This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure and managerial ownership on stock return with firm value as a moderator veriable in Agricultural Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2018. The number of samples in this study are 10 agricultural companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study prove that capital structure has negative effect on stock returns, firm value has positive effect on stock returns, profitability and managerial ownership have no significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, the moderating effect test prove that firm value is able to moderate the effect of profitability on stock returns, but is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure and managerial ownership on stock returns

<p><em>This study aims to investigate the effect of ownership on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The dependent variable used is PBV. While the independent variables used are managerial ownership and institutional ownership. The intervening variable used is ROA. The data in this study used an annual report from 18 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 to 2018. The data collection technique used purposive sampling technique obtained from the web www.idx.co.id and each website from the sample company. Data processing uses panel data regression and the results reveal that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on firm value. While profitability (ROA) is able to mediate institutional ownership of firm value. But profitability (ROA) is not able to mediate managerial ownership of firm value.</em></p>

Earnings management is an action that is often done by companies, it aims to enhance your financial statements with the intention that investors are much more interested in investing, to get bonuses and get ease in getting loans. This can be detrimental to some stakeholders who use financial statements as a source of information in making decisions. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between managerial ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees, and leverage on earnings management in the basic industrial and chemical sectors for the 2014-2018 period. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This type of research in this research is descriptive. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique using 11 company samples over a period of five years to obtain 55 sample units. This research uses a panel data regression analysis method using the Eviews 9 software. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership variables, independent commissioners, audit committees, and leverage simultaneously influence earnings management. While partially the audit committee variable has a negative effect on earnings management, managerial ownership and leverage have a positive effect on earnings management. Whereas independent commissioners have no effect on earnings management.

This study seeks to examine the effect of company size, company age, profitability, solvency, and liquidity on audit report lag on tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The number of samples in this study were 16 companies, selected with certain criteria using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9 software. The results showed that the firm age variable had a positive effect on audit report lag, while the profitability variable had a negative effect on audit report lag, while firm size, solvency and liquidity variables had no significant effect on audit report lag.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage, dividen and financial leverage on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies, the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable on dividen and financial leverage of Indonesia non financial sector companies, and the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable on the firm value through dividen and financial leverage as intervening variable. The research data was collected using purposive sampling method to the data of non financial sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2003-2012. Based on the criteria of the study obtained 310 samples were then analyzed Using the panel data regression and path analysis. The results show that the capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage, dividen and financial leverage have significant influences on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies. The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable do not have significant influences on dividen. The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable have significant influences on financial leverage. With path analysis, the result show the The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable do not have significant influence on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies with dividen and financial leverage as intervening variable. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of GCG variables, firm size, and leverage on earnings management. The sample used is 35 public listed property and real estatecompanies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 until 2017. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. This study uses multiple regression. The results of the analysis showed that managerial ownership does not have a negative effect on earnings management but oppositely, it has a positive effect on earnings management, while company size does not have any effect on earning management.</em><em> </em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  leverage and  firm size on firm value with profitability as intervening variable on consumer goods industry  in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are companies in the consumer goods industry Indonesian Stock Exchange amounted to 46 companies 2014-2017. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sample that is obtained is 21, a company incorporated in consumer goods industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014-2017. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis and Sobel test. The result shows that leverage has significant negative effect on profitability  and firm size has significant positive effect on profitability. Leverage, firm size, and profitability have significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the effect of leverage on firm value significantly and profitability also mediates the effect of firm size  on firm value significantly.

The stock market is a business field of securities trading one of them stock. For prospective investors, investment decisions in stock must be preceded by a process of analysis of variables which can influence the price of a stock. Investors need to have benchmarks in order to know whether if he invested in a company he would benefit if the shares are sold. Salaah one factor to be a benchmark investor is knowing the financial condition of the company where it can be seen with the financial ratio analysis and management of an optimal capital structure. This study aims to determine the effect of the ratio of liquidity, profitability, and solvency to return stock with a capital structure as an intervening variable.This study uses a quantitative approach. The research method using the method of documentation. Samples were company food and beverage sub-sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria obtained 11 samples of the company. This study uses data analysis Partial Least Square (PLS).These results indicate that liquidity ratios have a negative impact on stock returns, while the profitability and solvency ratios have no effect on stock returns. The results also show the liquidity ratio and solvency ratio has a negative effect on the capital structure, profitability ratios while not having capital structure. And capital structure has a negative impact on stock returns. The results also show the ratio of liquidity, profitability, and solvency partially no effect on stock returns with the capital structure as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, fixed asset intensity, and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of this research was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and certain criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness, while the intensity of fixed assets has no effect on tax aggressiveness, and firm size has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The implications of the results of this study provide input to companies in making decisions to minimize the tax burden paid so that companies can be more aggressive towards taxes.

This study has the objective to assess the "Influence of Profitability Ratios, Capital Structure and Shareholding Structure Against On Value Company (Empirical Study of Coal Mining Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange of Indonesia Year 2011-2013)" The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using tstatistic to test the partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to test the feasibility of the research model with a 10% level of significance. It also conducted a classic assumption test including normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Based on the results of the study indicate that Profitability Return on equity positive effect on firm value. Earning pershare significant positive effect on the value of the company. The capital structure has a positive effect on firm value. institutional ownership has significant negative effect on the value of the company. Managerial ownership negatively affect the value of the company
