AbstractKnowledge is valued as a strategy for generating awareness in individuals who are able to produce qualitative changes for global problems, such as the economic and environmental crises. As contradictory as it may seem, in modern times education under the conventional model has been the link that translates economic power into progress, and has put economic values before ancient wisdom, endangering all of nature and making it ever more difficult to produce a drastic change of attitude. Therefore, a reflection upon a change of focus in the educational paradigm is necessary, based on a dialogue between a constructivist understanding and knowledge.Recibido: 16 de agosto de 2010Aceptado: 13 de octubre de 2010

In modern times, the digitization of archival documents is one of the most global problems in the field of archives. Modern sources of innovation in archival work are directly related to technological development in office work. Digitization of documents is the conversion of documents into electronic form. The main problems of electronic archives in modern times can be divided into several blocks. These include legal, organizational and technical issues. Sometimes there are appropriate technical solutions to problems, but they are not regulated by existing legislation. In modern times, the electronicization of archival documents remains the most pressing problem. Work is being done in this area both in our country and around the world. Key words: archive, document, legislation, information, electrification

The coordination of economic activity at the global level is carried out through different mechanisms, which regulate activities of companies, states, international organizations. In spite of wide diversity of entrenched mechanisms of governance in different areas, they can be classified on the basis of key characteristics, including distribution of property rights, mechanisms of governance (in the narrow sense according to O. Williamson), mechanisms of expansion. This approach can contribute not only to classifying existing institutions but also to designing new ones. The modern aggravation of global problems may require rethinking mechanisms of global governance. The authors offer the universal framework for considering this problem and its possible solutions.

Çalışmanın sonucunda şimdiye kadar gözardı edilmiş şarlatan figürüyle birlikte Göç Edebiyatı kapsamındaki araştırmalara yeni bir bakış açısı kazandırmak hedeflendirmektedir.ABSTRACT IN ENGLISHCharlatan Traveller and Migration Literature: A Reading with the Conflict Model At the beginning of modern times, charlatans emerged as of great importance to the scientific discourse of those spokesmen of the scholar community who use them as negative examples and thus define ideal standards for their profession. Charlatans were seen as “negative figures” (Hole Rößler) in science; however, the way they were judged in literature was more complex and varied, and, in some texts, they even seem congenial and charismatic. This phenomenon can be noticed in German literature especially around 1800 when the charlatan figure is used very often. Moreover, it is conspicuous that charlatans in literary depictions of this period generally have no home and travel around constantly. Furthermore, the fact that they change their clothing and camouflage permanently offers to their identity a mysterious dimension. In the field of studies designated as ,Literature and Migration’, this paper aims to provide interpretative perspectives and, in this respect, examines the issue concerning the poetic functions of charlatan travellers as rendered textually in a number of relevant passages chosen from the works of Christoph Martin Wieland, Friedrich Schiller, and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
