This paper aimed at improving the lack of GIS information use and compatibility of multiplatform which represented limits that existing malaria risk analysis tools had. For this, the author developed mobile web-based malaria vulnerability map system using GIS information. This system consists of system database construction, malaria risk calculation function, visual expression function, and website and mobile application. This system was developed based on Incheon region only. Database includes information on air temperature and amount of precipitation as well. With regard to malaria risk calculation, guideline provided by Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention was followed first and then decision-making technique was used. Calculating criteria value for risk index made it possible to estimate more precise risk. With regard to visual expression function, database constructed earlier and risk information were linked to print out graphic map and graphs so that more intuitive and visible expression can be provided based on animation technique. This system allows a user to check information in real time and can be used anywhere anyplace. Mobile push function is to enhance user’s convenience. Such web map is useful to general users as well as experts.

Research on Web-based Company Profile Design of the Association of Indonesian Construction Companies (GAPEKSINDO) is a research to make it easier for people to obtain complete and up-to-date information because information is considered very important in decision making and in achieving goals. In addition to obtaining complete and up-to-date information, the website can also send and publish information to the wider community online. The system development method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, or better known as the system development life cycle in system engineering and software engineering, is the process of making and changing systems and the models and methodologies used to develop these systems. The research results are expected that this system can publish its activities for more up-to-date information so that the public can find out about the activities that have been carried out, the ease of information about GAPEKSINDO.

The application of web-based decision making system in poultry medicines selection process using forward chaining by PT. Avindo Perdana Bahtera Mulia aims to promote the medicines and to help poultry stock farmers in knowing which medicines needed to be given to poultry that indicated to be diseased, efficiently and effectively. Livestock farmer can also indentify what kind of disease the stock has and the solution of treating that disease, in this case is getting the medicines that manufactured by PT. Avindo Perdana Bahtera Mulia, quickly and accurately. After conducting research at PT. Avindo Perdana Bahtera Mulia, the marketing process is being left to all veterinarians. Sometimes when customers needed help from veterinary to diagnose the sickness of their poultries, the limited number of the veterinary and poultry specialist make customers can’t do anything but wait for the help in the form of medicines suggestions. These reasons above are why this decision making application was finally made. From this application, we can expect the customers can easily know which medicines is right for their poultries and can also order the medicines right away, this can also increase the sales of poultry medicines manufacturer has. It can be concluded that this application can help to providing informations of poultry diseases and marketing the medicines from manufacturer to customers easily, effectively, and efficiently.

Analysis and Design of the decision-making system for the appointment of permanent employees is done at PT. Aerofood ACS. The problem with appointment of permanent employees is that the selection process for permanent employees is still long, it is difficult to determine which employees should be taken if the number of qualified employees is more than needed. This research is a system analysis conducted with the aim to provide analysis and design results making it easier for management to develop into web-based applications. the method conducted in this research is by communicating with management and employees, determining problems, the process of finding data, making plans about the research to be carried out, conducting analysis followed by making a design proposal given to management, the latter being the process of making reports . The conclusion from the research carried out can find out how the process of hiring non-permanent employees to become permanent employees, giving design proposals to the management in detail so that hopes can be developed into a web-based decision support system that has the goal so that the system uses the most suitable method.

Decision support system is a system adopted from human knowledge, which can help people in the decision making process. In research conducted at PT Coal Bukit Asam (Persero) authors see most of the systems currently used in the search process of promotion of employees still in manual form, causing the length of the assessment process associated with a promotion for every employee of the company in accordance with any the criteria that have been specified company. Various weighting of criteria and sub criteria established companies are always considered manager to each process of inputting assessment. Therefore, the authors make a decision support system application manager that can facilitate the process of inputting weight rating decision promotion of employees in accordance with the criteria and sub-criteria that have been specified company. Application decision support system of promotion is designed using Analytical Hierarchy Process that the process to obtain the priority weighting is done by comparing each criteria and sub-criteria. Decision to be achieved can help managers to determine who the employees are entitled to a promotion in accordance with keptusan obtained from the application of this decision-making system.
