In the drug procurement process, there is no specific record of debt by the Pharmacy section or by the Finance Sector. The records that are trying to be done are like payment receipts from the Finance Sector paying invoices from the drug industry that have provided drugs to the Pharmacy Section. So that the financial sector in managing debt as well as in recognizing debt and the maturity of debt payments of each supplier. With these obstacles, the RSUD requires an Information System for Recording Debts in Procurement of Auxiliary Drugs for the Pharmaceutical Sector and the Financial Sector in recording Debts, especially in the procurement of Drugs. This data system uses object-oriented programming with a SQL Server database to create an information system that can speed up the forest recording process in drug procurement   Keywords: Object Oriented Programing, hutang, RSUD

The act of writing letters or words in free space with body movements is known as air-writing. Air-writing recognition is a special case of gesture recognition in which gestures correspond to characters and digits written in the air. Air-writing, unlike general gestures, does not require the memorization of predefined special gesture patterns. Rather, it is sensitive to the subject and language of interest. Traditional air-writing requires an extra device containing sensor(s), while the wide adoption of smart-bands eliminates the requirement of the extra device. Therefore, air-writing recognition systems are becoming more flexible day by day. However, the variability of signal duration is a key problem in developing an air-writing recognition model. Inconsistent signal duration is obvious due to the nature of the writing and data-recording process. To make the signals consistent in length, researchers attempted various strategies including padding and truncating, but these procedures result in significant data loss. Interpolation is a statistical technique that can be employed for time-series signals to ensure minimum data loss. In this paper, we extensively investigated different interpolation techniques on seven publicly available air-writing datasets and developed a method to recognize air-written characters using a 2D-CNN model. In both user-dependent and user-independent principles, our method outperformed all the state-of-the-art methods by a clear margin for all datasets.

Abstract Bees have the characteristics of always moving and will settle in one place because of the source of nectar. Bees use smells (pheromones) as a means of communication. In addition, bees also communicate through body movements called dances waggle and have a frequency range of 200 Hz - 300 Hz. Communication on bees serves to contain information about what will be done by a bee colony. Therefore the authors assume that honey bees can be called. So it is necessary to design a tool that can summon honey bees using the caller’s voice and the aroma of honey. The tool is controlled using Bluino and the Blynk app. The test was carried out using the caller’s voice in the frequency range of 265.9 Hz – 297.2 Hz which was obtained from the sound recording process in the bee colony Apis cerana, so the focus of this research was the process of calling bees Apis cerana. The aroma used is the aroma of resisting honey, the aroma of sugar water, and the aroma of bee attractants. From the results of testing using three kinds of scents for 7 days, the number of bees is called as follows. The aroma of honey against 837 tails, the aroma of sugar water 758 tails, and the aroma of attractant bees 118 tails. Based on the results of the study, the bee-calling device using the aroma of resisting honey was more dominant to use.

At present, the assessment of the degree of ultraviolet (UV) exposure is based on the calculation of the minimal erythema dose (MED). The concept of MED is inextricably linked to the process of acute UV skin damage, which is accompanied by damage to the structures of the epidermis and dermis, dermal vasodilation, and it manifests clinically in erythema formation. The knowing of the MED value is necessary to choose the starting dose for UV-phototherapy of various dermatoses and to evaluate individual photosensitivity. Meanwhile, the determination of MED in clinical practice is most often performed visually by naked eye. The traditional assessment of MED is a subjective, inaccurate, poorly reproducible and not quantifiable method. In addition, preliminary UV irradiation is necessary for the estimation of MED and waiting for the results takes 24 hours. Inaccurate determination of MED may lead to the wrong dosing of UV-exposure, which leads to various complications. Today, there are a number of non-invasive methods that allow making the calculation of the MED more objective and accurate. However, these techniques have a number of limitations: the difficulty in mastering the methods, the lack of standardization of the data recording process and the evaluation of results. The majority of methods are based on the assessment of the subjective parameters of UV erythema, but not its objective pathophysiological criteria. In addition, available technologies still do not allow to estimate the MED in the first hours after UV exposure (on-site) or predict MED without UV exposure.

AbstractThe study of Electroencephalogram (EEG)-based biometric has gained the attention of researchers due to the neurons’ unique electrical activity representation of an individual. However, the practical application of EEG-based biometrics is not currently widespread and there are some challenges to its implementation. Nowadays, the evaluation of a biometric system is user driven. Usability is one of the concerning issues that determine the success of the system. The basic elements of the usability of a biometric system are effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction. Apart from the mandatory consideration of the biometric system’s performance, users also need an easy-to-use and easy-to-learn authentication system. Thus, to satisfy these user requirements, this paper proposes a reasonable acquisition period and employs a consumer-grade EEG device to authenticate an individual to identify the performances of two acquisition protocols: eyes-closed (EC) and visual stimulation. A self-collected database of eight subjects was utilized in the analysis. The recording process was divided into two sessions, which were the morning and afternoon sessions. In each session, the subject was requested to perform two different tasks: EC and visual stimulation. The pairwise correlation of the preprocessed EEG signals of each electrode channel was determined and a feature vector was formed. Support vector machine (SVM) was then used for classification purposes. In the performance analysis, promising results were obtained, where EC protocol achieved an accuracy performance of 83.70–96.42% while visual stimulation protocol attained an accuracy performance of 87.64–99.06%. These results have demonstrated the feasibility and reliability of our acquisition protocols with consumer-grade EEG devices.

Lake Maninjau is a lake formed by volcanic activity. Many human activities occur on the catchment area, but also in exploited waters. This study aims to mapping the depth of the waters in the Lake Maninjau and assess the effect of field sample distribution on the quality results of the image transformation. The data used are satellite imagery Sentinel 2A, results of point survey. The analysis technique uses the normalized difference water index algorithm, sun glint, empirical bathymetry method and linear regression. The result of the research which is has found that variations of distribution into the dispersion of the recording process of the depth of the object represented by cell. The depth of the water from the results of this transformation refers to the measurement sample in the field survey. The maximum depth of the waters is in the range of 107m. Shallow waters are predominantly distributed in the northern region which is the out late of Lake Maninjau. The southern area forms a deep basin. The distribution of this sample is in the form of an empirical bathymetry map and the relationship between the results of field measurements and the transformation with a regression value of 0.769, this indicates the consideration of total and distribution of survey sample is influence on quality of the results of the transformation.
