampling techniques. The population of this research is a metal sub-sector company and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples in this study were as many as 16 metal sub-sector companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that both the partial and simultaneous variables of the non-debt tax shield and cost of financial distress had no effect on the capital structure of the metal sub-sector companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX). It shows that the T-Test in a non-debt tax shield variable is obtained by the T-calculate result of 1.401 and the value of Sig. T. Acquired by 0, 165 > 0.05, then Ho accepted and H1 rejected which means there is no positive influence on the capital structure and in variable cost of financial distress obtained with the result of T-Calculate of 1.756 and the value of Sig. T. Acquired by 0, 083 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected which means there is no positive influence on the capital structure. Then simultaneously F test result in can with a fcalculate value of 2.295 with a level of Sig. 0, 108, because of the value of Sig. F > 0.05, then Ho accepted and H1 rejected. This means that there is no variable influence of non debt tax shield (X1) and cost of financial distress (X2) to the capital structure (Y).

The categories of sustainability report disclosure consist of economic, environment, and social. This research aims to examine the influence of each categories of sustainability report disclosure on firm value. This research use secondary data from all companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and Singapore Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. There are 116 samples that obtained from purposive sampling method. The results of this research show that only economic category of sustainability report has positive influence on firm value in Indonesia and Singapore. The environment category of sustainability report has negative influence on firm value, while the social category doesn’t have influence on firm value. The result of this research indicate that sustainability report disclosure which reported appropriately with choosen standard, especially in economic category will be useful to increase firm value in the point of view of investors. Keywords: sustainability report, GRI-G4, firm value

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of earnings persistence and earnings power on equity valuation. Design/methodology/approach The purposive sampling method was applied to determine the samples of selected 100 firms. This study employed secondary data obtained from the annual reports and financial statements of consumer goods firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2010–2014. The analysis technique used a multiple regression analysis. Findings The study result shows that, partially, earnings persistence and earnings power affect equity valuation by investors. Earnings persistence has a negative influence, whereas earnings power has a positive influence on equity valuation. Originality/value This study throws additional lights on equity valuation specific to consumer goods industries.

The company has a specific goal by increasing the prosperity of its owners and shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), firm size (total assets) and profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV). The object of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. This study used a purposive sampling method with several specified criteria, and a sample size of 12 companies, and obtained for five years from the annual financial reports, so that a total of 60 company samples. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, where the data obtained from a ready-made form, has been collected and has been processed by other parties in the form of a sample of company annual financial statements. To determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables, the analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of profitability, asset structure, liquidity, and sales growth on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. This research was conducted at 19 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017 by accessing the website www.idx.co.id. The sample used in this study was determined using a non probability sampling method by used purposive sampling technique, so the final sample used in this study amounted to 15 companies. The data collection method used is the nonparticipant observation method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that profitability and liquidity have a negative influence on the capital structure, while the asset structure and sales growth have a positive influence on capital structure.
