AbstractThe Target of this research is to know the application of computerized accounting information system for decision-making and to improve the effectiveness of Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Radio Republik Indonesia (LPP RRI) Stasiun Sumenep. By using the computer application system will be carried out in several stages of decision-making, the stages are: recognize and define the problem, identify any alternative as a viable solution, identify the costs and benefits associated with each alternative is feasible, calculate total relevant costs and benefits of each alternative, assessing the qualitative factors, establishing an alternative that offers the greatest benefit. After an analysis of the effectiveness of revenue in the period 2008 and 2009 by using the profit centre method, we conclude that using a computerized system on LPP RRI Stasiun Sumenep calculation of the effectiveness of income more effectively in 2009 than in 2008, which at the time was still using manual systems. It also results in an increase in revenue in 2009 amounted to 2.57%, thus the application of the system of computer-based application that provides a very good impact on revenue in the LPP RRI Stasiun Sumenep.

Abstract - Ordering and billing transactions of food and beverages in a restaurant business are in the revenue cycle. Transactions in the revenue cycle have an important role for the company because from this transaction the company gets cash income. The use of information technology to support the transaction process can increase the effectiveness of the transaction process. Transactions can be processed quickly and accurately. Restaurant business can use accounting information systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of transaction processes in the revenue cycle. A computer-based accounting information system is needed in processing transactions. In this study, the authors developed the application of accounting information systems to process transactions in the revenue cycle for restaurant business activities. This application processes transaction data starting from ordering, payment and making revenue reports from restaurant business activities. Keywords: Order, Billing, Accounting Information System

          PT. Aneka Sistim Informasi is a company engaged in trade and services, in which the process of processing and application of financial transaction data is still using conventional system. Through this research the authors describe the outline of accounting information using Zahir Accounting application. Accounting information system is a computer-based system that includes the transaction processing cycle, the use of information technology and information system development. The purpose of this research is to facilitate data entry transaction and financial reporting using accounting program applications. While the data collection method used is a direct observation of transactions that occur in the daily activities of business process activities, then do the interview on the Store Manager and Administration. The literature review studies complement two previous data collection techniques to strengthen theoretically. The result of data processing by using the application of accounting program starts from data entry by doing initial setup, beginning balance, master data up to transaction entry. Good accounting information system is information system that can generate accurate, on time and reliable information for management decision making.  The use of database  to keep the financial transaction  and operasional transaction data must be integrated.  Integrated database will avoid redundant data and keep the currency of data.  Single database in each division will be time consuming, expensive and will cause inconsistency of data.  This will be the disadvantage for the company to compete.  PT SIG is the company operating in freight forwarding industry.  One of the main responsibility is to manage the delivery of package from one place to another place all over the world and to manage all documents related to the shipping.  The management of documents in this industry is very complex, therefore the need to handle the documents in the efficient, complete, fast and zero errror is the prime need of the management.  The documents distributed in this industry are  complex.  The shipment of the package can be performed if the whole documents are complete.  Unfortunatelly, the company can not manage its documents efficiently and effectively.  Documents are manually generated and also manually distributed.  The analysis in this research is the modelling process analyis that will become the basis for the designing of the system.  Modelling process used in this research is Data Flow Diagram.  The analysis of Information System of PT SIG is capable of giving some recomendation to solve the company problem in getting data accuratelly,on time and also to give the best service to  the customer The reliable accounting information system is the system that can generate accurate, on time and reliable information for management decision making and to serve customer in a better way.Keyword : analysis information system, proces modelling, data flow diagram

Abstract This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Accounting Information System (AIS) and Management Information System (SIM) in Padang Adat Village as a source of budgeting information for the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Key. Data collection is carried out through literature studies, verification and direct observation in the field, interviews and observations. The place of this research is in the traditional village of Padang Tegal and the Ubud Forest tourist attraction. Based on the research results of accounting information systems and management information systems can help the development of Ecotourism in the tourist attraction of Ubud's Monkey Forest through information generated and used as material for decision making by the Padangtegal village through the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the effectiveness of management information systems. Abstract: Computer-based accounting information systems can be used by companies to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and accuracy of the processes of business transactions that occur in the company. The income accounting cycle which is one of the cycles in an accounting information system needs attention because this cycle produces revenue transactions which are a financial source for the company. The use of computer-based systems in this cycle can also provide added value in the form of improving services to customers. To implement a computer-based accounting information system, a software is needed to process revenue transactions. In this study, the authors developed an application of accounting information systems to process transactions in the income cycle found in vehicle workshop businesses. This application processes transaction data starting from ordering repair services, recording spare parts usage, repair service fees, bill payments and and making income reports on workshop business activities. Seeing the importance of accounting information systems today for organizational progress in helping the implementation of accounting bookkeeping, so it requires a fast and accurate recording process. CV. Surya Anugerah Investindo is a developing company in the field of cobroke property, there is still no accounting information system so that making accounting books is still manual. The weaknesses are that the management or the data process is slow, requires a lot of effort or stages, the information generated has a high enough potential for error. The purpose of this study is to try to design and implement an accounting information system based on Microsoft Excel to produce accounting bookkeepers as needed. Data obtained directly from the company through interviews and documentation. Based on the data obtained, states that the accounting information system CV. Surya Anugerah Investindo has not implemented a computer-based accounting information system. From these weaknesses, researchers provide suggestions for the design of accounting books using a Microsoft Excel-based accounting information system

This research conducted at Kopsyah BMT Bakti Nurul Huda and applied a computerized system of funding and financing activities. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the accounting information system of funding and financing activities have been running, whether the system has been running well and how alternatives system is effectively applied in Kopsyah. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. Data analysis techniques consist of a literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The primary data were collected from interviews, notes, and documents related to accounting activities, while secondary data consist of organizational structure, job description, documents, forms, and accounting records. The analysis tool consists of system analysis and design system with DFD, ERD, normalization, database, and design input as well as output. The results show that Kopsyah has double positions on Baitulmaal between secretary with accounting and cashier or teller with the head of KUB, on Baitultamwil between the cashier or teller with accounting. Documents and the copies have been made, although there are some documents that do not have copies. Recording and data storage are analyzed with daily cash book, control card and Excel. The researcher proposes to separation positions by adding cashier or teller for Baitulmaal, one accounting, and one finance manager. The researcher also proposed to replace membership book from manual to printed form, eliminate the function of some documents in Baitulmaal, such as daily cash book, control card, and letter of application to become member, add documents and copies, such as receipt which consists of two sheets, deposit slip, withdrawal slip, slip of disbursement financing and slip of installment financing consists of three sheets and use computerized system and server as well as data storage with database.
