AbstractKnowledge is valued as a strategy for generating awareness in individuals who are able to produce qualitative changes for global problems, such as the economic and environmental crises. As contradictory as it may seem, in modern times education under the conventional model has been the link that translates economic power into progress, and has put economic values before ancient wisdom, endangering all of nature and making it ever more difficult to produce a drastic change of attitude. Therefore, a reflection upon a change of focus in the educational paradigm is necessary, based on a dialogue between a constructivist understanding and knowledge.Recibido: 16 de agosto de 2010Aceptado: 13 de octubre de 2010

This article presents the role and the importance of Polish Transnational Corporations (TC) to global economy. Dynamic development of TC can be observed since the beginning of 70s of the 20thcentury. Nowadays TC have huge economic power which generates large profits. Many times incomes of TC are bigger than the value of GDP of less developed countries. Activity of TC is very controversial. On the one hand, present TC should be treated as an answer to qualitative changes which have taken place mainly in the sphere of telecommunication and means of transport, on the other hand, they are the motive power of these changes.Polish corporations are very small in comparison with the foreign ones. We have noticed a great disproportion of worth in comparison with corporations which are on the list of the global 1000 or 2000 biggest-worth corporations on the rising market. If Polish corporations want to catch up with the foreign ones, they must considerably increase the speed of their development.

The article analyzes the phenomenon of the educational paradigm as a philosophical and pedagogical category. The article states the importance of educational paradigms for the modernization and development of the educational sphere as a catalyst for shifts and qualitative transformations in it. The aim of the article is the methodological substantiation of the educational program in the context of modern transformations in society. Attention has been focused on the definitions «paradigm», «pedagogical paradigm», «educational paradigm». The discourse of scientists about these concepts has been provided and the general and distinctive shades between them have been clarified. Various types of educational paradigms have been highlighted and grouped depending on the goals they carry in their contents. Depending on the analysis carried out, it has been indicated that an educational paradigm always, in any historical era, acts as a paradigm idea of the development of education. It has been noted that the mission of pedagogy is in the change and dynamics of the educational paradigm as the one which provides the basis for innovative approaches to the development of education, the contents and organization of training and interaction among the main subjects of education. The synergetic paradigm has been indicated as a new and innovative educational paradigm. Education can be considered as a synergetic system whose self-organization processes can be fully described by such categories as bifurcations, fluctuations, attractors, dissipative structures, etc. This circumstance leads to a revision of the established, traditional ideas about education and makes the basis for qualitative changes in its development.

In the first part, the article explores the probably prevailing use of the term ‘generation’ in Slovenian culture and journalism in the 2010s. It delineates the network of institutions and discourses in the play of symbolic and economic power, as well as the conclusion or the transformation of the discussed social formation. The second part wishes to attribute new mental and political connotations by perceiving it as an age group, which has, like never before, been shaped in the global symbolic world and is facing global problems.

AbstractThis article mobilises an analytical framework developed by the author in a series of solo and joint publications according to which religion has shifted from a Nation-State to a Global-Market regime, which it applies to the case of Eastern European Orthodox majority countries, including Russia, in modern times. Bringing together a large amount of research in a synthetic objective, it first examines how religion in Eastern Europe was nationalised and statised from the end of the eighteenth to the twentieth century. It looks at the particularities of the communist experience, and shows how it is best understood as a form of radicalisation of National-Statist trends. It then shows how neoliberal reforms have integrated these countries in wider global flows. The remainder of the article looks at different trends from the perspective of marketisation: the coextensive rise of Orthodoxy affiliation and nationalism, the qualitative changes within Orthodoxy, as well as the parallel developments of New Age derived spirituality and Pentecostalism, the two ideal-typical religious forms in the Global-Market regime, and by linking them to specific experiences of globalisation and social determinants. The conclusion argues that the rise of nationalism and authoritarianism as well as the religious trends that are developing today are the consequences of neoliberal reforms, the penetration of consumerism as a dominant ethos, and thus generalised marketisation.

The article deals with the latest trends in the world, modern educational space, musical pedagogy, etc. The presented tendencies are subject to the hedonistic approach that manifests itself as an awareness of the joy of communicating with works of art, the recognition of the pleasure of communicating with the language of music, the affirmation through activity, the conscious professional choice – "the teacher of musical art – the profession of vocation". The above accents confirm our scientific positions that deliberately chosen profession and professional training supported by goal-setting in activity brings spiritual growth, moral satisfaction and fully corresponds to the positions stated in the article, regarding the use of hedonistic approach in the process of personal and professional formation of students of art faculties of Ukrainian pedagogical universities-trained to practical selfrealization in rapidly changing conditions, according to the trends of globalization. In the flow of the basic modern trends of world development, globalization is at the same time a continuous process and a phenomenon that has certain characteristics. As a phenomenon, it is based on the theory of self-organization (synergetics) and includes such processes of openness to change and emergence (suddenness, unexpected and unexpected emergence). In general, the irreversibility of the globalization process lays the foundation for a new vision of the world and trends, in particular, in changing the educational paradigm. The united world community's readiness to solve global problems comes first, thanks to cooperation within the international community, which requires the modern thinking inherent in progressive humanists and the young generation, since the tendencies of democratization, expanding the range of social and strategic choices make it necessary to choose to conscious mature in progressive search, choice.
