The research on reliability index of a feeder aims to evaluate the reliability level of a feeder using the Reliability Index Assessment (RIA) method. This method evaluates the reliability of a 20 kV distribution network by calculating the reliability indexes of each load point. The evaluation results show the reliability index value per section of the Kumpai Feeder at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Siantan within one year. The SAIFI values are 0.0092; 0.0012; 12,477; 0.0596; 0.0204; 0.0470; 0.0155; 0.0728, the SAIDI values are 0.0277; 0.0042; 37,746; 0.1862; 0.0741; 0.1524; 0.0493; 0.2209, the CAIDI values are 3.0108; 3.5; 3,025; 3.1241; 3.6323; 3.2425; 3.1806; 3.0343, the MAIFI values are 0; 5,480; 0.2145; 0.0020; 0.0038; 0.0042; 0.0006; 0.0014. The calculation results show that the 20 kV distribution system at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Siantan at the Kumpai Feeder can be categorized as unreliable. Because the SAIFI value of this feeder exceeds the standard set by PT. PLN (Persero) which are 12.477 times/customer/year and 3.2 times/customer/year, respectively. The factors affecting the reliability index of the Kumpai feeder are the number and duration of blackouts, the number of customers, and the length of the distribution system channel.

This study was made with the aim of calculating the reliability index of the 20 kV distribution system in APJ Kudus on KDS2 feeders, with a network length of 21.267 km and 5207 subscribers. Using the section technique method, which is a method that performs reliability evaluation by breaking the system into smaller parts, so that the possibility of errors can be minimized, and the time required is shorter. The calculation results show that the SAIFI value is 4.2705 times / year and the SAIDI value is 6.81167 hours / year. The SAIFI value is not in accordance with the SPLN standard which is 3.2 times / year, this is due to too long air ducts, external disturbances (rain, lightning, wind), and internal disturbances (human factors of equipment). However, the SAIDI value is in accordance with the SPLN standard, namely 21 hours / year

This study is proposed to calculate and analyze the level of reliability of the 13.8 kV distribution system. To calculate the reliability index based on the reliability index of the value of the failure that occurred. The method used throughout this study is the Reliability Index Assessment (RIA) when this method takes into account momentary interruption. The distribution network is considered as the object of this study has six feeders. Based on blackout data obtained, the reliability index becomes smaller and can be distinguished between permanent and temporary disruptions. The calculation results show the reliability index of SAIDI, SAIDI, and MAIFI based on the type of disturbance; the results of this calculation will be compared with SPLN and IEEE. A comparison of the results of the calculation of SAIFI values from the six feeders analyzed all meet the SPLN and IEEE rules. However, in one of the feeders, the SAIDI index exceeds the established standard, which is 24 hours/year/customer, with the SPLN regulation being 21 hours/year/customer, and the IEEE standard is 2.3 hours/customer/year. And finally, the results of an analysis of the MAIFI index for all feeders meet the IEEE standard of 5 times/year/customers.

The level of reliability of a distribution system is very important to ensure the continuity of electricity supply to consumers. This research was conducted to calculate the Saidi reliability index and the Saifi 20 kV distribution system in Pinang PLN in 2017 with the help of the Matlab R2008a application. A GUI is one of the Matlab programs that is widely used in describing information and commands, and its users are possible to form and format themselves according to the needs of the system itself. With the help of this software, it is hoped that it will be easier to calculate the system reliability index, namely the calculation of SAIDI and SAIFI, then the results can be made so that the database is more organized. The calculation results obtained will show the highest and lowest SAIDI and SAIFI values that occur in each of the current months, making it easier to evaluate, analyze and improve the reliability of the electrical power system network in the future, especially in PT.

Nur Indah Arifani, Heru Winarno, in this paper explain that interruption of electricity supply for customers is very disturbing activity. Interruption/outage that occurred in the distribution network led to the disruption of continuity of service. Lots and duration of outages at the feeder Pandean Lamper 1,5,8,9, and 10 at Substation Pandean Lamper observed by the authors to get a reliability index value. This observation aims to get the value of SAIFI and SAIDI in substation feeder PDL Pandean Lamper at 1, 5, 8, 9, 10 and compared with a standard value of PLN as a world-class company (WCC) is SAIFI = 3 time/customer/year, SAIDI = 1.66 hours/customer/year. Disorders due to components and equipment as well as the tree is the most dominant cause of the outage. To obtain this index takes a data rate of failure (λ), a long interruption (U) and the number of customers (N) as well as get other customer-oriented index values are CAIFI, CAIDI, ASAI, ASUI. The analysis showed that the reliability index value for the feeder SAIFI value of PDL 1, 5, 8, 9, 10 all have a lower index value of PLN standards. For the fifth feeder SAIDI value only feeder PDL 9 impaired outages longer than four other feeder with an index value of 1.78 hours/customer/year beyond the PLN standard. For those who do not fit the standard feeder PLN performed maintenance measures components, as well as the supervision of the disturbance and other animals. Keywords: distribution network, continuity, blackouts, interruption, SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIFI, CAIDI.

