This paper mainly focuses on the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents under the background of science and education integration. By analyzing the basic concepts of science and education integration, this paper explores the training principles that should be adhered to in the process of pharmaceutical talents training in colleges and universities.

The article identifies and discloses the models and methodology of theorization and formation of success of the personality of a student of the Olympic Reserve School in sports, science and education. Training talents for the society is the responsibility of colleges and universities. The society needs applied and innovative art design majors. In order to cultivate talents needed by society and keep up with the development plan of the Ministry of Education, higher vocational colleges need to reform. This paper adopts the method of theoretical analysis to elaborate from the four aspects of focusing equally on science and education, promote learning by competition; integrating industry and education, nurturing talents together; keeping the mission in mind while serving students; and finding the right positioning, giving full play to the advantages.

Test-teach questioning is a strategy that can be used to help children develop basic concepts. It fosters the use of multisensory exploration and discovery in learning which leads to the development of cognitive-linguistic skills. This article outlines some of the theoretical bases for this approach and indicates possibilities for their applications in child-clinician transactions.

The search for best practices in hearing aid fittings and aural rehabilitation has generally used the audiogram and function stemming from peripheral sensitivity. In recent years, however, we have learned that individuals respond differently to various hearing aid and aural rehabilitation techniques based on cognitive abilities. In this paper, we review basic concepts of working memory and the literature driving our knowledge in newer concepts of hearing aid fitting and aural rehabilitation.
