        This study aims to analyze the influence of the factors that affect the performanceofState Vocational School teachers in North Aceh Regency. Work ability factors, compensation for teacher performance and organizational culture, work motivation and review the mediating effects of organizational culture variables, work motivation. The data used in this study were 156 public vocational school teachers in North Aceh Regency. The data analysis method used is structural analysis with Structural Equation Modeling using the Amos Version 20 program. The results showed that the variable work ability, compensation significantly influence teacher performance as well as organizational culture variables, work motivation mediates the three exogenous variables (work ability, compensation and organizational culture, work motivation) with endogenous variables (teacher performance) partially. The recommendation that can be given is that leaders need to foster an attitude of loyalty towards the institution so that teachers have commitment, motivation and cultural values to be able to improve work for their performance. Keywords:  Work ability, Compensation, Organizational culture, Work Motivation, Teacher    Performance

Main mission of regional autonomy is intended to improve the quality of public services and the welfare of the community, creating efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management, as well as empowering and creating a space for people to participate actively in the development process. Therefore, it needs a leader who act can generate commitment, motivation and optimism in carrying out the work, foster an atmosphere of cooperation, and can affect the behavior of subordinates who have an impact on improving the performance of employees. This study aims to identify and assess the relevance of leadership on employee performance mediated by organizational culture, work commitment and work motivation as determinants of employee performance improvement. The sample used in this study was 160 respondents to the analysis unit employees in Food Security Council Keerom Papua Province. Data was collected by questionnaires followed by in-depth interviews. Quantitative Data Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the program Analysis Moment Structures (AMOS). The results of this study indicate that, good leadership can improve employee performance, when considering the factors that come into play that organizational culture, work commitment and motivation work to DKP in Keerom Papua Province. Furthermore, the results of this study that the strengthening of organizational culture and high employee commitment can lead to increased motivation.

The purpose of this study was to develop the determination of training factors, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) on Supervisor Performance in the steel industry in PT. Krakatau Steel and PT. Pindad. The design of this study is Ex-Post Facto which uses causal analysis that explains the relationship between variables and the number of samples of 200 people selected through convinience sampling samples. The data collection method uses questionnairesand processed using SPPS applications and Lisrel applications to process and analyze Structural Equation Modeling data. Descriptive research results state that respondents assessment of Training, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Supervisor Performance has been relatively good. The results of causality research that received hypotheses are: 1) Training affects Job Satisfaction and 2) Work Motivation affects Job Satisfaction. The results of causality studies that reject hypotheses and become novelty of this study are: 1) Training has no effect on Work Motivation 2) Training has no effect on Performance 3) Emotional Intelligence has no effect on Performance 4) Emotional Intelligence has no effect on Job Satisfaction 5) Emotional Intelligence has no effect on Work Motivation 6) Organizational Culture has no effect on Work Motivation 7) Organizational Culture has no effect on Job Satisfaction 8) Organizational Culture has no effect on Performance 9) Work Motivation has no effect on Performance and 10) Job Satisfaction has no effect on Performance.

This research aims to test and prove the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and motivation of work towards job satisfaction and performance of employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Kalimantan. The population in this study were employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Kalimantan some 392 employees originating from the manufacturing, human resources development, marketing, and accounting. Using the formula, the respondent elected slovin as samples of 50.5% of the number of 198 employees originating from the manufacturing of 155 employees, human resources a number of 19 employees, marketing a number of 14 employees, and accounting of 10 employees. Based on the results of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 16.0, the results showed the 7 proposed hypotheses, there is a significant hypothesis 6 or received and there is a rejected hypothesis 1. As for the hypothesis is a hypothesis accepted: 1. Organizational culture affect significantly to job satisfaction of employees. Hypothesis 2. Organizational commitment affect significantly to job satisfaction of employees, the hypothesis 3. Influential work motivation significantly to job satisfaction of employees, hypothesis 4. Organizational culture affect significantly the performance of employees, the hypothesis 6. Significant impact on the motivation of working performance of employees, and hypotheses 7. Job satisfaction influence significantly the performance of the employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Kalimantan. The hypothesis was rejected while the 1 is the hypothesis that 5 has no effect on the Organization's commitment to the performance of the employees of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk Kalimantan

A nurse performance greatly determines the quality of health services in a hospital. The purpose of this study was to prove the influence of transformational leadership on nurse performances, both directly and indirectly through organizational culture and work motivation. The research method used was a quantitative approach with cross-sectional design. The number of samples consisted of 86 nurses in a private hospital. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Research results shew that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance both directly and indirectly through organizational culture and work motivation). The study results have shown that Transformational Leadership is effect on Organizational Culture. Transformational Leadership is effect on Work Motivation. Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation are effect on Nurses Performance. Organizational culture mediated the effect of the transformational leadership on performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, employee satisfaction and its influence on the performance of the company PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia. To answer these research purposes, then an examination of the whole employees of PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia, amounting to 112 people. The method used is descriptive analysis and analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM).  Based on the results of analysis show that motivation, leadership, and organizational culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia. The result of the analysis also states work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, and employee job satisfaction significantly influences the performance of the company PT. Erha Clinic Indonesia. The implications of this research is to improve leadership skills and organizational cultures that exist, so that aspects of employee job satisfaction can be met, because in general a high employee job satisfaction will increase their work motivation and performance.

Transactional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation are useful in contributing to improving Employee Performance. This study aims to determine the Influence of Transactional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at  Marta Teknik Tunggal Cop. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of trust towards the leader, mutation, and organizational culture on work motivation and employee performance at Regional Revenue Board of Jember Regency. This is an explanatory research with the sample consists of 150 employees of Regional Revenue Board of Jember Regency. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results show that trust towards the leader, mutation, and organizational culture have significant effects on work motivation; mutation and work motivation have significant effects on employee performance. However, trust towards the leader and organizational culture have no significant effects on the employee performance at Regional Revenue Board of Jember Regency. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of personality, organizational culture and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher performance in high schools in Indra Makmur District, North Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study were 126 teachers obtained by saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 21 software. The results of this study found that directly, personality and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, while organizational culture has no significant effect. Furthermore, the results of the study found that personality and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive effect on teacher performance, but organizational culture had a negative effect and organizational commitment had no significant effect. The results of the mediation effect test found that organizational citizenship behavior is able to fully mediate the influence of organizational culture and personality on performance, but not to be a mediator on the effect of organizational commitment on theacher performance.Keywords      :    Personality, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commintment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Theacher Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on teacher performance with work environment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents, namely teachers who teach at Senior High Schools in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that the organizational culture and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work environment and job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, found organizational culture, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, it was found that work environment variables and job satisfaction mediate fully the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of these studies it is expected that the leaders or principals in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency be able to give attention and priority in institutionalizing organizational culture and creating a conducive work environment to improve job satisfaction and teacher performance. Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance

This study examines the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and examines the mediating effect of work motivation and job satisfaction variables. The research sample was 114 employees at the Aceh Sharia Bank Bireuen Branch. The analytical tool used is path analysis using the SEM method (structural equation modeling) using Amos. The results showed that each variable of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, and work motivation mediates exogenous variables with endogenous variables partially mediating. Job satisfaction variable, on the other hand, becomes a very good intermediary (full mediation) between exogenous and endogenous variables