To make the reliability evaluation suitable for the planning distribution network, which contain the large-scale existing network and the uncertain planning part, proposes an algorithm based on the idea of section and enumeration method. This algorithm fully considers how the breakers, lines, switches, distribution transformers and other equipment failures impact the reliability index of distribution network .The effects of both the alternative path and the refusing of fuses are considered in the proposed algorithm. The calculation results of actual case show that the proposed method is effective.

Background Coronary endarterectomy aims to improve completeness of revascularization in patients with occluded coronary vessels. The benefits of coronary endarterectomy remain uncertain. The aim of this study was to evaluate short-term surgical outcomes and factors affecting graft patency post-coronary endarterectomy. Methods Between 2009 and 2019, 81 consecutive patients who had coronary endarterectomy done were evaluated for their perioperative and early results. A total of 36 patients with follow-up coronary studies were included in patency analysis. Mortality rates, major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events, and graft patency were outcomes of interest. Survival and risk factor analysis were performed with Kaplan–Meier and logistic regression analysis. Results The average age of the cohort was 61.9 ± 9.29 years. Complete revascularization rate was 95.4% post-coronary endarterectomy. The 30-day and 1-year mortality was 2.5 and 6.2%, respectively. One-year major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events rate was 11.1%. Periprocedural myocardial infarction rate was 7.4%. Three patients required repeat revascularization within a mean follow-up duration of 49.6 ± 36.5 months. Overall graft patency was 89.2% at 20.2 months and graft patency post-coronary endarterectomy was 85.4%. Arterial grafts showed 100% patency. Vein grafts to endarterectomized obtuse marginal branch had patency rates of 33.3%. Multiple endarterectomies were associated with worse one-year major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events (OR: 28.6 ± 1.16; P = 0.003). Conclusions Coronary endarterectomy facilitates completeness of revascularization and does not increase early mortality. Graft patency post-coronary endarterectomy on obtuse marginal artery was suboptimal. Judicious use of coronary endarterectomy should be practiced to balance the need of completeness of revascularization against the risk of myocardial infarction.

Based on the originally unprocessed data from the Official Platform of“110”Alarming Receiving Center (OP110ARC) of Shanghai Public Security Bureau (SPSB), 529 single-vehicle crashes reported during one year and a half which happened at the thirteen urban road tunnels going across the Huangpu River are used in this study. To investigate the factors affecting the crash influence severity levels, ordered probit regression is established. Several categories of factors are considered as explanatory variables in the models. The study finds that the entrance of the tunnels is the site where severe injury crashes trend to occur. Rainy and snowy days impose vehicles and motorists driving via the tunnel sections in danger. Tunnels with a low speed limit (40 km/h in this study) may be not as safe as we thought before. Two-wheel vehicles without sufficient physical protection for its drivers and heavy vehicles also show a negative effect on the operation safety of single-vehicle at these studied tunnels. Alcohol involved drivers are more likely to suffer from a severe crashes and gets badly hurt.

The need for electricity in this global era is increasing, so that a more reliable electrical system is needed. A reliable system cannot be separated from interference, so there needs to be a system reliability analysis and power loss to the feeder by configuring the network. This research was conducted to find the reliability index value in the form of interference frequency and duration of interference (SAIFI and SAIDI). In one Tabanan feeder the results obtained exceed the standard so reconfiguration is performed Based on the analysis obtained before reconfiguration, the reliability index for SAIFI is 6,7456 (failure / year) and SAIDI is 11,4767 (hour / year) and power loss by 6,27 %. After reconfiguration of Tabanan feeder, the reliability index was better, for SAIFI is 5.2475 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI is 9,8798 (hour / year), the power loss was 2.82%. Sanggulan feeder is a new feeder reconfiguration result from Tabanan feeder, where the analysis was carried out to find out the reliability index of Sanggulan feeder, it was obtained the SAIFI value of 4.5753 (disturbance / year) and SAIDI of 9.5297 (hour / year) and power loss of 4,80%.
